Claims (5)

탄소섬유시트(1)를 투명 합성수지시트(11a)들 사이에 넣고 가열 및 가압하여 탄소섬유시트(1)가 살짝 용융(熔融)된 투명 합성수지시트(11a)들 사이에서 일체로 고정되도록 하는 장식시트(11) 제조단계;
상기 장식시트(11)의 상부에 투명시트로 구성된 상면인쇄지(12a)와 상부코팅지(13a)를 적층하고, 장식시트(11)의 하부에는 흑색(黑色)의 바탕시트(11b), 하면인쇄지(12b) 및 하부코팅지(13b)를 차례로 적층하여 합지(合紙)하는 단계;
합지된 합성수지시트들을 가열 및 가압하여 라미네이팅(laminating) 하는 단계;
라미네이팅이 완료된 시트를 냉각시키고, 카드의 외형을 따라 절단하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유시트 장식이 포함된 플라스틱카드의 제조방법.
