Description

Therefore, the Teflon tube is fixed so that the chemical does not leak out through the Teflon tube when the line piping that supplies the chemical through the inner valve and the pump of the semiconductor equipment.
The tube holder support for fixing the Teflon tube is now fixed by clamping the Teflon tube with a clamp and assembling it with bolts.
