Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pouch capable of holding a liquid such as a beverage or a herbal medicine, and more particularly, to a liquid pouch having a straw storage portion that is easy to manufacture even when a straw is received, .
There are various methods of storing liquid substances such as beverages and herbal medicines. Among them, packs or pouches using synthetic resin sheets are widely used for packaging drinks and herbal medicines. Generally, the pouch uses a method of sealing the two sheets of synthetic resin sheet after sealing each other, and then fusing the rim with high frequency or heat. The pouch can completely block the contents until it is opened, and it is easy to handle and manufacture, so that the liquid material can be easily packed with simple equipment.
Because pouches typically pack liquids, users usually use straws to eat packaged liquids. Currently, products made by attaching straws to the outer surface of the pouch are mainly made, but some pouches incorporating straws are also disclosed.
In this connection, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2007-0041693 (name: a pouch with a built-in straw) is fused along the rim and the straw is placed on the inner edge of the body portion which receives the liquid therein, And a pouch formed with a notch and a corresponding notch so that the straw can be opened so that the straw can be exposed. The pouch is cut along the notches and the corresponding notches, and a pouch . However, since the notches and the corresponding notches are formed on the side surface and the upper surface of the pouch, respectively, it is difficult to cut them by hand, and there is a need to separately cut the body portion accommodating the liquid separately from the straw incision.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to open the liquid storage portion and the straw storage portion at once when the liquid pouch is cut open.
In addition, the present invention provides a liquid pouch having a straw storage portion that is easy to manufacture even when the straw is accommodated, and can be cut and opened to use the straw.
In addition,
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a liquid pouch having a straw storing part, A liquid storage portion and a straw storage portion formed in the pouch body and separated from each other; A straw provided in the straw storage unit; And a cutting groove formed at an upper end of the pouch body and below the upper side of the liquid storage part and the straw storage part.
More preferably, the cutting grooves open the liquid storage portion and the straw storage portion at a time at the time of cutting and unfolding along the depression direction.
Further, it is more preferable to further include a perforated line connected from the cut groove and formed at the upper end of the liquid storage portion and the straw storage portion.
More preferably, the cut groove is formed at one side of the upper end of the pouch body, on which the straw storage portion is formed.
More preferably, the cutting groove includes a first cutting groove and a second cutting groove formed on both sides of the pouch body.
More preferably, the first cut groove and the second cut groove are formed at different heights.
More preferably, the second cutting groove is formed adjacent to the straw storage portion, and the second cutting groove is located closer to the upper side of the liquid storage portion and the straw storage portion than the first cutting groove.
More preferably, the height of the straw storage portion relative to the height of the liquid storage portion is within the range of 0.9 to 1.5 times.
More preferably, the height of the straw storage portion relative to the height of the liquid storage portion is within a range of 1.0 to 1.3 times.
More preferably, the length of the straw is in the range of 1.1 to 1.5 times the height from the bottom of the straw storage to the cutting groove, and is in the range of 1.1 to 1.5 times the length from the bottom of the liquid storage to the cutting groove .
More preferably, the compartment fused portion for separating the liquid storage portion and the straw storage portion is shorter than the length of the side fused portion formed along the side surface of the pouch body.
The details of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and drawings.
The present invention includes a liquid storage portion at the upper end of the pouch body and a cutting groove formed below the upper side of the straw storage portion, so that the liquid storage portion and the straw storage portion can be opened at a time at the time of unsealing.
In addition, the present invention can provide a liquid pouch having a straw storage portion which is easy to manufacture even when the straw is accommodated and can be cut and opened to use the straw.

Meanwhile, it is preferable that the height of the straw storage portion to the height of the liquid storage portion is within the range of 0.9 to 1.5 times. Here, the height means the length from the bottom to the top of the storage part. More preferably, the height of the straw storage portion to the height of the liquid storage portion is within a range of 1.0 to 1.3 times. Below this range, it may be inconvenient to pick up the straw or transfer the straw to the liquid storage. If it exceeds the above range, the volume may become unnecessarily large.
