Claims (7)

원목(原木)을 소정의 크기로 절단하여 각목(10)을 가공하는 단계;
각목(10)을 증기에 쪄서 삶은 다음 수분함유량 20∼25%가 되도록 건조시키는 단계;
건조된 각목(10)을 슬라이스(slice) 방식으로 얇게 썰어 0.10∼0.80mm의 두께를 갖는 원목시트(11)를 성형하는 단계;
원목시트(11)의 외부에 상·하부 인쇄지(12a)(12b)들을 부착하여 수성접착제(13)로 접착하는 단계;
수성접착제(13)가 경화(硬化)되면 상·하부 코팅지(14a)(14b)를 가열 및 압착하여 상·하부 인쇄지(12a)(12b)에 코팅지들을 접착하는 단계로 이루어진 원목나무가 포함된 플라스틱카드의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 원목시트(11)와 상·하부 인쇄지(12a)(12b)들 사이에는 상·하부 합성수지시트(15a)(15b)들이 삽입되어 수성접착제(13)에 의하여 접착 고정하는 단계가 더 포함되고,
상기 상부 합성수지시트(15a)에 안테나코일(16)을 열 접착하여 배선(配線)하는 단계가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 원목나무가 포함된 플라스틱카드의 제조방법.
