Claims (15)
- 제1 전극판과 제2 전극판 및 세퍼레이터가 권취된 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 케이스 및, 상기 케이스 상부에 위치되는 캡업을 구비하며 상기 전극조립체와 전기적으로 연결되도록 상기 케이스에 결합되는 캡조립체를 포함하는 배터리 셀;
상기 배터리 셀의 캡업과 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 연결부재; 및
상기 배터리 셀의 외면 일 영역과 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 연결부재;를 포함하되,
상기 배터리 셀의 케이스 외면 일 영역에는 체결부가 형성되어, 상기 제2 연결부재가 상기 체결부에 결합되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체결부는 스크류(screw) 형상으로 형성되는 배터리 팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 연결부재는 상기 체결부에 결합되도록 너트 형상으로 형성되는 제1 결합부와, 상기 제1 결합부 하단부의 마주하는 양측으로부터 서로 반대되는 방향을 향하여 상기 케이스의 길이 방향과 수직하게 연장되는 제1 연결부를 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이스와 상기 제2 연결부재는 일체형으로 형성되는 배터리 팩. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 케이스와 상기 제2 연결부재는 인서트 사출(Insert Injection)에 의해 형성되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체결부에는 돌기부가 형성되는 배터리 팩. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 연결부재는 상기 돌기부와 대응하는 위치에 홈부가 형성되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 연결부재는 상기 체결부에 억지끼움에 의해 체결되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 연결부재는 판 스프링 형상으로 형성되어, 상기 캡업과 전기적으로 연결되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 연결부재는 일 영역에 삽입홀이 형성되고, 상기 캡업에는 고정홈이 형성되어, 상기 삽입홀 및 고정홈에 고정부재가 삽입되며 상기 제1 연결부재와 상기 캡업을 전기적으로 연결시키는 배터리 팩. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 고정부재는 스크류를 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 연결부재는 너트 형상으로 형성되는 제2 결합부와, 상기 제2 결합부 상단부의 마주하는 양측으로부터 서로 반대되는 방향을 향하여 상기 케이스의 길이 방향과 수직하게 연장되는 제2 연결부를 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 제2 결합부와 대응하는 위치의 상기 캡업에는 스크류 형상의 돌출부가 형성되어, 상기 돌출부에 상기 제2 결합부가 체결되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡업의 상부면의 둘레를 따라 상부로 일정 길이 연장되는 절연부재를 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡업은 양극을 띠며, 상기 케이스는 음극을 띠는 배터리 팩.
