Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a T-type bone fixture that minimizes damage to the soft tissues of the proximal tibia and the distal portion of the femur while maintaining the stability of the proximal tibia and distal femur.
In general, the treatment of arthritic knee osteoarthritis includes arthroscopic debridement, proximal tibial osteotomy, femoral osteotomy, partial replacement, and total knee arthroplasty.
In addition, degenerative arthritis is usually limited to the inner side in many cases, the inner articular surface is worn out, it may be bent to the inside. In this case, the proximal tibial osteotomy, which can be performed in mid-knee osteoarthritis where the lesion is localized in the medial compartment of the knee, improves the abnormal alignment of the knee joint due to degenerative changes of the articular cartilage of the femur and tibia, To relieve pain and delay degenerative changes is a good operation.
Herein, the open tibial proximal osteotomy of the tibial proximal tibial osteotomy is easier to perform than the closed tibial osteotomy, and preservation of the proximal tibial osteotomy can reduce the peroneal nerve injury, minimize the deformation of the proximal tibia and prevent shortening of the lower limb.
However, due to the open space of the open tibia proximal tibia (see FIG. 1), there is a case where the T type plate and the fixing screw are broken when receiving the force from the outside, thereby causing a problem of delayed treatment.
The present invention is conceived to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a T-type plate or a fixing screw which is inserted after a surgical operation by inserting a spacer into an open osteotomy for treatment such as a proximal tibia and a distal femur. It is an object of the present invention to provide a T-type bone fixture that prevents fracture and minimizes damage to the soft tissues of the tibia proximal portion and the femur distal portion.
The present invention
At least one screw insertion groove formed in a horizontal direction; At least one screw insertion groove formed in a vertical direction; And a T-type plate including at least one spacer fixing groove formed in a vertical direction; And
Type T-bone fixture including a spacer including a T-type plate engaging portion and a shoulder portion inserting portion.
The T-type bone anchor can be used to fix a proximal tibia having an open tibia or a distal portion of the femur.
The spacer fixing groove has a shape in which the spacer can be coupled by screwing or fitting, and can be formed so as to be able to adjust the joining position of the spacer along the vertical direction.
The spacer fixing grooves may be formed as one groove having a longer length in the vertical direction than the horizontal direction, and may be formed in a shape in which the spacers for fixing spacers are repeatedly formed on both sides or an arc shape in which a female screw is formed is repeatedly formed.
The spacer fixing grooves may be formed of two or more grooves formed at regular intervals in the vertical direction.
The T-type plate may be formed of a metal material, and the insert portion of the spacer may be formed of a porous material.
The insertion portion of the osteotomy portion may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the open osteotomy portion of the proximal tibia or the open osteotomy portion of the distal portion of the femur.
The T-type bone fixture of the present invention prevents fracture of the T-type plate or the fixing screw that occurs after the operation by inserting a spacer coupled with the T-type plate into the osteotomy section opened for treatment such as the proximal tibia portion of the tibia and the distal portion of the femur distal portion. And provides the effect of minimizing the damage of the soft tissues of the proximal tibia and distal femur region.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a T-type bone fixture of the present invention in a proximal portion of a tibia.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention.
The following description and drawings illustrate specific embodiments in order that those skilled in the art can readily implement the described apparatus and method. Other embodiments may include other variations, both structurally and logically. Unless explicitly required, individual components and functions may be selected generally, and the order of the processes may vary. Portions and features of some embodiments may be included in other embodiments or may be replaced by other embodiments.

The T-type plate is not limited to a specific material, and can be used for medical purposes. Any material can be used as long as it has a strength capable of withstanding the force applied to the bony portion. A representative example is a metal material.
The material to be manufactured is not particularly limited and may be used for medical purposes. Any material can be used as long as it has a strength capable of withstanding the force applied to the bony portion have. In particular, the porous material may be formed of a porous material to help bone formation of the osteotomy, and a material that can be degraded in vivo is preferably used as the porous material.
The shape of the osseous
In particular, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable to have a shape corresponding to the shape of the open osteotomy at the proximal tibia or the open osteotomy at the distal portion of the femur, Can be used.
