Abstract
The integrated fan scroll according to an embodiment of the present invention may include an air filter that includes a filter frame, a fan scroll, and a fan scroll cover to suppress the inflow of air that has not passed through the filter. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, The air cleaner can expect the effect of reducing the vibration and noise of the air purifier including the integral fan scroll, the filter, the motor, the fan and the like.
Description
The present invention relates to an integral fan scroll and an air purifier using the same, and more particularly, to an integral fan scroll that prevents air from being filtered by a filter into the fan scroll and prevents vibration of the motor, and an air purifier using the same.
Generally, in a conventional air cleaner using a centrifugal fan, air that has not passed through the filter through a gap between the components is discharged together with the air that has passed through the filter, thereby deteriorating efficiency of air cleaning.
Further, vibration of the motor used in the air cleaner is entirely transmitted to the air cleaner, which causes noise and vibration. In addition, since the electric wires connected to the motor are left inside the air cleaner, air circulation inside the air cleaner may be a problem, and vibration and noise may be caused.
