Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an insect egg separation apparatus.
Today, organic wastes such as food waste from households, restaurants, organic wastes generated from industrial sites, industrial wastes generated from housing, and flour can cause serious environmental problems in soil and rivers when they are discharged without treatment.
According to the conventional method, a method of recycling organic wastes as livestock feed or compost through a specific process, a method of landing in a certain area or dumping in the sea has been mainly used.
In this case, there is a problem in that the economical efficiency is low in terms of installation cost and maintenance cost of the processing apparatus.
In addition, when the effluent is directly used as feed, adverse effects such as the occurrence of killing are large, and in the case of composting, there are problems such as re-heating and unbalance of unavailability.
Currently, a system for treating organic wastes using organisms such as earthworms and housefly larvae has been developed for solving such problems. In this case, the discharged foliar soil is excellent in non-efficacy and useful for cultivation of agricultural land, horticulture, orchards, etc. And is known to play a role in increasing the yield of plant growth and production.
Among these organisms, the period from egg to adults is 37 to 41 days, and the period of larvae that act as decomposers is about 14 days.
The larvae of Donghae have a habit of crawling out to find a dry place to become a pupa after a period of time (about 14 days) in which organic wastes can be decomposed.
When 5,000 larvae are put into 10kg of food garbage, more than 80% of food garbage is decomposed within 5 days. The volume of food garbage that is decomposed is about 42% and the weight is reduced to about 70%.
It is much more effective to nurture and utilize the larvae because the larvae of Donghae are longer than those of earthworms or houseflies.
Therefore, a device for mass propagation of larvae such as Donghae having such a useful effect has been developed. In relation to this, Korean Patent No. 10-1003312, entitled " Production method of Dongae et al. &Quot; A scattering induction device is formed.
However, in the above-described scattering induction device, when eggs are separated and collected after the adult eggs are scattered in the scattering grooves, the scattering induction device is usually turned over or the eggs in the scattering grooves must be taken out by sticks or the like. And eggs are broken frequently in the ear.
Therefore, it is required to develop a device or a method for reducing the time required for collecting eggs, etc., while preventing the eggs from breaking during collection.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for separating insect eggs from a scattering inducing member, And an object of the present invention is to provide a separation device for an egg.
The objects of the present invention are not limited thereto, and other objects not mentioned may be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for separating insect eggs from a scattering inducing member having at least one scattering hole formed therein, comprising: a base body; And a detachable rod provided on one side or both sides of the base body and separating the insect eggs in the scattering holes.
And a housing which supports the detachable rod from the outside of the detachable rod and is inserted into the interior of the base body while one side of the detachable rod connected to the base body is supported by an elastic member during insect egg separation operation, Device.
In addition, in order to guide the moving direction of the scattering inducing member or the base body in separating insect eggs, a base body is supported on one side and a scattering inducing member is inserted and supported on the other side, And a guide bracket for guiding a moving direction of the inserting / releasing device.
Further, an inserting groove is formed in the base body for inserting one side of the housing, and one side of the elastic member is connected to one side of the housing and the other side is connected to the bottom of the inserting groove.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, there is an effect that the insect egg in the scattering hole of the scattering inducing member can be easily separated while remarkably reducing the phenomenon of insect egg breaking in the operation of separating the insect egg from the scattering inducing member.
In addition, since the time required for separating the insect eggs from the scattering inducing member is significantly reduced, the productivity is improved and the working efficiency is improved.
