Abstract
The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus for a ship capable of operating a halogen light source for lighting installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship at a very low temperature.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an illumination device for illuminating a halogen light or the like installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship, the illumination device comprising: a body attached to a wall surface of the hull and provided with the halogen light; A terminal box installed on the outside of the main body for supplying power to the halogen light projecting or the like; A heating device installed inside the main body to heat the internal temperature of the main body; And a temperature controller for turning on and off the heating device according to an internal temperature of the main body.
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus for a ship, and more particularly, to a lighting apparatus for a ship capable of operating a halogen light source for lighting installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship at a very low temperature.
As oil has recently been depleted and exploration technologies have evolved, the area of exploration and drilling has been widening, and more and more work is being done in the polar regions.
A lighting apparatus applied to a conventional vessel is in a state where a number of applications are filed outside Korea Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2013-0039833.
The ship LED lighting apparatus disclosed in the above patent includes a housing forming a space in which a plurality of parts are accommodated; A transparent case formed in a dome shape protruding upward and connected to the upper side of the housing and made of a transparent material so that light can be transmitted; A PCB substrate coupled to the housing, the PCB substrate having a size corresponding to an upper end of the housing; An inverter provided at one side of the PCB substrate, for converting power supplied from the outside and supplying the converted power to the PCB substrate; A plurality of LED lamps mounted on the PCB substrate and generating light by power supplied through an inverter; A plurality of LEDs are provided along the rim of the PCB substrate and an emergency light is turned on when the main power is turned off. Accordingly, there is an advantage in that the LED lamp and the emergency light are provided on the PCB substrate to emit light, and thus, it is advantageous in that the temperature is suppressed even at a subzero temperature. In the present invention, It does not enable the operation of the floodlight or the like.
In particular, the Yamas peninsula and the ship's navigational routes, the Black Sea and the Arctic Ocean, are exposed to the outside air of ships operating at extremely low temperatures of -52 degrees Celsius, Which is one of electrical equipments installed in the area, operates at room temperature, so that it can not be applied at a very low temperature.
Therefore, there is a need for an apparatus that can operate an illumination halogen light source at a cryogenic temperature among electrical equipment installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting apparatus for a ship capable of operating an illumination halogen light source or the like among electric equipment installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship, even at a very low temperature.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an illumination device for illuminating a halogen light-emitting device installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship, the illumination device being attached to a wall surface of the ship, A main body; A terminal box installed on the outside of the main body for supplying power to the halogen light projecting or the like; A heating device installed inside the main body to heat the internal temperature of the main body; And a temperature controller for turning on and off the heating device according to an internal temperature of the main body.
The body may be stainless steel.
The terminal box may fix a cable for applying power to the halogen light transmission or the like.
A cable gland through which the cable passes may be provided on an outer circumferential surface of the terminal box.
The heating device may be a heating cable.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of maintaining a temperature of an illumination device for illuminating a halogen light-emitting device installed in an area exposed to the outside air of a ship, the method comprising: sensing an internal temperature of the main body accommodating the halogen light- ; Determining whether an internal temperature of the main body is below a predetermined temperature; And controlling the internal temperature of the main body to be maintained at a predetermined temperature by supplying power to the heating device provided inside the main body when the internal temperature of the main body is below the predetermined temperature, And heating the temperature of the vessel to a predetermined temperature.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of maintaining a temperature using a lighting apparatus for a ship, the method comprising: after the heating step, stopping power supply to the heating device when an internal temperature of the main body exceeds the predetermined temperature .
According to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to operate the halogen light source for illumination among the electric equipment installed in the area exposed to the outside air of the ship, even at a very low temperature. Accordingly, the operation of the halogen light can be performed at a very low temperature (-52 degrees), which can contribute to the reduction of the material cost.
