Description
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 사출성형 시 캐비티 내에서의 유동을 개략적으로 보여주는 개념도이다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시된 사출성형해석방법 시 유한 요수 분석을 위한 유한 차분 격자 모양을 보여주는 개략도이다.
도 4는 도 1에 도시된 사출성형해석방법 시 온도분석에 사용된 삼각형 요소를 보여주는 개략도이다.
도 5는 도 1에 도시된 사출성형해석방법 시 검사체적을 보여주는 개략도이다.
도 6은 도 1에 도시된 사출성형해석방법 시 검사체적에 따른 충전 형태를 보여주는 개략도이다.
도 7은 충전과정에서 도 1에 도시된 사출성형해석방법의 평가 시 사용된 가변 두께 캐비티의 형상을 보여주는 개략도이다.

Claims (7)
- 재료의 온도, 두께 및 주입구의 압력을 포함하는 재료의 초기 상태값을 입력받는 단계; 및
상기 초기 상태값을 근거로 재료의 주입구로부터 재료가 유동하는 진행 방향의 일점의 압력을 산출하는 단계;를 포함하는 사출성형해석방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 초기 상태값을 근거로 재료의 주입구로부터 재료가 유동하는 진행 방향의 일정의 압력을 산출하는 단계는 일정 시간 동안 반복하여 수행되는 사출성형해석방법. - 재료의 온도, 두께 및 주입구의 압력을 포함하는 재료의 초기 상태값을 입력받는 단계;
상기 재료를 미소요소로 구획하는 단계; 및
상기 재료의 주입구의 압력을 근거로 상기 재료의 각 미소요소의 압력을 상기 재료의 주입구로부터 상기 재료의 진행방향을 따라 순차적으로 계산하는 단계;를 포함하는 사출성형해석방법. - 재료를 캐비티에 주입하는 단계;
상기 재료의 냉각에 의한 수축을 보상하기 위하여 상기 캐비티에 재료를 주입하는 단계;
상기 재료를 냉각시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 각 단계 중 적어도 하나는,
재료의 온도, 두께 및 주입구의 압력을 포함하는 재료의 초기 상태값을 입력받는 단계;
상기 재료를 미소요소로 구획하는 단계; 및
상기 재료의 주입구의 압력을 근거로 상기 재료의 각 미소요소의 압력을 상기 재료의 주입구로부터 상기 재료의 진행방향을 따라 순차적으로 계산하는 단계;를 포함하는 사출성형해석방법. - 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 재료의 온도, 상기 재료의 두께, 상기 재료의 압력은 재료의 각 미소요소의 압력 산출 시 직전 재료의 미소요소의 압력으로 업데이트되는 사출성형해석방법.
