Description

방화문{Fire Door}Fire Door {Fire Door}

More particularly, the present invention relates to a fire door, and more particularly, to a fire door which is improved in heat resistance and rigidity to prevent deformation or breakage even when a gap between the iron plate members is forcibly opened with a tool To a fire door that can improve reliability.

Generally, a fire door made of a metal material is installed on an entrance of an apartment, a home, or an office in order to prevent or prevent the spread of a fire when a fire occurs.

The fire door is rotatably mounted on a door frame for a fire door using a pivot hinge or a hinge, and the door frame is made of a metal material.

2. Description of the Related Art [0002] In general, a fire door is installed in a doorway of a building. The fire door is opened and closed while a door frame 200 having a size to enclose the door frame is fixed to a wall of the door. And the hinge 300 is installed between the main body 100 and the main body 100 of the fire door.

A plurality of urethane gasket members 400 may be provided at the contact portion between the door frame 200 and the fire door main body 100 for noise prevention, insulation, and buffering during opening and closing.

Therefore, the gap between the fire door main body 100 and the door frame 200 is sealed by the gasket member 400, thereby preventing the noxious gas from entering the room due to the fire when the fire occurs from the outside, Is closed to prevent noise generated when the door frame 200 collides with the door frame 200. In addition, it is possible to block the outside air and the inside air to obtain an indoor heat insulating effect.

The fire door main body 100 is formed of a metal plate having a predetermined thickness and includes an outer member 120 forming a front face and an inner side wall 120 spaced from the rear side of the outer member 120 and forming a rear side of the fire door main body 100 And a member (110).

대한민국 특허 등록번호 10-0766199호(2007년10월04일 등록)Korea Patent Registration No. 10-0766199 (Registered on October 04, 2007) 대한민국 실용신안 등록번호 20-305989(2003년02월18일 등록)Korea Utility Model Registration No. 20-305989 (Registered February 18, 2003)

The end portion of the outer member 120 and the end portion of the inner member 110 are connected to each other by a bending press machine so that the end face of the inner member 110, The end portion of the outer member is wrapped around the end portion of the outer member, and the joint portion is integrally formed by spot welding which is a spot welding method at equal intervals.

In the case of the main body of the fire door, it is common to fill the inside with a heat insulator (a honeycomb made of glass fiber, which is a flame retardant material) for heat insulation, but the outside is entirely made of a metal plate material.

1 and 2, in the interior of the main body 100 of the fire door 100, a part of the outer member 120 and the inner member 110 are overlapped with each other through a bending press on the inner side where the hinge 300 is installed And they are formed integrally by spot welding (spot welding).

The other side door door body 100 in which the hinge 300 is installed is in contact with the gasket member 400 while the inner member 110 is folded and folded at the end of the outer member 120, The inner member 110 and the outer member 120 at the wing portion are also jointed by spot welding at equal intervals.

Since the spot welding (W) junction of the inner member 110 and the outer member 120 divided into two is formed by the bending connection and the spot welding, the supporting strength against the pressure generated by the fire caused by the fire weak.

Therefore, when the sealed room temperature becomes high at the time of fire occurrence, the bonding force is lost at the spot welding (W) position, and the fire door main body 100 is often broken.

In order to solve this problem, the safety standard of the fire door stipulates that even at a high temperature of 2000 degrees or more, it is not deformed or damaged. However, in the case of a conventional joint by bending and spot welding (W)

Meanwhile, when the inner member 110 and the outer member 120 are joined by bending and spot welding, when the sharp tool is forcedly inserted into the gap between the two metal plates, the boundary gap gradually spreads, Thereby preventing theft prevention function from being performed.

In addition, the spot welding W causes the welding portion to remain fine after corrosion of the powder coating of the fire door main body 100 or to easily cause corrosion at the position, resulting in a deterioration of the merchantability and the reliability of the product is deteriorated .

In order to solve the problems of the conventional fire door, the present invention improves the rigidity of the joint portion and particularly provides a fire door that is suitable for safety regulations by preventing deformation and breakage even with high temperature pressure The purpose is to do.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a fire door which is capable of ensuring condensation, airtightness and sound insulation so as to improve the reliability and merchantability of the product.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fire door main body 100 in which an inner member 110 and an outer member 120 are folded and formed in a hollow shape, and the heat insulating material 150 is filled therein As a result,

The inner member 110 and the outer member 120 are fixed to each other at a plurality of places by rivets 500 so as to be overlapped with each other at both side positions and a reinforcing member 600 is provided inside each side surface of the fire door main body 100 And is installed.

The inner member 110 is provided with a gasket 230 in a recessed groove 210 recessed inwardly of the door frame 200 and a wing 130 for tightly contacting the gasket 230 integrally And is formed by extrusion bending.

The reinforcing member 600 has a work space 610 formed therein in a longitudinal direction to accommodate the rivets 500.

The reinforcing member 600 is bent and formed into a substantially M shape with a metal material that is relatively thicker than the thicknesses of the inner member 110 and the outer member 120.

At this time, several bead grooves 620 are formed in the reinforcing member 600 in the longitudinal direction.

In the fire door of the present invention as described above, the reinforcing member is point-bonded to the end portion of the outer member and the end portion of the outer member is integrally formed by a plurality of rivets while the end portion of the inner member is wrapped, Rigidity is improved.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent the fire door from being deformed and damaged even if a pressure due to high temperature is generated in a fire, thereby satisfying the product safety regulations.

Further, rigidity is secured by a plurality of rivets equally spaced from the reinforcing member integral with the inner circumferential surface of the end portion of the outer member.

Particularly, there is an effect that an external person (intruder for theft) can secure the rigidity against the external pressure to deform the fire door by forcibly opening the gap of the fire door by using the tool for the purpose of theft, Since the member and the inner member can be separately powder coated and riveted, the workability is improved and the productivity is improved.

Also, it is possible to prevent deformation or corrosion of the painted portion even after the powder coating, and to prevent the condensation phenomenon, the airtightness and the difference in soundness, thereby improving the reliability and merchantability of the product.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2 are sectional views showing a conventional fire door structure.

3 to 7 show a fire door structure to which the present invention is applied.

The inner and outer members 110 and 120 are coupled to each other in a side position so that the door member 100 has a hollow space therein and has a door shape as a whole. .

The door framing frame 200 is fixed to the building and surrounds the exterior of the fireproofing door body 100. The door frame frame 210 is recessed at the contact position of the inner member 110 of the fireproofing door body 100.

The gasket 230 of the rubber material is installed in the recessed portion 210 to insulate the door frame 200 and the fire door main body 100 from each other and have airtightness and sound insulation.

The fire door main body 100 is connected to the door frames 200 by means of a hinge 300 so as to be openable and closable, and the door frame frame 200 is filled with sand dancing.

The interior space of the fire door main body 100 is filled with a heat insulating material including honeycomb.

The fire door main body 100 having such a structure is bent and formed by two metal plates divided into an inner member 110 and an outer member 120. The two side wall portions are overlapped with each other, The diameter of the rivet 500 and the spacing between the rivets 500 are taken into consideration.

Then, a riveting operation is performed to fasten the rivet 500 to the positions of the drilled holes.

On the other hand, the reinforcing member 600 is installed along the inner circumference of both side portions of the fire door main body 100.

It is preferable that the reinforcing member 600 is positioned so as not to flow by the spot welding method while being in contact with the inner member 110 or the outer member 120.

The inner member 110 is integrally formed with a wing 130 for tightly contacting the gasket 230 installed in the recessed portion 210 of the door frame 200 and then bent and formed.

Therefore, when the wing portion 130 is in the closed state, the wing portion 130 is deeply contacted with the gasket 230 as shown in FIG. 4, and the window frame frame 200 and the fire door main body 100 are prevented from being connected with the metal So that a dew condensation preventing effect can be obtained.

Further, as a result of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit being completely blocked by the wing 130, airtightness and sound insulation can be improved.

Meanwhile, the reinforcing member 600 may be formed by bending the work space portion 610 in order to fasten the rivets 500.

Accordingly, since the work space portion 610 is bent inward, the work for fastening the rivet 500 can be easily performed, and the sectional modulus of the reinforcing member 600 can be improved, It is.

The reinforcing member 600 is formed by bending a metal material having a thickness larger than the thicknesses of the inner member 110 and the outer member 120 to have a generally M shape as a whole.

At this time, a plurality of bead grooves 620 are formed in the reinforcing member 600.

The deformation strength of the reinforcing member 600 can be further improved by the bead grooves 620.

The reinforcing member 600 is installed along the periphery of the door-shaped fire door.

Therefore, the strength of the entire fire door is greatly improved.

Particularly, since the inner member 110 and the outer member 120 are fastened by the rivets 500, the heat resistance is greatly enhanced, so that it is possible to prevent the joint from being damaged due to the high temperature of the room when a fire occurs.
