Description

Cartridge for refill}

The present invention relates to a medicine cartridge for automatically discharging medicine according to a prescribed signal.

In recent years, a pharmaceutical packaging apparatus has been proposed in order to solve the problems caused by the manual packaging of medicines by the physician. Typically, the pharmaceutical packaging apparatus has a plurality of tablet cartridges arranged in a multi-stage arrangement, and tablets are accommodated in the tablet cartridges. The refill cartridges are interfaced with a computer to selectively discharge the tablets through a computer operation of the donor, and the tablets discharged from the refill cartridges are collected in a hopper and packed in a packaging unit installed in a lower portion of the drug packaging apparatus.

The tablet cartridge is provided with a discharge hole on the lower side of the storage case in which the tablets are stored and a cylindrical rotor having a plurality of guide teeth and tablet insertion grooves along the outer periphery of the discharge hole, . The rotating body rotates the rotor as it is rotated by the rotating motor.

When a large amount of tablets are stored in the storage case in such a tablet cartridge, one tablet is stored in the tablet insertion grooves between the guide teeth of the rotor provided below the storage case. In this state, The grooves are positioned so as to be in line with the discharge holes provided in the lower side in order, and the tablets in the tablet insertion groove are discharged. At this time, a tablet stopper is provided at a position above the discharge hole of the storage case. When one of the tablet insertion grooves is positioned in a straight line with the discharge hole, the tablet stopper blocks the upper part of the tablet insertion groove, Thereby preventing the tablet from being injected and discharged through the tablet insertion groove. A related art document related to this is Registration Practical Utility Model No. 20-0438560 (published on February 22, 2008).

On the other hand, when the medicine contained in the storage case is discharged or a small amount remains, the medicine is refilled in the storage case. Incidentally, there is a case where a problem that the medicine contained in the storage case is filled with a medicine other than the medicine originally contained in the storage case due to a mistake of the operator, and the like may occur.

Further, in the detailed description, a detailed description of the related art may be omitted when it is considered that the gist of the present invention may be unnecessarily obscured.

Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a refill-only medicament cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view showing a state before the refill member is mounted on a case in the refill-only medicament cartridge of FIG. 1, Fig. 8 is a view showing the state after the refill member is mounted on the case in the refill-only medicine cartridge.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a refill-only medicine cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case 10 and a refill member 20.

The case 10 accommodates medicines. Here, the medicament may be a medicament of a general shape such as a circular tablet, an elliptic tablet, a rectangle tablet, etc., a tablet in the form of a half-piece or a slice, capsule-packaged medicine, blister packaged medicine, cellophane, Packaged medicines, packaged medicines, and the like. The case 10 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped inner space and an open top.

The refill member 20 is slidably engaged with the upper portion of the case 10 to discharge the medicine contained therein to the case. The refill member 20 may also have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped inner space for accommodating medicines therein and an open top. In order to allow the refill member 20 to be slidably engaged with the upper portion of the case 10, elongated engaging projections 21 are formed on both sides of the lower side of the refill member along the inserting direction, An elongated engaging groove 10d corresponding to the engaging portion 21 can be formed.

The refill member 20 may have an opening hole 23 formed in the lower surface and a sliding door 24 opening and closing the opening hole 23. Therefore, when the refill member 20 is coupled to the case 10, the opening hole 23 can be opened to allow the medicine contained in the refill member 20 to be transferred to the case. The opening hole 23 may be a square or a circle.

The sliding door 24 is installed at the lower portion of the refill member 20 and is slidable to open and close the opening hole 23. A guide strip 26 may be installed on the lower portion of the refill member 20 to guide the sliding movement of the sliding door 24. The guide strip may be formed in a U shape. The refill member 20 may be provided with an elastic member 22 so that the opening hole 23 is kept closed when the refill member 20 is not engaged with the case. The elastic member 22 may be a coil spring or a leaf spring.

It may further comprise opening means for allowing the opening hole 23 to be automatically opened when the refill member 20 is engaged with the case without the user directly opening the opening hole 23. The opening means may be an opening protrusion (13) formed so as to protrude from the inside upper side of the case. The opening protrusion 13 interferes with the sliding door 24 when the refill member 20 is engaged with the case so that the opening hole 23 is opened (see Fig. 3).

The refill member 20 is provided with a tag 25 and the case 10 is provided with a tag reader 15 for reading drug information from the tag 25. [ The tag 25 is provided in front of the inserting direction of the refill member 20 and the tag reader 15 can be provided on the surface of the case 10 corresponding thereto. In the tag 25, drug information including the size of the medicine contained in the refill member and the like can be recorded. The tag 25 may be a non-contact tag such as a near field communication (NFC) tag, a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag, a bar code, or the like, or may be a contact tag. The tag reader can read the drug information from the tag. Further, the case may be equipped with a communication unit for communication between the pharmaceutical cartridge and the server of the pharmaceutical packaging apparatus.

In the refill-only medicine cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, when the refill member is slidably coupled to the case, the tag reader provided in the case reads the drug information of the refill member and compares the information with the information of the case, It is detected whether or not the member is inserted into the case.

It may further comprise a locking portion (30) which prevents the refill member from flowing with respect to the case after the refill member is engaged with the case. The locking portion 30 may include a locking protrusion 10b formed on the upper side of the coupling groove of the case and a locking groove 20b formed below the coupling protrusion of the refill member. When the refill member is coupled to the case by the locking portion 30 thus configured, the refill member is stably fixed without flowing.

On both rear side surfaces of the refill member, a handle 29 may be formed to facilitate gripping of the user. The handle may have a recessed shape on both sides or a protruding shape. By providing the handle, the user can easily attach and detach the refill member to the case.
