Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fabric and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an embroidery fabric capable of producing a feeling of expensive jacquard fabric with a low cost, and a method of manufacturing the same.
Generally, the types of knitted fabrics include various kinds of tissues such as a rubber piece having a good stretchability in the horizontal direction from the most basic plain, a purl having a good stretchability, and a pique like a honeycomb structure. However, Knitted with a terry fabric called "
Knitting is a method of making a fabric by connecting yarn-formed loops, and fabrics produced by knitting are also called knitted fabrics or knitted or knitted fabrics. These fabrics are made more flexible and quicker than fabrics made by weaving, and various knitting machines have been developed to enable the development using various kinds of yarns.
Recently, as the clothing industry has developed, a variety of knitted fabrics have been developed because consumers prefer knitted fabrics having better stretchability and comfort than fabrics lacking elasticity.
The types of knitted fabrics can be classified in various ways similar to those of fabrics. From the manufacturing principle, it can be broadly classified into a warp knit forming a loop in a longitudinal direction and a weft knit forming a lateral direction.
The knitted fabric consists of a series of loops, and the factors that determine the structure are tissue, density, and processing. The organization of the knitted fabric refers to the configuration and arrangement of the loops.
On the other hand, some of the knitted fabrics have a structure like a ring, which is called a terri (or juri). The third stage is the terry fabric which is once again twisted around the ring.
Since the three-stage terry fabric produced by the conventional method is similar to or the same as the conventional fabric, the irregular bokashi (the color of the knitted yarn is mixed in the natural state of the knitted yarn, The most common types of fabrics are those made of regular lines and shapes such as stripes, oblique lines, and squares.
In order to create the pattern on the simple fabric described above, a jacquard machine should be used. When producing a fabric with a jacquard machine, the amount of fabric produced per day is small, so the cost of knitting is three to four times higher than that of general knitting machines.
The above-described technical structure is a background technique for assisting the understanding of the present invention, and does not mean the prior art widely known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a circular knitted fabric capable of producing a high quality jacquard fabric with a low cost while using the characteristics of the yarn.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a three-layered terry fabric is produced by knitting a bottom yarn, a middle yarn as an intermediate yarn, and a yarn yarn entering the yarn surface by a circular knitting machine, wherein the bottom yarn, the middle yarn, A yarn, and a surface, and is manufactured through a post-treatment process.
Wherein the intermediate yarn is supplied behind any selected one of the bottom yarn and the yarn when the selected yarn is first fed, and wherein the bottom yarn and the intermediate yarn and the yarn comprise the polyester yarn, The process can proceed.
Wherein the bottom yarn is produced by arranging a poly yarn yarn and a CVC yarn, the poly yarn yarn comprising a polyester yarn, wherein the CVC yarn comprises a yarn containing polyester in the same condition as the polyester yarn, And the arrangement of the CVC yarns may be 1: 1.
The intermediate yarn can be produced by arranging the CVC yarn and the poly-spun yarn together.
Wherein the poly-spun yarn comprises a polyester yarn, wherein the CVC yarn comprises a yarn containing polyester in the same condition as the polyester yarn, and the arrangement of the CVC yarn and the poly yarn yarns may be 1: 1 .
Wherein the yarn is made of TC yarn or polyester yarn containing the same conditions as the TC yarn, the loop length of the bottom yarn is 24 to 28 cm, the loop length of the intermediate yarn is 22 to 26 cm, 7.2 to 11.2 cm, and the circular knitting machine may be a general knitting machine, not a jacquard machine.
According to another aspect of the present invention, A middle yarn that weaves in the middle; And a yarn introduction yarn entering the yarn surface, wherein the bottom yarn includes a face and a TC, the intermediate yarn includes a TC and a face, and the yarn includes a CVC.
In the embodiments of the present invention, since the bottom yarn, the intermediate yarn, and the yarn both include the polyester yarn and are knitted with the three-stage terry fabric by the circular knitting machine, the expensive jacquard fabric can be produced with a small cost.
Also, since polyester yarn is included in the 3-step terry fabric, it can be cut without considering the reduction of the fabric at the time of cutting because of the excellent shrinkage, so that the loss (LOSS) Can be produced.
Furthermore, polyester yarn is added to the three-stage terry fabric, so that tension and resilience are excellent.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a circular knitted fabric manufactured according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 2 is a diagram illustrating the simultaneous implementation of stripe designs such as waffle tissue as an embossed fabric fabricated in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
In order to fully understand the present invention, operational advantages of the present invention, and objects achieved by the practice of the present invention, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings and the accompanying drawings which illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference symbols in the drawings denote like elements.
FIG. 1 illustrates a circular knitted fabric made in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 illustrates a striped design such as a waffle tissue prepared as an circular knitted fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention .
As shown in these figures, in the method of manufacturing the circular knitted fabric according to the present embodiment, a three-layer terry fabric is produced by knitting a bottom yarn, a middle yarn as an intermediate yarn, and a yarn- The bottom yarn, the middle yarn and the yarn are all provided with polyester yarn.
The present embodiment can be manufactured using a general three-stage terry knitting machine rather than an expensive jacquard machine.
A knitting machine is a type of textile machine that produces a napkin that is intended to be made by knitting a yarn fed to a knitting needle with a knitting needle, and softening the nose in the horizontal and vertical directions.
Such a knitting machine is distinguished by a warp knitting machine that knits the warp in the longitudinal direction and a weft knitting machine that knits the weft in the lateral direction.
Among them, the circular knitting machine to which the present embodiment is applied belongs to the category of the upper knitting machine, and the knitting needles are circularly arranged on the cylinder to continuously produce annular knitted fabrics, .
As described above, the circular knitting machine is a knitting machine for knitting a circular fabric, and generally comprises a knitting portion formed by a dial and a cylinder to knit a fabric, a yarn supply portion for supplying yarn to the knitting portion, And a controller for controlling the driving of the knitting portion, the yarn supply portion, and the extraction portion.
The three-stage terry knitting machine to which this embodiment is applied is knitted with three yarns, i.e., a bottom yarn, a middle yarn and a wool yarn, the diameter of the knitting machine may be 32 inches, the inundation may be 1,608 g, Lt; / RTI > The three-stage terry knitting machine of this embodiment may have a round shape. A needle is placed on the part that looks like a round lid, and when the fabric is threaded, the fabric comes out in a cylindrical shape.
This embodiment can be knitted by supplying the yarn in the order of the bottom yarn, the intermediate yarn, and the yarn in the above-described three-stage terry knitting machine, and the order of the bottom yarn and the yarn can be reversed.
Meanwhile, the three-stage terry fabric produced by this embodiment is relatively inexpensive because it contains polyester yarn. That is, the polyester yarn is less expensive than the cotton yarn, and since the present embodiment is manufactured using the polyester blend yarn, the cost can be reduced by about 22 to 26% in the yarn.
In addition, since relatively inexpensive disperse dyes (dyes such as polyester) are used for dyeing, it is possible to save about 15 ~ 20% of dyeing cost compared with dyeing of reactive dyes (dyes such as cotton products).
Further, since the present embodiment includes a polyester yarn and can be manufactured in a general knitting machine without using an expensive jacquard machine, the knitted fabric can be reduced by about 60 to 65% as compared with a case using a jacquard machine.
In addition, since the three-stage terry fabric produced according to the present embodiment contains a large amount of polyester components in the yarn, while the shrinkage ratio of the fabric made from the normal fabric is 5 to 6% in the long direction and 2 to 3% The adherence of the yarn is very good.
Therefore, when the shank ratio is excellent and the shank ratio is excellent, it is possible to cut without considering the size of the shrinkage of the cloth during the cutting, so that loss can be largely prevented, so that the same length cloth can produce more clothes.
Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing the three-stage terry fabric of this embodiment will be briefly described.
1. Circular knitting machine
The circular knitting machine of this embodiment can use a three-stage terry knitting machine, not a high-priced jacquard machine, with a diameter of 32 inches, an immersion of 1,608 needles, and a gauge of 15 gauge.
2. Yarn
The present embodiment can be supplied in the order of a bottom room, a middle room, and a wool room, and the order of the bottom room and the wool room can be changed in order.
30 yarns of poly yarn (or polyester yarn) and 30 yarns of CVC (chief value cotton) yarns (or yarns of similar CVC yarn to polyester ratio) can be used in the bottom yarn, and the arrangement method can be 1: 1 .
In this embodiment, the bottom yarn is not limited to the yarn number (10 to 60, etc.) or the denier, and can be applied to the middle yarn and the yarn yarn described later, so that the right range of this embodiment is not limited to the number of yarns or the denier Do not.
CVC is a cotton blend of cotton and polyester blended yarn with a cotton content of 50% or more. The CVC complements the disadvantages of pure cotton, but the overall feel is similar to that of cotton. Generally, the mixed ratio of cotton and polyester is classified into 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50, and the like.
In the intermediate yarn, 30 CVC yarns (or yarns having a similar CVC yarn to polyester ratio) and 30 yarns of poly yarn (or polyester yarn) may be used, and the arrangement method may be 1: 1.
For the yarn, 30 yarns of TC yarn (or a yarn with a similar ratio of TC yarn and polyester yarn) may be used. TC is a blend made of polyester and cotton. If the ratio of polyester is larger than cotton, TC and cotton are called CVC if cotton is more abundant than polyester.
In this embodiment, in addition to the TC yarn, the TR yarn or the TCR yarn can be used for the yarn. The TR yarn is a blend of polyester and rayon blended with a polyester ratio 50% higher than that of rayon, and TCR is a circle of polyester (T), cotton and rayon. The TCR yarn has the highest polyester content, the second cotton, and the third the rayon content.
3. Loop sheet
The loop length of the bottom yarn is 24 to 28 cm, the loop length of the intermediate yarn is 22 to 26 cm, and the loop length of the yarn is 7.2 to 11.2 cm.
4. How to Apply
Polyester staining or cotton staining. Depending on the difference in yarn and the arrangement method, both types of backfill methods can be used. For example, polyester yarn may be subjected to post-treatment if the bottom yarn, intermediate yarn and yarn both contain polyester yarn. The circular knitted fabric produced by the above-described method is shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Fig.
In the circular knitted
The present embodiment, which is manufactured by the above-described embodiment, can be said to be a jacquard fabric having irregular shapes gathered to form one pattern, which is different from a conventional circular knitted fabric.
In this embodiment, the bottom yarn and the TC yarn (or the yarn including the surface of condition similar to the TC yarn) are used, and the arrangement method thereof may be 1: 1.
Also, the middle yarn can be a TC yarn (or a yarn containing a surface similar to a TC yarn) and a face, and the arrangement method can be 1: 1.
Further, the yarn may be a CVC yarn (or a yarn containing a surface similar to CVC yarn). In this case, it is possible to carry out the post-treatment process by dyeing the surface.
In this embodiment, both polyester staining and cotton staining can be utilized by the post-printing method.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the bottom yarn, the intermediate yarn, and the yarn include any one of the polyester yarn and the cotton yarn, and are knitted with the three-step terry yarn by the circular knitting machine, Can be produced.
