Claims (16)
- 분석 대상인 시료가 주입되는 시료 주입구와 시약이 주입되는 시약 주입구와 시료와 시약을 혼합하기 위하여 상기 시료 주입구 및 상기 시약 주입구와 연통된 반응채널과 상기 반응채널과 연통된 광 입사구와 상기 광 입사구에서 이격 배치된 검출구가 형성된 제1기판과,
상기 광 입사구와 마주하며 광원의 빛이 투과하는 광 입사부와 상기 검출구와 마주하며 광원의 빛이 투과하는 검출부를 구비하며 상기 제1기판에 결합되는 제2기판, 및
상기 광 입사구에 일측 단부가 연결되며, 상기 검출구에 타측 단부가 연결되는 흐름셀을 포함하는 미세유체칩;
상기 광 입사부와 마주하도록 배치된 광원;
상기 검출부와 마주하도록 배치된 검출기;
상기 광원과 상기 검출기 사이에 배치된 차단벽; 및
상기 미세유체칩과 연결되며 시료를 산화분해하여 상기 미세유체칩으로 공급하는 산화분해부재;
를 포함하는 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화분해부재는 열 또는 빛을 발생시키는 반응막대와 상기 반응막대에 감겨지며, 시료가 이동하는 통로를 제공하는 튜브를 포함하는 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응막대는 자외선을 방출하는 자외선 램프로 이루어진 흡광 검출 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 산화분해부재에는 시료를 공급하는 시료 주입관과 산화제를 공급하는 산화제 주입관이 연결 설치된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 산화분해부재에는 표준물첨가시료를 상기 산화분해부재로 공급하는 표준물첨가시료 주입관이 연결 설치된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화분해부재에는 카드뮴-구리 컬럼이 연결 설치되고, 상기 카드뮴-구리 컬럼은 튜브와 상기 튜브 내에 채워진 카드륨 입자을 포함하는 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 카드륨 입자는 산으로 처리된 후, 황산구리 용액으로 활성화된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 카드뮴-구리 컬럼에는 카드뮴의 침전을 방지하는 완충용액을 공급하는 완충용액 주입관이 연결 설치된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 완충용액은 이미다졸을 포함하는 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1기판에는 상기 검출구와 연결된 용액 배출채널 및 상기 용액 배출 채널에 연결된 용액 배출구가 형성된 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흐름셀의 양측 단부는 상기 제2기판을 향하도록 설치된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 빛을 흡수할 수 있는 색을 갖는 물질로 이루어지거나, 빛을 흡수할 수 있는 색으로 착색된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 입사부와 검출부는 빛이 투과할 수 있도록 투명한 소재로 이루어진 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광 입사구 및 상기 검출구에는 상기 흐름셀이 삽입되는 체결부가 형성된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 검출부와 상기 검출기 사이에는 상기 광원에서 출사되는 빛의 반값 반폭보다 더 작은 반값 반폭을 갖도록 빛을 투과시키는 간섭 필터가 설치된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 광원과 상기 검출기 및 상기 차단벽은 하우징 내에 설치되고, 상기 미세유체칩은 상기 하우징 상에 배치되며, 상기 하우징의 상면에는 상기 광원의 상부에 위치하는 입사채널 및 상기 검출기의 상부에 위치하는 검출채널이 형성되고, 상기 간섭 필터는 상기 검출채널과 상기 검출기 사이에 간섭 필터가 설치된 표준물첨가법을 이용한 흡광 검출 장치.
