Description
통상적인 용액계 기술을 사용하는 경우, 더 두꺼운 초전도성 필름은, 각각 1 μm 이하의 두께를 갖는 HTS 박막들의 다층으로 형성된다(예를 들어, 문헌[Honjo et al, "Fabrication and growth mechanism of YBCO coated conductors by TFA-MOD process", PHYSICA C, vol.
[Dielectric properties of random and <100> oriented SrTiO3 and (Ba,Sr)TiO3 thin films fabricated on <100> nickel tapes; Appl. Phys. Lett. [Sigman et al. "Fabrication of Perovskite-Based High-Value Integrated Capacitors by Chemical Solution Deposition" Journal of the American Ceramic Society 04/2008; 91(6):1851 - 1857] 또는 문헌[J Kunert et al 2011 Supercond . Sci .

하나 이상의 완충제 층은 문헌[Knoth et al. "Chemical solution deposition of YBa2Cu3O7 -x coated conductors", Curr. Opin. Solid State Mater.
모든 층의 코팅, 건조 및 어닐링 단계는 일반적으로, 예를 들어 문헌["MOCVD of YBCO and Buffer Layers on Textured Ni Alloyed Tapes", Stadel et al., IEEE Transactions an Applied Superconductivity 07/2007]에 기술된 바와 같이 RTR(릴-투-릴(reel-to-reel)) 공정으로 연속적으로 및 배취식 공정으로 모두 수행될 수 있다.
[Backer et al. "Energy and superconductors-applications of high-temperature-superconductors", Z. Kristallogr.
