Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a seat reservation system using location-based short-range wireless communication, and more particularly, to a seat reservation system using a location-based short-range wireless communication including a beacon, a Z-wave and a cellular network.
In the case of public libraries, especially university libraries, it is common for a student to have several seats on behalf of his or her acquaintances. In this case, students who come to the library early to secure an empty seat will suffer goodwill, and the computer data and the actual empty seats do not match each other exactly one-to-one.
In addition, in the computerized system of the library seat management system, although it is indicated as the seat being used, sometimes the student does not exist in the actual seat, and inefficiency occurs in the seat circulation.
In addition, many of the users of the library ignore the access system, and access control of outsiders is not easy. If the access control of outsiders is not done in the library, various problems such as theft of goods by outsiders may occur.
Meanwhile, according to the currently operated library management system, there are difficulties and inefficiency in management because the two management systems, namely, access control of library users / access control system of outsiders, and seat reservation system of reading room are separately operated have.
A problem to be solved by the present invention is a system for reserving a seat of a library using location-based short-range wireless communication.
Another problem to be solved by the present invention is to propose a method for monitoring whether or not a user is seated (used) in a reserved library seat.
Another problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method of returning automatically reserved seats if the reserved seats of the library are not used by the user for a set time or more.
To this end, the seat reservation system using the location-based short-range wireless communication of the present invention includes a second short-range wireless communication terminal installed in the library and transmitting its own unique information, And a seat allocation server for canceling a seat reserved by the user terminal.
The seat reservation system using the short-distance wireless communication according to the present invention locates a user terminal using a short-range wireless communication including a beacon, a Z-wave, and a cellular network, If it is not located in the library, the reservation for the seat booked by the user terminal is canceled. As described above, the present invention can effectively manage the seating of the library by canceling the reservation for the seat that is not actually used after reserving the seat. In addition, the present invention is advantageous in that the initial investment cost can be reduced by installing a plurality of short-range wireless communication terminals in the library.
In addition, according to the present invention, even if a seat is reserved by unintentionally changing the canceling time for a reserved seat according to the time of reserving the seat, the seat can be efficiently managed by canceling the reserved seat quickly.

3, the seat allocation server includes a control unit, a storage unit, and a communication unit. Of course, other configurations than the above-described configuration may be included in the seat allocation server proposed in the present invention.
The communication unit 405 communicates with an external user terminal, provides a list of reservable seats to the user terminal, and receives a reservation request for a specific seat from the user terminal. The communication unit 405 provides the user terminal with a reservation for a seat requested by the user terminal is completed.
The communication unit 405 receives information on the user terminal that communicated from the first local area wireless communication terminal and provides the first local area wireless communication terminal whether the user terminal is a legitimate user terminal capable of accessing the library .
The communication unit 405 receives unique information of the second short-range wireless communication terminal from the user terminal.
The
The control unit 415 controls the user terminal using the reserved seat based on the unique information of the second local area wireless communication terminal provided with the user terminal and information about the user terminal reserved the current seat stored in the storage unit Information about a user terminal that is not in use is extracted. The control unit 415 cancels the reservation for the seat reserved by the user terminal that does not use the reserved seat for the set time.
In addition, as described above, a user terminal that does not use a seat reserved for a predetermined time different from the user terminal that reserved the seat at the time of entering and leaving the library and the user terminal that reserved the seat at the time before entering the library . That is, for example, if the user terminal that reserved the seat at the time before entering or leaving the library is not provided with a history of communication with the second local area wireless communication terminal for one hour, the controller 415 reserves the reserved seat Cancel processing. On the other hand, if the user terminal that reserved the seat at the time of accessing the library is not provided with the history of communicating with the second local wireless communication terminal for 30 minutes, the controller 415 cancels the reservation reserved for the user terminal . As described above, the present invention sets a different method for canceling reserved seats according to the reservation time.
FIG. 4 illustrates operations performed in a seat reservation system using location-based short-range wireless communication according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, an operation performed in the seat reservation system using the location-based short-range wireless communication according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
In step S400, the user terminal provides the seat allocation server with information on the seat to be reserved from available reservable seats provided from the seat allocation server.
In step S405, the user terminal is notified from the seat allocation server that the seat reservation is completed.
In step S410, the user terminal provides the seat allocation server with access to the library through communication with the first local area wireless communication terminal.
In step S415, the user terminal communicates with the second short-range wireless communication terminal, and receives the unique information of the second short-range wireless communication terminal.
In step S420, the user terminal provides unique information of the received second local area wireless communication terminal to the seat allocation server.
In step S425, the seat allocation server extracts a seat list to be canceled based on the unique information of the second local area wireless communication terminal provided from the user terminal. That is, the seat allocation server proceeds to cancel the reservation for the seat reserved by the user terminal that does not provide the unique information of the second short-range wireless communication terminal within the set time.
As described above, the present invention determines whether or not to process a reservation for a seat reserved by the user terminal based on the communication history of the user terminal and the second local area wireless communication terminal without activating the installed seat reservation application. Of course, as described above, actual reservation and cancellation proceed in the seat assignment server.
Of course, the user terminal provides the unique information of the second local area wireless communication terminal to the seat allocation server at the set time interval, and if the unique information of the second local area wireless communication terminal is not provided from the user terminal during the set time, It is determined that the terminal is leaving and the seat reserved by the user terminal is canceled.
In addition, although the present invention has been described as managing the user access to the library in the seat allocation server, it is also possible to manage whether or not the user terminal accesses the library through a separate server, and the seat allocation server can reserve and cancel the library seat Can be performed.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the scope of the present invention .
