2. An evacuation roll-call system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information of the evacuation event includes event occurrence time, event place, event category and commander information; wherein the event category is the number of the evacuation area.
3. An evacuation roll call system as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the evacuation zones corresponds to at least one of the secure evacuation lands.
4. An evacuation roll call system according to claim 2, wherein each of the evacuation areas is provided with at least one access control to record persons entering and/or leaving the evacuation area; wherein the people on the evacuation list are the people in the evacuation area within a set time.
5. An evacuation roll call system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a man-machine interaction module for receiving an operation instruction and displaying target data;
When roll call operation is executed, the man-machine interaction module at least receives an operation instruction of a commander and displays a roll call statistical table; the header information of the roll call statistical table comprises: name, job number, person category, last location, whether in place, reasons for not in place, and contact.
6. An evacuation roll call system as claimed in claim 5 wherein all employees enjoy the operational authority of the roll call operation module to at least confirm that the employee performing roll call operation arrives at the secure evacuation venue.
7. An evacuation roll call system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an identification module for identifying persons entering the secure evacuation venue and for delivering an identified list of persons to the roll call operation module in real time to confirm that the identified persons reach the secure evacuation venue.
8. The evacuation roll call system of claim 7, wherein the identification module comprises a swipe card check-in device, a face recognition device, a fingerprint recognition device, or a voice recognition device.
9. The evacuation roll call system of claim 1, wherein the real-time database comprises a staff data set, a door access data set, an attendance data set, a dining data set, a visitor data set, and a contractor data set.
10. A safe evacuation method using an evacuation roll call system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the safe evacuation method comprising:
The event storage module stores information of an evacuation event and determines event category of the evacuation event;
The list generation module generates an evacuation list and a command officer list according to the event category and the real-time database; the evacuation list comprises an employee list, a visitor list and a contractor list;
The roll call operation module records and counts a list of people arriving at the safe evacuation collecting place;
and after the point name time is over, the evacuation feedback module acquires personnel information which does not reach the safe evacuation collection place.
11. A method of secure evacuation according to claim 10, wherein, when performing a roll call operation, a commander and/or an employee send a command for confirming arrival of a target person to a man-machine interaction module, which transmits the command to the roll call operation module to record arrival of the target person at a secure evacuation venue.
12. A method of safe evacuation according to claim 11, wherein the man-machine interaction module refreshes the list of people arriving at the safe evacuation venue at a set frequency before the roll-call time expires.
13. A method of safe evacuation according to claim 10, wherein after expiration of the roll call time, the commander confirms the proposal; the evacuation feedback module or the commander judges whether the personnel information which does not reach the safe evacuation collecting place is zero, if so, the safe evacuation is completed; if not, the commander gives out a rescue alarm.
14. A readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the readable storage medium, which computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of secure evacuation according to any of claims 10-13.
15. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program, the processor, when executing the computer program, implementing a secure evacuation method according to any of claims 10-13.
