Abstract

Provided is a T-type bone locking plate comprising: one or more insertion grooves for screws which are formed horizontally; one or more insertion grooves for screws which are formed vertically; a T-type plate which is formed vertically and comprises one or more fixing grooves for a spacer; and a spacer which comprises a coupling part of the T-type plate and an insertion part of a fractured bone part.

Description

T-type bone locking plate}

The present invention relates to a T-type bone fixture that minimizes damage to the soft tissues of the proximal tibia and the distal portion of the femur while maintaining the stability of the proximal tibia and distal femur.

In general, the treatment of arthritic knee osteoarthritis includes arthroscopic debridement, proximal tibial osteotomy, femoral osteotomy, partial replacement, and total knee arthroplasty.

In addition, degenerative arthritis is usually limited to the inner side in many cases, the inner articular surface is worn out, it may be bent to the inside. In this case, the proximal tibial osteotomy, which can be performed in mid-knee osteoarthritis where the lesion is localized in the medial compartment of the knee, improves the abnormal alignment of the knee joint due to degenerative changes of the articular cartilage of the femur and tibia, To relieve pain and delay degenerative changes is a good operation.

Herein, the open tibial proximal osteotomy of the tibial proximal tibial osteotomy is easier to perform than the closed tibial osteotomy, and preservation of the proximal tibial osteotomy can reduce the peroneal nerve injury, minimize the deformation of the proximal tibia and prevent shortening of the lower limb.

However, due to the open space of the open tibia proximal tibia (see FIG. 1), there is a case where the T type plate and the fixing screw are broken when receiving the force from the outside, thereby causing a problem of delayed treatment.
