Description

[0001] MULTIPLEX STORAGE POUCH [0002]

More particularly, the present invention relates to a multi-storage pouch, and more particularly to a multi-storage pouch which comprises two or more kinds of contents separated into separate membranes and, when mixing of the contents with the membranes is required, To a multi-storage pouch.

Generally, the pouch is to store the contents accommodated in the receiving space by isolating the outside from the outside while pressing the outside of the edge of the receiving space which is already set in the two films while heating the film to the melting temperature of the film and to keep the waterproof property, airtightness and ease of processing It is applied to packaging of contents such as liquid detergent, lotion, medicines and drinks.

Among these pouches, those disclosed in U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2004/0079763 (hereinafter referred to as "DUPLEX STORAGE POUCH "; hereinafter referred to as " Prior Art 1 ") include a liquid, And the joints of the joining lines are released (opened) by concentrating the pressure of the contents with respect to the joining line portions at the time of use so that the separated contents can be mixed with each other.

In other words, in the above-described prior art 1, there is provided a receiving portion that divides the serration-like joining lines into boundaries. When pressure is applied to one of the receiving portions from the outside, the pressure is concentrated to the vertex of the sawtooth shape, And the payment portion is opened.

Pouches of this kind have a slight viscosity such as hair dyes and oxidizers, for example, when a chemical substitution or reduction reaction is required for the packaging of a liquid which must be separated and stored before use, .

However, in the prior art 1, when the user presses the pouch by hand, the boundary between the two side compartments is described as being opened, but in reality, when the bonding strength of the bonding line is high, Or tearing around the bonding line.

For the purpose of solving the above problem, Korean Utility Model Registration Application No. 20-2009-0000590 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 2") has been disclosed.

However, the above-mentioned prior art 2 also has a structure in which the joining line is formed by a weak portion having a weak joining strength compared to the adjacent portion because the joining area is remarkably narrowed at a specific portion. However, even in the case of such a weak portion, But also the material properties such as the tensile strength of the film constituting the pouch must be considered.

The above prior arts 1 and 2 have a problem in that the surface area of the pouch is accommodated in two, and the area occupied by the pouch is wide, and when these are folded and stored, there is a problem that the bonding line is unintentionally unintentionally subjected to the action of external physical force have.

U.S. Published Patent Application No. 2004/0079763 (published on April 29, 2004) Korea Public Utility Model No. 20-2010-0007562 (Published on July 26, 2010)

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a receiving part for receiving different contents on both sides of a single separating membrane, To thereby allow the contents of the two side receiving portions to be mixed with each other, thereby providing a multi-storage pouch.

In addition, the present invention provides a multi-storage pouch for accommodating two or more types of contents, wherein the storage area is formed in a multi-layered structure to reduce the area.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a multi-storage pouch comprising: a separation membrane for separating a storage space formed between two films into two storage sections; And a punching member having one end in the longitudinal direction and the other end in the longitudinal direction forming a cut portion having a sharp shape, wherein the user grips the handle portion of the punching member, And a portion corresponding to the sharp end of the incision is torn to be formed as a hole by bending the separation membrane on the outward side in the negative direction toward the incision.

At least the grip portion of the punching member may be joined to one surface of the separating film facing each other, and the punching member forms a molding groove corresponding to the shape of the cutout portion on both sides of the handle portion in the direction of the cutout portion And a die portion which is disposed so that the forming groove is spaced from the cut-out portion and is joined to the opposing separating membrane, wherein the die portion is provided with the separating portion, And the separation membrane is tilted to the opposite side of the cut-out portion. In this case, the separation membrane in the gap between the cut-out portion and the molding groove may be torn.

The die portion is formed integrally with the handle portion at a boundary portion between the handle portion and the incision portion so as to be bendable on both sides of the boundary portion with reference to the boundary portion thereof. The die portion extends from one side edge of the handle portion, Wherein the forming grooves are integrally formed so as to be spaced apart from each other in correspondence with the shape of the cutout portion, and that the forming grooves are spaced apart from each other at intervals corresponding to the shape of the cutout portion The handle portion may be formed separately from the handle portion.

The die part is integrally formed by extending from one side edge of the handle part and folding with the edge of the corresponding separating film as a reference so that the forming groove is arranged so as to be spaced corresponding to the shape of the cut part, Wherein the molding groove is formed separately from the handle portion so as to be spaced apart from the handle portion in correspondence with the shape of the cutout portion. In contrast, the die portion and the handle portion, Preferably, the mutual bar bar is provided with an alignment portion having a concavo-convex structure for guiding the position of the forming groove in correspondence with the cut-out portion.

In addition, the incision portion of the punching member is formed with both side edges of less than 90 degrees with respect to the vertex at the other end, and the molding groove of the die portion corresponding to the incision portion is formed with both side portions, And the interval between the cut-out portion and the forming groove of the die portion is preferably in the range of 1 ± 0.5 mm.

According to the above-described structure of the present invention, the separation membrane is separated from the two films by separating the receiving space into two receiving portions, and the separated receiving portions form a mutual laminated structure, The laminate structure is prevented from being folded relatively to prevent the unintentional mixing of the contents, thereby achieving a more stable storage.

In addition, the incision portion is protected by the housing portion from the external pressure by being disposed opposite to the separating membrane placed between the both side accommodating portions at least by the grip portion, so that the corresponding separating membrane portion is easily cut only by the user's operation. There is an effect of ensuring convenience of use.

In addition, the diaphragm has an effect of facilitating the cutting of the membrane at the corresponding portion by the incision by making the separator to be incised by the incision.
