Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a medicine cartridge for automatically discharging medicine according to a prescribed signal.
In recent years, a pharmaceutical packaging apparatus has been proposed in order to solve the problems caused by the manual packaging of medicines by the physician. Typically, the pharmaceutical packaging apparatus has a plurality of tablet cartridges arranged in a multi-stage arrangement, and tablets are accommodated in the tablet cartridges. The refill cartridges are interfaced with a computer to selectively discharge the tablets through a computer operation of the donor, and the tablets discharged from the refill cartridges are collected in a hopper and packed in a packaging unit installed in a lower portion of the drug packaging apparatus.
The tablet cartridge is provided with a discharge hole on the lower side of the storage case in which the tablets are stored and a cylindrical rotor having a plurality of guide teeth and tablet insertion grooves along the outer periphery of the discharge hole, . The rotating body rotates the rotor as it is rotated by the rotating motor.
When a large amount of tablets are stored in the storage case in such a tablet cartridge, one tablet is stored in the tablet insertion grooves between the guide teeth of the rotor provided below the storage case. In this state, The grooves are positioned so as to be in line with the discharge holes provided in the lower side in order, and the tablets in the tablet insertion groove are discharged. At this time, a tablet stopper is provided at a position above the discharge hole of the storage case. When one of the tablet insertion grooves is positioned in a straight line with the discharge hole, the tablet stopper blocks the upper part of the tablet insertion groove, Thereby preventing the tablet from being injected and discharged through the tablet insertion groove. A related art document related to this is Registration Practical Utility Model No. 20-0438560 (published on February 22, 2008).
On the other hand, when the medicine contained in the storage case is discharged or a small amount remains, the medicine is refilled in the storage case. Incidentally, there is a case where a problem that the medicine contained in the storage case is filled with a medicine other than the medicine originally contained in the storage case due to a mistake of the operator, and the like may occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a refill-only medicine cartridge that prevents the occurrence of a malfunction.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a refill-only medicine cartridge including a case and a refill member, wherein the refill member includes a tag, and the case includes a tag reader that reads drug information from the tag. The case accommodates medicines. The refill member is slidably engaged with the upper portion of the case to discharge the medicine contained therein to the case.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the refill member may be provided with an opening hole formed in the lower surface thereof and a sliding door opening and closing the opening hole.
According to another aspect of the present invention, it is possible to further include opening means for allowing the opening hole to open when the refill member is engaged with the case.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the opening means may be an opening protrusion formed on the upper portion of the case so as to interfere with the sliding door so that the opening hole is opened.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the refill member may further include an elastic member that applies an elastic force to the sliding door to close the opening hole.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the apparatus may further include a locking portion formed of a locking protrusion formed on the upper side of the case and a locking groove formed on the lower side of the refill member.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the refill member is recessed on both sides, so that a handle for facilitating the user's gripping can be formed.
According to the present invention, there is no problem that the medicament cartridge is injected with a medicament different from the originally introduced medicament and thus is not misjudged.

The foregoing and further aspects will become apparent through the embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present specification, corresponding elements in each figure are referred to by the same numerals. Further, in the detailed description, a detailed description of the related art may be omitted when it is considered that the gist of the present invention may be unnecessarily obscured.
Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the refill-only medicine cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, when the refill member is slidably coupled to the case, the tag reader provided in the case reads the drug information of the refill member and compares the information with the information of the case, It is detected whether or not the member is inserted into the case.
It may further comprise a locking portion (30) which prevents the refill member from flowing with respect to the case after the refill member is engaged with the case. The

In addition, the refill-only medicine cartridge according to the present invention may further include a lock portion provided at one side of the case to prevent the refill member from being engaged. The locking part may be provided on the front surface of the case. The tag reader installed in the case can read the tag information of the refill member and release the lock only when it is confirmed as a correct refill member. In the case of a wrong refill member, the refill member can not be mounted without releasing the lock. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the problem that the wrong refill member is mounted on the case and the medicine is misapplied. The locking part can be locked or unlocked by a linear motion using a solenoid or a linear motor, or can be locked or unlocked by a rotary motion using a step motor or the like.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be clearly understood that the same is by way of illustration and example only and is not to be taken by way of limitation. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention should be defined only by the appended claims.
