Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [

Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system and method for identifying structural objects in the event of an emergency, such as a fire, disaster, or the like.

Recently, the number of high-rise buildings / large-scale buildings is increasing due to the development of building technology. Emergency situations such as fire, earthquake, and disaster in such a high-rise building / large-scale building take a long time to evacuate, and there are cases where the evacuation route is not found and remains in the building.

For example, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2014-0012258 (published on Feb. 3, 2014) entitled " NFC Tag and Emergency Evacuation Guide Device " A control unit for controlling to output an optimum evacuation path corresponding to at least one exit based on the data and a control unit for controlling the control unit to output the optimal evacuation path on the screen It is disclosed that an emergency evacuation guide apparatus including a display unit is provided.

However, when a fire or an earthquake occurs, there is a situation where people in the building can not evacuate due to flame, collapse, etc., and this situation is more likely to occur in a high-rise / large-scale building. Therefore, there is a need for a method to increase the efficiency of the structure by identifying how many people can not evacuate the building in the event of an emergency.

A technical object of the present invention is to provide a structural object recognition system and method capable of enhancing the efficiency of a structure by acquiring information of a person evacuated and a person not evacuated in the event of an emergency.

According to one aspect of the present invention, a structural object recognition system includes an acquisition unit for acquiring information on a person entering and exiting a building, a person entering and exiting the building upon occurrence of an emergency situation based on information about a person entering and exiting the building A judging unit for judging whether or not to evacuate, and a providing unit for collecting at least one of information on a person existing in the building and a position of a person present in the building, and providing the collected information.

According to one aspect, the acquiring unit acquires face information of a person entering or exiting the building using a camera installed in the building, or acquires ID information (identification information) of a person entering or exiting the building using the access management apparatus installed in the building And use the acquired information as information on a person entering and exiting the building.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the judging unit judges whether or not a person entering or exiting the building is evacuated by using the face information when the emergency situation occurs, according to a predetermined zone, and uses at least one of the rescue object and the large pizza Can be identified.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the providing unit may provide the disaster prevention apparatus with information on a zone where a structure is preferentially requested, based on information on the zone in which the structure object exists.

According to another aspect, when the alarm signal is received from at least one of the temperature sensor, the smoke sensor, and the fire alarm installed in the building, the determination unit may determine that an emergency situation has occurred.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the information processing apparatus may further include a storage unit for storing information on a person entering or exiting the building.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for identifying a structural object by a structural object identification system, comprising: storing information on a person entering and exiting the building; A step of judging whether or not a person entering or exiting the building is evacuated, and a step of counting at least one of information on a person existing in the building and a position of a person present in the building.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily carry out the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. In order to clearly illustrate the present invention, parts not related to the description are omitted, and similar parts are denoted by like reference characters throughout the specification.

Throughout the specification, when an element is referred to as "comprising ", it means that it can include other elements as well, without excluding other elements unless specifically stated otherwise. In addition, the term "to" or the like in the specification refers to a unit for processing at least one function or operation, and may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software.

1 is a block diagram illustrating a structure object recognition system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, the structural object recognition system 100 according to the present invention may include an acquisition unit 102, a storage unit 104, a determination unit 106, and a provision unit 108.

The acquiring unit 102 acquires information about a person going in and out of the building. For example, the acquiring unit 102 may allow an accessing person to recognize an ID (Identification) card or a chip in an access management apparatus (not shown) installed in the building, It is possible to acquire the face information of a person entering or exiting the building by using a camera installed on one side and / or a closed circuit television (CCTV). As an example, in the case of a building requiring security access to an ID, face information of a person having a specific ID may be stored in advance in a database or the like. In this case, persons possessing the ID need not acquire face information through a separate photographing apparatus. As another example, since face information may not exist for outsiders who do not have an ID, it is necessary to acquire face information through a photographing device such as a camera in this case. Needless to say, the acquiring unit 102 may be used in combination with the two examples.

In addition, the acquiring unit 102 can acquire ID information of a person who is connected to the access management apparatus and accesses the building. If the access management apparatus is an access management apparatus such as an iris recognition system or a fingerprint recognition system, the acquisition unit 102 acquires the iris information of the person entering the building using the access management apparatus , Fingerprint information, and the like, and use it as the ID information of the corresponding person.

The storage unit 104 stores information on a person who enters and exits the building acquired through the acquisition unit 102. 1, the storage unit 104 is illustrated as being included in the structural object recognition system 100. However, the storage unit 104 may be separately provided in the building, and the disaster prevention apparatus 150 or the disaster prevention center (Not shown). The face information may be mapped to the ID information and used for identification of people evacuated from the building and people who have not evacuated. Here, the disaster prevention device 150 may be a device carried by the rescue team during the rescue operation, or may be a disaster prevention server provided in the disaster prevention center. The storage unit 104 may be implemented with various volatile / nonvolatile memories such as a ROM (Read Only Memory) / RAM (Random Access Memory) as needed.

The judging unit 106 judges whether or not a person entering or exiting the building is evacuated based on information on a person entering or leaving the building. For example, when an alarm signal is received from a temperature sensor, a smoke sensor, a fire alarm, or the like installed in a building, the determination unit 106 may determine that an emergency situation has occurred. In this case, the determination unit 106 can determine whether to evacuate a person entering or exiting the building by using a predetermined zone (for example, a floor) by using the face information stored in the storage unit 104. [ For this, the determination unit 106 may divide the building into a plurality of zones according to the evacuation route and / or the rescue route.

Also, the determination unit 106 can confirm the identity of the structure object and / or the large pizza using the ID information stored in the storage unit 104. [ For example, the determination unit 106 compares face information and ID information stored in the storage unit 104 with face information and ID information of a person who is evacuated in the event of a fire, Information about the location where the person is working can be grasped. On the basis of this, the judging unit 106 can estimate the area where the person who has not been evacuated is presently located in the predetermined area in the building. Then, based on the information on the number of structural objects existing in each zone, it is possible to determine the area where the structure is required first, and the structure priority can be determined based on the determination. Here, the face information and the ID information of the evacuated person in the event of the fire can be acquired by using a camera, a CCTV, and an access control apparatus installed in the building. The determination unit 106 may be implemented as a processor.

The providing unit 108 compiles the information on the persons existing in the building or the positions of the persons existing in the building based on the determination result of the determining unit 140 and transmits the collected information to the disaster prevention apparatus 150 via the network. . At this time, the service provider 108 transmits information (structure priority order information) about the area requiring priority structure determined based on the information about the structure object, that is, the area where the person who can not evacuate, to the disaster prevention apparatus 150). The providing unit 108 may also provide information on the rescue route, the escape route, and the like to the disaster prevention apparatus 150.

2 is a flowchart illustrating a structure object grasping method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 2, a method of grasping a structure object by the structure object recognition system will be described.

The structural object recognition system acquires and stores information on a person entering and exiting the building (S210). Here, the information on the person entering and exiting the building may include face information and ID information of the person entering and exiting the building. For example, the structural object recognition system may be configured such that a person entering or exiting a building recognizes an ID card or a chip on an access control apparatus installed in the building, or uses a camera and / or a CCTV installed on one side of the building and / Thereby acquiring and storing face information of a person entering and exiting the building. If the face information of a person having a specific ID is stored in advance in its own DB or the like, the structural object recognition system can acquire only the ID information because the person having the ID does not need to acquire the face information separately. As another example, since face information may not be stored for outsiders who do not have an ID, in this case, face information can be obtained through a photographing device such as a camera. The structural object recognition system may combine the above two examples as needed and use them at the same time.

If the alarm signal is received from at least one of the temperature sensor, the smoke sensor, and the fire alarm installed in the building or the emergency situation is inputted by the manager, the system determines that the emergency situation has occurred (S220).

If it is judged that an emergency situation has occurred, the rescue object recognition system can judge whether or not to evacuate a person entering or exiting the building based on the information about the person entering or exiting the previously stored building (S230). The structural object identification system compiles information about a person who can not evacuate based on the information acquired using cameras, CCTV, access control devices installed in the building (S240), and the evacuated person confirms the identity (S250). Here, the information about the structure object may include at least one of information about the number of people existing in the building and information about the location of a person in the building.

Thereafter, the structural object recognition system can provide the information on the area requiring the structural priority to the disaster prevention device based on the information about the structural objects collected in each zone, and it is an information high disaster prevention device for the structural route and the evacuation route . Therefore, the rescue team can perform effective rescue activities based on the information provided by the rescue system.

The foregoing description is merely illustrative of the technical idea of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the essential characteristics of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are intended to illustrate rather than limit the scope of the present invention, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments.
