Abstract
A nasal drug injection device is provided that is equipped with a filter to prevent side effects due to foreign matter injection. The nasal drug injection device according to the present invention comprises a body portion having a front end inserted into a nasal cavity and a rear end exposed to the outside of the nasal cavity, wherein a flow path through which a liquid drug moves is formed; A drug inlet disposed at a rear end of the body portion and connected to a discharge port of the drug infusion device; A spray nozzle unit disposed at a front end of the body and spraying the drug through the drug inlet and the flow path into the nasal cavity; And a porous filter disposed between the drug inlet and the flow path to filter foreign matters mixed in the drug.
Description
The present invention relates to a nasal spray apparatus, and more particularly, to a nasal spray apparatus for injecting drugs directly into a nasal cavity through a spray nozzle so as to prevent foreign substances from being injected into the nasal cavity, .
The intranasal drug injection device is a device that injects a liquid drug into the nasal cavity to be directly absorbed in the capillary blood vessel. The injection device in the nasal cavity is used to inject medicines for various purposes such as anti-convulsions, sedation, detoxification, or pain control, as well as injecting medicines for the treatment of rhinitis or for the relief of rhinitis symptoms.
In order to maximize the dosing effect of these drugs, they should be absorbed quickly and effectively in the nasal cavity. To this end, it is desirable that the drug delivery device in the nasal cavity should deliver the drug evenly throughout the nasal cavity, and inject a dose that is temporarily absorbable so that the drug does not flow to the neck.
In addition, another important thing is prevention of side effects. The aforementioned drugs are often stored and stored in a glass ampoule, which tends to result in a very small size of glass powder in the process of picking up the glass ampoule. When such a glass powder is injected into the nasal cavity in a state of being mixed with the drug, it can invade side effects such as infiltration into blood vessels, mucous membranes, skin tissues, or the like, or dilating blood vessels. However, in the conventional nasal drug injection device, there is a risk of side effects because there is no means for removing foreign substances such as glass powder in advance.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention is directed to a device for filtering a foreign substance such as glass powder by arranging a filter in a path for transferring a drug from a mechanism for injecting a drug into a spraying nozzle such as a syringe, An object of the present invention is to provide an intranasal drug injection device having a filter for injecting a drug evenly into the nasal cavity using a pressure to be injected.
The nasal drug injection device according to the present invention has a front end inserted into the nasal cavity and a rear end exposed to the outside of the nasal cavity, and a body in which a flow path through which the liquid drug moves is formed. part; A drug inlet disposed at a rear end of the body portion and connected to a discharge port of the drug infusion device; A spray nozzle unit disposed at a front end of the body and spraying the drug through the drug inlet and the flow path into the nasal cavity; And a porous filter disposed between the drug inlet and the flow path to filter foreign matters mixed in the drug.
The porous filter may be a plastic foam or a membrane filter having a pore diameter of 0.1 mu m to 6 mu m.
Wherein the flow path includes a first flow path that is close to the drug injection port and has a relatively narrow cross-sectional area; And a second flow path that is close to the injection nozzle and has a relatively large cross-sectional area, and the porous filter may be disposed between the drug injection port and the first flow path.
In this case, the first flow path may be arranged asymmetrically with respect to the central axis at a position deviated from the central axis of the body portion where the jetting port of the jetting nozzle portion is located.
The body portion may include a first body portion including the injection nozzle portion at a front end thereof, the first body portion including the first flow path and the second flow path; And a second body portion having a front end formed to be inserted into a rear end portion of the first body portion and having the drug injection port formed at an end portion thereof and the porous filter is disposed in a drug injection path in a front end portion of the second body portion . At this time, the drug injection path is formed so that its inner diameter becomes gradually narrower from the rear end to the front end thereof, and the porous filter is formed into a conical or cylindrical shape and is installed to be in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the drug injection path by the pressure for injecting the drug .
The body portion is formed to be connected to a body from a rear end where the drug injection port is disposed to a front end portion where the injection nozzle portion is disposed, and the body of the drug injection port is connected to the drug injection port And the porous filter is disposed between the step portion and the drug inlet, and can be supported by the step portion at the time of injecting the drug.
In the two cases described above, the body part further includes a cylindrical post inserted into the spray nozzle part, and the first flow path is formed by a groove formed along one side of the outer peripheral surface of the post along its longitudinal direction And the second flow path may be formed by a space between an outer circumferential surface of the post and an inner circumferential surface of the body portion.
At this time, the injection nozzle portion has a nozzle tip having an injection port of less than 0.5 mm in diameter, and the nozzle tip protrudes from the inner surface of the injection port to the second flow path side so that the drug distributed around the post, And a rotation guide, which is formed to be rotated and introduced into the housing.
According to the present invention, a filter is disposed in a path for transferring a drug from a mechanism for injecting a drug to a spray nozzle, such as a syringe, to filter out foreign substances such as glass powder, and at the same time, An intra-nasal drug injection device having a filter for uniformly injecting the drug into the nasal cavity. As a result, it is possible to prevent side effects due to the injection of foreign substances such as glass powder and to maximize the drug administration effect by uniformly injecting the drug.
