THE DRAIN SIDEWALK BLOCK

The present invention relates to a water-permeable sidewalk block. More particularly, the present invention relates to a water-permeable sidewalk block, in which a permeable continuous groove, a permeable layer and a drain hole are formed in the permeable layer, Permeable pavement block in which permeability is maintained even if foreign matter such as dust is accumulated on the upper surface of the pavement block according to the progress of the pavement.

Generally, there are many sidewalk blocks on sidewalks. These sidewalk blocks are constructed to have various materials and functions. Especially, in recent years, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of natural disasters such as river flooding during heavy rains, and many permeable pavement blocks are being constructed to help water circulation, and the tendency is expected to be further expanded.

These permeable blocks are generally made of permeable concrete. Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 5-305606 discloses a waterproof pavement block having a special structure in which a drain hole is formed inside a sidewalk block and is not exposed to the surface.

However, as shown in FIG. 1, the permeable walkway 1 having any structure is deposited with contaminants 2 such as dust on the upper surface thereof after a lapse of time. When the pollutant 2 is accumulated on the upper surface of the water-permeable sidewalk block 1, the water does not penetrate through the sidewalk block on the upper surface of the sidewalk block 1, and the water .

Therefore, even if the permeability of the conventional waterproof pavement block 1 is initially excellent, there is a problem that the water permeability is drastically decreased with time after the application and the permeation performance is substantially lost within 6 months.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a water permeable continuous groove formed on the upper surface of a waterproof fine layer, and a drain hole and a communication hole for communicating the drain hole and the drain hole are formed in the permeable layer and the strength layer, The present invention provides a pneumatic sidewalk block in which permeability is maintained even if foreign matter such as dust is deposited on the top surface of the sidewalk block.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a water permeable sidewalk block comprising: a strength layer formed of cement and sand and formed of an impervious layer; A permeable layer formed on the strength layer and composed of cement, sand and gravel; A water permeable plaster layer having a predetermined thickness on the permeable layer and having permeability; A drain hole formed through the strength layer and the permeable layer from the lower side to the upper side; And a water permeable continuous groove formed in the permeable pleated layer at a predetermined depth from the upper side to the lower side to form a permeable surface in the permeable pleated layer.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the water permeable continuous groove has a planar shape in the form of a closed curve, and has a communication hole communicating with the upper portion of the drain hole.

Also, in the present invention, it is preferable that the water permeable continuous groove has a structure in which a gradient is formed in the direction of the communication hole.

Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the water-permeable pleated layer is composed of void-forming particles and cement.

The water-permeable sidewalk block according to the present invention uses permeable continuous grooves, drain holes, and communication holes for communicating the permeable sidewalk blocks, so that dust and the like are discharged through the communicating port and the drain hole even if the sediment accumulates, There are advantages.

In addition, since the pollutants such as dust are collected in the water permeable continuous groove and the communication hole, it is possible to reduce dust scattered on the sidewalk. The collected dusts can be washed away by rainwater or discharged to the lower side of the sidewalk block during rain.

Hereinafter, a specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

3, the permeable sidewalk block 100 according to the present embodiment includes a strength layer 110, a permeable layer 120, a permeable plaster layer 130, a permeable continuous groove 140, (150) and a communication port (160).

3, the strength layer 110 and the permeable layer 120 of the permeable sidewalk block 100 according to the present embodiment are formed to have a constant thickness, 100), and is a component that maintains permeability and bending strength.

The strength layer 110 secures the bending strength of the sidewall block 100 according to the present embodiment, and is formed as an impermeable layer so that the strength is excellent. Therefore, the strength layer 110 is composed of only cement and sand, and is the lowest layer of the sidewall 100 according to the present embodiment.

Next, the permeable layer 120 is formed between the strength layer 110 and the water permeable fine layer 130 as shown in FIG. 3, and is excellent in water permeability. Therefore, the permeable layer 120 may be composed of cement, sand, and gravel, and may have a structure in which the proportion of the gravels increases from the lower layer to the upper layer.

3, a drainage hole 150 is further formed in the strength layer 110 and the permeable layer 120. [ The drain hole 150 is formed by penetrating the strength layer 110 and the permeable layer 120 from the lower side to the upper side and the upper end thereof is formed up to the interface with the water permeable fine layer 130. The water absorbed through the water permeable fine layer 130 and the water permeable layer 120 by the drain hole 150 can be drained downward through the impermeable strength layer 110.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of the drain holes 150 may be formed at a predetermined interval, and the size and number of the drain holes 150 may be variously changed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the permeable fine layer 130 is formed to have a certain thickness on the permeable layer 110 and is permeable. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the permeable fine layer 130 is composed of particles for forming voids and cement, and the particles for forming voids have a diameter of about 0.5 to 4 mm and are preferably formed of dolomite or calcined stone.

3, the water permeable continuous groove 140 is formed in the permeable fine layer 130 at a predetermined depth from the upper side to the lower side, and the permeable continuous groove 140 is formed in the permeable continuous groove 140 A permeable surface 142 is formed in the permeable paste layer 130. 3, the permeable surface 142 is a surface formed perpendicular to the ground surface. Even if contaminants are deposited after the construction of the sidewalk block 100, contaminants are not deposited, It is the face to keep.

2, the water-permeable continuous groove 140 is formed in the permeable plaster layer 120 in a planar shape in the form of a closed curve, as shown in FIG. 2 desirable. As shown in FIG. 3, a portion of the water permeable continuous groove 140 is formed to pass through an area overlapping the upper end of the drain hole 140 and the communication hole 160. When the permeable continuous groove 140 is formed in the permeable fine layer 130 in a closed curve shape, the dust 2 deposited on the permeable continuous groove 140 may be discharged through the communication hole 160) to the lower side.

The water permeable sidewalk block 100 according to the present embodiment having such a structure is watered through all the surfaces of the water permeable float layer 130 as shown in FIG. 3 before the contaminants accumulate. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the contaminant 2 is deposited, water permeability is maintained through the permeable surface 122 and the communicating port irrespective of whether the contaminants are deposited or not, and permeability is maintained constantly .

Of course, as shown in FIG. 6, the permeable continuous groove may be formed with a plurality of openings 242, 244 and 246 in the shape of a closed curve to further improve the permeability persistence. 7, even if dust or the like is accumulated, some of the dust may flow downward through the communication hole 260 and the drain hole 250, as shown in FIG. 7, if the plurality of permeable continuous grooves 242, 244, And the permeability is maintained for a longer period of time through a plurality of permeable surfaces.

In the present embodiment, the width of the permeable continuous groove 140 is preferably in the range of 2 to 3 mm. When the width is less than 2 mm, there is a problem that it can be clogged with sediments, and when the width is more than 3 mm, there is a problem that the heel of a high heel or the like may slip off.

8, it is also possible to form the water permeable continuous groove 340 to be deeper than the permeable fine layer 330, that is, up to the upper portion of the permeable layer 320. In this case, since the depth of the permeable continuous groove 340 is deep, more foreign matter can be introduced and the water permeability is improved.
