Abstract
A safety guardrail is initiated. The safety guard is secured to the first edge of the opening formed at the outer wall of the building at one end and connected to the second edge opposite to the first edge at the opening at the other end, And a fixing portion for fixing the safety panel to the outer wall at the side of the opening portion.
Description
The present invention relates to a security guard that prevents a safety accident such as a fall from occurring at an opening formed in a work site at a construction work site.
Generally, a large number of openings such as windows connected directly to the outside of the building are installed. In order to prevent an operator from falling down during the construction process of the building, a safety guardrail is installed to block the windows.
The safety railing may include a first bracket and a second bracket provided on both sides of the wall or the fixed frame from the inside of the window frame, and a parapet rod provided between the first bracket and the second bracket.
Both ends of the parapet are supported by the first bracket and the second bracket to block the opening.
However, the safety guardrail has a small width of the barrel rod and a weak fixing force at both ends fixed to the outer wall of the building. Therefore, when the operator inadvertently hits the safety railing, there is a case where the safety railing is damaged, and safety accident that the worker falls to the floor frequently occurs.
An embodiment of the present invention aims to provide a safety guardrail capable of preventing an operator from falling off from an opening of a building and falling to the floor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, one end is fixed to a first edge of an opening portion formed on an outer wall of a building and the other end is connected to a second edge opposed to the first edge in the opening portion, And a fixing portion for fixing the safety panel to the outer wall at the side of the opening portion.
The safety panel is provided with a fixing part and a through hole is formed, and the through hole can have a plurality of rows and columns.
The safety panel includes a first panel, one end of which is fixed by a fixing portion at a first edge, and the other end of which is extended to cover a portion of the opening portion, and a second panel which is fixed at a second edge by a fixing portion, A second panel partially overlapping the first panel, and a fastening portion fixing the overlapped portion of the first panel and the second panel.
And a guide protrusion protruding from an edge of the first panel to insert a part of the second panel.
And a reinforcing panel connecting between the safety panels.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of safety panels are installed along the height direction of an opening formed in an outer wall of a building or the like at a construction site, thereby preventing a safety accident from occurring due to an operator falling from the opening to the floor .
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the safety panel installed in the opening can be varied, so that even if the size of the opening is changed, it is possible to install the safety panel appropriately.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a reinforcing panel for connecting a plurality of safety panels is installed, thereby preventing an operator from being damaged by colliding with a safety panel, thereby improving durability and safety.
