Claims (14)
- 강 또는 용철이 비산되거나 산화되어 발생하고 비정형의 입자를 가지는 밀 스케일; 및
환원철 제조공정에서 발생되는 1종 이상의 함철 부산물을 포함하는 브리켓. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 브리켓의 질량에 대하여 상기 함철 부산물이 30~90질량% 함유되는 브리켓. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 함철 부산물의 질량에 대해 상기 함철 부산물에 금속 철(Fe)이 5~100질량% 함유되는 브리켓. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
노 내에서 3mm 이하의 분말 발생률이 30%이하인 브리켓. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 브리켓의 전체 질량에 대하여 상기 함철 부산물이 30~60질량% 함유되는 브리켓. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
탄소계 물질 1종 이상이 더 혼합되고, 상기 탄소계 물질의 질량에 대해 상기 탄소계 물질에 고정 탄소가 50~100질량% 함유되는 브리켓. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 밀 스케일의 질량에 대해 상기 밀 스케일에 철(Fe)이 60~90질량% 함유되는 브리켓. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 함철 부산물은 구형, 직육각형, 다면체 형상 중 적어도 어느 하나의 형상으로 형성되는 브리켓. - 함철 부산물을 선별하는 과정;
비정형의 입자를 가지는 밀 스케일과 1종 이상의 선별된 상기 함철 부산물을 혼합하는 과정; 및
상기 밀 스케일과 상기 함철 부산물의 혼합물을 성형하는 과정을 포함하는 브리켓 제조방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 함철 부산물을 선별하는 과정은,
평균 입도가 8mm 이하이고, 금속 철(Fe) 함량이 5~100질량%인 함철 부산물을 선별하는 과정을 포함하는 브리켓 제조방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 밀 스케일과 상기 함철 부산물을 혼합하는 과정은,
1종 이상의 탄소계 물질을 혼합하는 과정을 포함하는 브리켓 제조방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 탄소계 물질은 콜(Coal), 코크스(Cokes), 차르(Char), 및 차콜(Char Coal) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 브리켓 제조방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 성형하는 과정은,
상기 혼합물을 5~10ton/cm의 성형압으로 성형하는 과정을 포함하는 브리켓 제조방법. - 청구항 9 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 성형하는 과정은,
상온 또는 열간 상태에서 상기 혼합물을 성형하는 과정을 포함하는 브리켓 제조방법.
