Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising a foamed rubber foam, wherein a cosmetic composition containing 0.01 to 4.5% by weight of a metal ion compound based on the total weight is impregnated in the foamed rubber foam. The cosmetic of the present invention can prevent the pore clogging caused by the precipitated particles, thereby solving the problem of discharge failure that may occur during use and solving the inconvenience of use.
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising an impregnated material, and more particularly to a cosmetic comprising a cosmetic composition impregnated in a foamed rubber foam with improved precipitation of metal ion compounds.
With regard to cosmetics storage methods, there has been an increasing number of cases in recent years in which cosmetic materials having fluidity of liquid or emulsion type are impregnated into a sponge-form impregnated material. Not only is it easy to use from the outside, but also the number of users who use the portable terminal is increasing rapidly.
For example, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2015-0020153 discloses a porous cosmetic material impregnated material that facilitates the discharge of impregnated cosmetic material.
A variety of materials can be used as a cosmetic impregnation material. Typically, a hydrophobic polymer foamed foam using a hydrophobic monomer is used as a impregnation material because it has good feel and good mechanical properties when it is used for impregnating a cosmetic.
However, hydrophobic foamed rubber foams have a problem in that the cosmetic composition is precipitated during use when metal ion is contained in the impregnated cosmetic composition, and the precipitated granules are sponge of the foamed foam It is confirmed that the discharge is poor and the use is inconvenient.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the cosmetic of the present invention is intended to prevent pore clogging caused by precipitated particles, thereby solving the problem of discharge failure that may occur during use and solving the inconvenience of use.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [7] The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for impregnation with a foamed rubber foam, which has a problem of precipitation of a cosmetic composition and which can solve the problem.
The present invention is intended to provide an impregnated cosmetic product having excellent stability even at low temperatures.
In order to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention provide a cosmetic composition in which a cosmetic composition containing 0.01 to 4.5% by weight of a metal ion compound, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, is impregnated in a hydrophobic foamed rubber foam.
The inventors of the present invention have found that the hydrophobic foamed rubber foam impregnated with a low viscosity cosmetic composition has difficulty in discharging the cosmetics clogged or impregnated with the foam over time. . As a result, we have found particles around the hydrophobic foamed rubber foam, and it has been confirmed that these particles are formed by the metal ion compounds contained in the cosmetic composition.
In particular, it has been confirmed that these particles block the pores formed in the hydrophobic foamed foam foam used as the impregnation material, resulting in poor discharge of the impregnated cosmetic composition.
Specifically, when the total content of the metal ion compounds releasing metal ions contained in the cosmetic composition is in the range of 0.01 to 4.5% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, no particles are observed, but 4.5% , It was confirmed that the precipitation of the particles was confirmed, and the stability of the impregnated cosmetic composition was also problematic.
The total amount of the metal ion compound may be 0.01 to 4.5% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition. Preferably, the metal ion compound is less than 4% by weight, more preferably less than 3.5% . If the content of the metal ion compound in the water component is increased, the content of the other water component may be reduced and the content of the desired composition may be affected. Also, the higher the content, the more the viscosity, the solubility, or the moisture of cosmetics may be affected, and the number of particles observed in the impregnated material may increase.
As used herein, the foamed rubber foam refers to a sponge-like structure made of a rubber material forming pores therein. The foamed rubber foam may be used for the purpose of storing a cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention, that is, as an impregnation material.
The term impregnated material used in the present specification is used in the meaning generally used in the industry for producing the present cosmetic composition and specifically refers to a material such as a sponge that supports the contents in a material having a pore formed therein And the like.
The meaning of the above-mentioned support means the ability to contain and store any substance (e.g., liquid cosmetic).
The foamed rubber is prepared by foaming natural rubber, synthetic rubber or a combination thereof. The foaming can be carried out by using a foaming agent, a catalyst, etc. generally used in the industry.
The natural rubber may be a general natural rubber or a modified natural rubber, and may include a modified natural rubber. The natural rubber may generally comprise NR (natural rubber). Any material known as natural rubber can be used, and the place of origin and the like are not limited.
The synthetic rubber may be at least one selected from the group consisting of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), modified styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber (BR), modified butadiene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, Rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), modified nitrile butadiene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene styrene rubber (SBS), and combinations thereof.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the impregnation material for impregnating the cosmetic composition of the present invention may be a foamed foam using NR, NBR, SBR or a mixture thereof.
The inventors of the present invention have confirmed that when the impregnated material of foam rubber material is impregnated with a cosmetic composition, the cosmetic composition is precipitated depending on the content of the metal ion compound.
Cosmetic compositions generally contain metal ion compounds to prevent freezing at low temperatures. Although such a metal ion compound gives a freezing point effect, when the cosmetic composition has a low viscosity, there is a problem that the stability of the formulation such as precipitation or precipitation may occur as the amount of ion movement is relatively large.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the viscosity of the cosmetic composition is in the range of 1000 to 7000 cps (Brookfield viscometer LV II, spindle no. 4, 30 rpm, 25 캜, 1 min.), Preferably 3000 to 6000 cps, At 4000 to 5000 cps, formulation stability problems due to metal ion compounds can be further extended.
The term metal ion compound used in the present specification can be used to mean a compound in which a metal ion is released in water or oil phase. For example, ion-binding compounds formed through ionic bonding of metal ions and nonmetal ions may be included. For example, the metal ion compound may comprise magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, potassium chloride, or mixtures thereof, and preferably for the purposes of the present invention the metal ion compound is magnesium sulfate or Sodium chloride is used.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention can be included in the scope of the present invention if it is a fluid cosmetic composition having the viscosity range of the present specification, and the formulation is not particularly limited.
For example, it is possible to use a makeup primer, a makeup base, a foundation, a skin cover, a lipstick, a lip gloss, a face powder, a lip liner pencil, an eyebrush pencil, an eye shadow, a cheek collar, a twin cake, a fact, , A concealer, a blusher, a powder foundation or an airless, and the like.
The cosmetic composition may contain a coloring matter, an antioxidant, an active agent, a moisturizing agent, a drug, a sequestering agent, a polyhydric alcohol, an antiseptic, a fragrance and the like within the range not impairing the object of the present invention.
The cosmetic composition may be prepared according to a conventional method in the art.
The cosmetic of the present invention can prevent the pore clogging caused by the precipitated particles, thereby solving the problem of discharge failure that may occur during use and solving the inconvenience of use.
The cosmetic of the present invention can have excellent stability even at low temperatures.
The cosmetic of the present invention can prevent the formation of particles precipitated around the foamed foam by controlling the content of the metal ion contained in the cosmetic composition.
1 is a photograph showing a cosmetic according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples. However, the embodiments according to the present invention can be modified into various other forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described below. The embodiments of the present invention are provided by way of example to facilitate a specific understanding of the present invention.
< Magnesium sulfate Included Impregnation Cosmetics Composition>
One. Cosmetics Composition prescription and manufacturing process
The cosmetic composition of Preparation Example having the composition shown in the following Table 1 was prepared by the following method. Production Examples 2 to 4 were cosmetic compositions containing magnesium sulfate, and Production Example 1 was prepared from cosmetic compositions not containing magnesium sulfate.
All the content units used herein refer to weight%.
The water-in-oil type foundations of Production Examples 1 to 4 were prepared as follows.
The oil component and the thickening agent were put in an oil bath, and the mixture was heated at 80 DEG C to make it uniform, and then the pigment was added and dispersed. The water component was added to the water tank, and the raw material was completely dissolved by heating at 80 ° C, and then added to the oil bath in which the pigment was dispersed and emulsified with a homomixer to prepare a low-viscosity ultraviolet blocking emulsion.
2. Confirmation of formulation stability
A cosmetic composition containing no metal ion compound was prepared in Production Example 1 and the same experiment was conducted.
At this time, it was confirmed that the stability of the formulation was drastically decreased in the case of the freezing-thawing experiment (24 hours at -15 ° C chamber and 1 hour at 25 ° C chamber).
The cosmetic composition was stored in a -15 ° C chamber and allowed to stand at room temperature for one hour at intervals of one week, and then its stability was observed. As a result, it was confirmed that precipitation phenomenon occurred when the content of the metal ion compound was increased.
(Magnesium sulfate)
3. Foam foam Impregnation Post analysis
Table 3 below shows the results of evaluating changes and feelings after impregnating a foamed rubber foam having a ratio of NR and SBR of 20:80 to a cosmetic composition containing a metal ion compound.
(1) appearance change
The same three samples as in the previous experiment were impregnated into each foam foam to evaluate the appearance stability and consumer feeling. In the condition that the metal ion compound is contained at 1 wt% or 3 wt%, no abnormality is found when the state is left at 50 캜 in the chamber for 12 weeks and when the state is visually observed, the oil is separated Respectively. This can be interpreted as a phenomenon which occurs when precipitation occurs depending on aging and the stability and viscosity of the formulation are affected by the inclusion of 5 wt% of the metal ion compound.
(2) Feeling feeling evaluation result
A sample of the same condition was subjected to a usability evaluation (a constant amount of discharge, a feeling of being discharged from one point to five points) of the discharge amount to 30 consumers. As a result of the evaluation, in the case of the sample containing 1% by weight and 3% by weight, the difference between the evaluation after the first use and the evaluation after 14 days of use was less than 10% A rate of change of more than 30% was measured. The urethane foam used as the impregnation material of the existing cosmetic composition contains a functional group capable of adsorbing metal ions, so that even if the same cosmetic composition is used, the effect on ion precipitation and formulation stability is insignificant, It can be understood that fine granules formed by precipitation remain on the surface of the foamed foam to affect discharge upon use, but the present invention is not limited to this principle.
It is expected that the present invention can develop an impregnated cosmetic having excellent physical properties by controlling the content of metal ions contained in the cosmetic composition.
<Containing Sodium Chloride Impregnation Cosmetics Preparation of composition >
One. Cosmetics Composition prescription and manufacturing process
A cosmetic composition for impregnation having the composition shown in Table 4 below was prepared. Was prepared in the same manner as the above-mentioned preparation method of a cosmetic composition for impregnation containing magnesium sulfate.
2. Confirmation of formulation stability
Experiments were carried out in the same manner as in the formulation stability for the impregnating cosmetic composition containing magnesium sulfate, and are shown in Table 5 below.
(Sodium chloride)
As can be seen from the above Table 5, precipitation phenomenon occurs as the content of metal ions increases.
3. Foam foam Impregnation Post analysis
Table 6 below shows the results of evaluating changes and feelings after impregnating a foamed rubber foam having a ratio of NR and SBR of 20:80 to a cosmetic composition containing a metal ion compound (sodium chloride).
(1) appearance change
The foamed foam was impregnated with each of the samples of Production Example 5-7 to evaluate the appearance stability and consumer feeling. That is, a phenomenon similar to a cosmetic composition containing magnesium sulfate was confirmed.
(2) Feeling feeling evaluation result
As in the case of impregnating a cosmetic composition containing magnesium sulfate, even when sodium chloride, which is a metal ion compound, is contained, the feeling of use is remarkably lowered as the content of the metal ion compound is increased.
<Foamed urethane foam Impregnated Cosmetics Evaluation results of the composition>
The cosmetic composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was impregnated in a polyurethane foamed foam, and appearance changes and sensation of use were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 7 below.
As shown in Table 7, it was confirmed that when the respective compositions were impregnated into the polyurethane, there was no significant difference in appearance change according to the content of the metal ion compounds. However, it was confirmed that the evaluation of feeling on the 14th day was significantly lower than the 1st day on all samples. These results show that the use of polyurethane impregnated material is caused by the blotting phenomenon.
