Description

The present invention relates to a spout and a pouch with a spout, which are used for a pouch with a spout, which is joined to the pouch body so that the contents can be dispensed and is housed and sealed in the pouch body.

Conventionally, a pouch (packaging bag) using a laminate (flexible packaging material) in which a heat-sealing resin layer using a heat-sealing resin, an intermediate layer having a barrier property, a base material layer having heat resistance, etc. are laminated. For example, for filling a relatively low-viscosity liquid such as juice, sports drink, nutritional drink, drinking water, tea, coffee drink, jelly-like drink, etc., and sucking or pouring this liquid. A variety of spouted pouches with straws and spouts (pouring devices, spouts) are used. Since such a pouch with a spout is lightweight, easy to carry, deformable, and easy to handle, a pouch mainly made of plastic made of various forms such as a self-standing bag made of flexible packaging material, a caset bag, and the like is used. Furthermore, it is easy to open and has a structure that allows the liquid contents to be easily inhaled or easily poured out.

As a bag having such a configuration, a bag-shaped container having a straw portion built in the bag-shaped container is widely known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, in this bag-shaped container, the straw portion is built in the bag-shaped container, but the upper portion of the straw portion, which is the mouthpiece portion, protrudes from the bag-shaped container and is exposed. Although a cap is attached to this protruding part, it is covered with a cap because there is a risk of dust adhering to the protruding part or touching human hands during transportation, storage, or over-the-counter sales. There is a problem that the outer circumference of the straw part tends to be unsanitary.

On the other hand, in a bag-shaped container having a straw holding portion formed on the upper part, the straw is built in the straw holding portion in a state of being bent in the middle, and when drinking, the bag-shaped container is torn to open the straw holding portion and the opening thereof. There is known a bag-shaped container for drinking straws containing a straw in which a more bent straw is picked by hand and the open end of the straw is pulled out to suck and drink the liquid contents (see, for example, Patent Document 2). In the bag-shaped container for beverages containing a straw of Patent Document 2, since the straw is built in the bag-shaped container, it is possible to prevent dust from adhering from the outside and contact with human hands, and the bag of Patent Document 1 It is more hygienic than a container. However, the bag-shaped container for beverages containing a straw of Patent Document 2 has a problem that it is difficult to take out the straw because the straw is built in in a bent state. Further, since the straw is wet with the liquid contents, there is a problem that the hands get dirty.

On the other hand, there is known a bag-shaped beverage container having a narrow vertical neck portion at the upper portion and a gusset portion at the lower portion and a straw built in the bag-shaped beverage container (for example, Patent Document 3). reference). In the bag-shaped beverage container of Patent Document 3, the upper portion of the straw is located in the neck portion, a holding portion for holding the straw is provided between the neck portion and the gusset portion, and the bag-shaped beverage container is torn at the position of the holding portion to tear the neck portion. It is removed and swallowed from an exposed straw. Therefore, since the mouthpiece portion of the straw is covered with the neck part, it is excellent in hygiene, and it is convenient because it is not necessary to pull out the straw. However, since the straw communicates between the inside of the gusset and the inside of the neck, the liquid contents contained in the gusset leak into the neck due to vibration or external force applied during transportation, or handling in distribution or sales. There is. Furthermore, since the straw is only in close contact with the bag-shaped container at the holding portion of the neck and is not joined, the liquid contents may leak into the neck when vibration or external force is applied to the bag-shaped container. As a result, when the bag-shaped container is torn at the position of the holding portion, the leaked liquid contents may be scattered in the neck portion, and the surroundings may be soiled or clothes may be soiled.

FIG. 1 is a half cross-sectional view of a spout 1 used for a pouch with a spout according to the present invention, in which the right side is a front view of the spout 1 and the left side is a cross-sectional view. As shown in FIG. 1, the spout 1 has an outer tube 10 having an opening 11 (see FIG. 2) on one side (upper side) and a closed portion 12 on the other side (lower side), and an outer tube 10. The inner tube 20 is provided with an inner tube 20 fitted to the outer tube 10, and the inner tube 20 is flexibly fitted and inserted into the outer tube 10.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer pipe 10 of the spout 1 has an opening 11 on the upper side and a closing portion 12 on the lower side. A joint portion 13 to be joined to the pouch body 30 (see FIG. 5) is provided on the outer peripheral surface on the opening 11 side, an outer cylinder portion 14 is continuously provided below the joint portion 13, and the lower end of the outer cylinder portion 14 is a closed portion. It is said to be 12. An outlet portion 15 is provided on the peripheral wall between the joint portion 13 and the closing portion 12 at the lower end of the outer cylinder portion 14. The outer shape of the joint portion 13 is a substantially boat shape in a plan view, the central portion is hollow, and the joint portion 13 communicates with the inner wall of the outer cylinder portion 14. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the joint portion 13 gradually becomes thinner from the center toward both side edges. By doing so, when the joint portion 13 is sandwiched between the two body members 31 made of the laminated body 40 (see FIG. 5) constituting the pouch main body 30, and is heat-sealed by heat sealing, for example, when the joint is joined. Since the joint portion 13 is closely attached to the pouch body 30, there is no risk of liquid leakage, which is preferable.

The outlet portion 15 of the outer pipe 10 is formed in a vertically long rectangular shape with a peripheral wall cut out in the vertical direction of the outer cylinder portion 14. Further, a pair of outlet portions 15 are provided on the peripheral wall, but the present invention is not limited. It is preferable to provide a pair of the peripheral walls at opposite positions because the liquid contents flow out smoothly. The outer cylinder portion 14 of the outer pipe 10 is formed with a first locking portion 16 at a portion connected to the joint portion 13 on one side. The first locking portion 16 is formed in a rectangular shape that cuts out the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder portion 14 in a horizontally long shape. On the other side, a rectangular second locking portion 17 is formed adjacent to the closing portion 12 so as to cut out the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder portion 14 in a horizontally long manner. As shown in FIG. 2A, it is preferable that the first locking portion 16 and the second locking portion 17 are formed in pairs at opposite positions of the outer cylinder portion 14. Further, the surface of the closed portion 12 on the joint portion 13 side is provided with a convex portion 18 as an annular convex portion protruding upward.

As shown in FIG. 3, the inner pipe 20 of the spout 1 has a tubular shape having openings at the top and bottom, and has a tubular inner cylinder portion 23 elongated in the vertical direction and a step portion 22 above the inner cylinder portion 23. A drinking spout 21 having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the inner cylinder portion 23 is extended. That is, the opening on one side (upper side) of the inner tube 20 is the drinking port 21, and the opening on the other side (lower side) is the introduction port 24. A convex engaging portion 25 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 23 on the side of the introduction port 24. A pair of engaging portions 25 are formed at opposite positions of the inner cylinder portion 23. The engaging portion 25 engages with the first locking portion 16 and the second locking portion 17 of the outer pipe 10, and since the inner pipe 20 is stably supported by the outer pipe 10, it is better to provide a pair. preferable.

When the inner pipe 20 is inserted into the outer pipe 10, the setup is completed and the spout 1 in the state shown in FIG. 1 is completed. When the setup is completed, the spout 1 is fully contracted, and the length in the vertical direction shown in FIG. 1 is the shortest. When the setup is completed, the lower surface of the step portion 22 of the inner pipe 20 comes into contact with the upper surface of the joint portion 13 of the outer pipe 10. Further, the introduction port 24 at the lower end of the inner cylinder portion 23 is in contact with the upper surface of the closing portion 12, and the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the inner cylinder portion 23 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the annular convex portion 18 of the closing portion 12 to be liquidtight. It becomes a state. Then, the engaging portion 25 of the inner pipe 20 engages with the second locking portion 17 of the outer pipe 10, so that the liquidtight state is maintained and the liquid contents in the pouch flow into the inner pipe 20. Is suppressed. When the introduction port 24 of the inner pipe 20 comes into contact with or is close to the closed portion 12 of the outer pipe 10, since the closed portion 12 includes the annular convex portion 18, the outer peripheral surface of the convex portion 18 and the inner pipe 20 It engages with the inner peripheral surface to maintain the liquidtight state.

Next, the action of the spout 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, the inner pipe 20 is fitted into the outer pipe 10 and set up before use. In this state, the introduction port 24 of the inner pipe 20 is liquid-tight at the closed portion 12 of the outer pipe 10, and the liquid contents are prevented from flowing into the inner pipe 20. When the drinking port 21 of the inner tube 20 is pulled up during use, the engaging portion 25 of the inner tube 20 is disengaged from the second locking portion 17 of the outer tube 10, and the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 20 is the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 10. The outlet portion 15 of the outer pipe 10 and the introduction port 24 of the inner pipe 20 are in a communicating state. When the inner pipe 20 is further pulled up, the engaging portion 25 of the inner pipe 20 engages with the first locking portion 16 of the outer pipe 10, the ascending of the inner pipe 20 is stopped, and the inner pipe 20 becomes the outer pipe 10. It is fixed. When sucked up from the drinking port 21 of the inner tube 20, the liquid content flows out through the outlet portion 15 of the outer tube 10 and the introduction port 24 of the inner tube 20, and can be drunk. Before use, the spout 1 of the present invention is in a state where the inner pipe 20 is inserted into the outer pipe 10 and set up, and because of its compact size, it can be stored in a pouch in a space-saving manner. Since it is inserted and contractably inserted into 10, the inner tube 20 can be easily stretched, and the liquid contents can be easily sucked and swallowed.

The spout 1 is formed as a molded product by an injection molding method formed by injecting a resin into a molding die. As the resin used for the spout 1, a resin that is heat-sealed with the resin of the inner layer 43 (see FIG. 5) of the laminate 40 constituting the pouch body 30 described later and the resin that is heat-sealed to each other by heat sealing is used. Examples include high density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear (linear) low density polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-propylene copolymer. When performing retort sterilization treatment, polypropylene and ethylene-propylene copolymers are preferable.

FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the pouch 3 with a spout according to the present invention, (a) is a partially cutaway perspective view, and (b) is a cross-sectional view showing a laminated structure of a pouch body 30 of the pouch 3 with a spout. (C) is a perspective view showing a pouch with a spout 3'of another embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5A, in the pouch 3 with a spout of the present invention, the spout 1 for pouring out the contents, the accommodating portion 35 for accommodating the contents, and the spout covering portion 36 for covering one side of the spout 1. The pouch body 30 is provided with a partition portion 34 for partitioning the pouch body 30, and the spout 1 is housed and sealed in the pouch body 30, and the joint portion 13 of the spout 1 pours the contents into the partition portion 34 of the pouch body 30. It is joined so that it can be put out.

The drinking spout 21 of the inner tube 20 of the spout 1 is covered with the spout covering portion 36 of the pouch body 30, and the introduction port 24 side of the outer cylinder portion 14 of the outer pipe 10 and the inner cylinder portion 23 of the inner pipe 20 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 35. Has been done. The spout 1 is as described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, and the same reference numerals are given and the description thereof will be omitted.

As the pouch main body 30, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), a laminated body 40 having an outer layer 41 on the surface, an intermediate layer 42, and an inner layer 43 made of a heat-sealing resin on the inner surface is used. Then, for example, like the self-standing bag shown in FIG. 5 (a), the body member 31 composed of two laminated bodies 40 and the bottom member 32 are arranged, and the inner layers 43 of the body member 31 are arranged so as to face each other, and the bottom member. The inner layer 43 of the 32 is inserted between the mountain-folded body members 31 so as to be on the outside, and the peripheral edge is heat-sealed by the heat-sealing portion 33. The joint portion 13 of the spout 1 is sandwiched between the upper heat-sealed portion 33 and the lower heat-sealed portion 33 on the side close to the upper heat-sealed portion 33 between the body member 31 and the inner layer 43 of the body member 31. It is heat-sealed to form a partition portion 34, and a spout 1 is attached to the partition portion 34. In the partition portion 34, the inner layers 43 of the front and back body members 31 are heat-sealed to each other except for the portion joined to the joint portion 13.

In the pouch body 30, the accommodating portion 35 and the spout covering portion 36 are partitioned by the partition portion 34, and the introduction port 24 of the spout 1 is made liquidtight by the closing portion 12, so that the accommodating portion 35 and the spout covering portion 36 are separated from each other. It is in a state of being quarantined. Since the spout 1 is sealed inside the pouch body 30, when the product is filled with the contents, dust adheres to the drinking spout 21 of the spout 1 during transportation, storage, or over-the-counter sales of the product. It is excellent in hygiene because it can be prevented from being touched or touched by human hands, and since the spout covering portion 36 can be maintained in an isolated state from the accommodating portion 35, the liquid contents can enter the spout covering portion 36. It can be assumed that there is no leakage of liquid contents at the time of opening. Further, FIG. 5 shows an example of a self-standing bag in which the pouch body 30 is composed of a body member 31 and a bottom member 32, but the pouch body 30 is not limited to this, and may be in the form of a flat bag such as a gusset bag, a three-sided bag, or a four-sided bag. You can also do it.

The laminate 40 constituting the pouch body 30 is a dry lamination method in which the outer layer 41, the intermediate layer 42, and the inner layer 43 are laminated using, for example, a urethane-based adhesive for dry lamination, or a polyolefin-based resin or the like is thermally melt-extruded. It can be laminated by the extrusion lamination method. If there is a retort sterilization treatment, the dry lamination method is preferable. Since the outer layer 41 is a basic material constituting the pouch body 30, a synthetic resin film having excellent mechanical, physical, chemical and the like can be used, and polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon and the like can be used. A biaxially stretched film or the like can be used. Alternatively, aluminum or a film obtained by depositing an inorganic substance such as aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, indium oxide, tin oxide, or zirconium oxide on the above film and providing a vapor deposition layer can be used. Usually, the outer layer 41 is often printed, and printability is required. Therefore, a biaxially stretched film is preferable. The thickness of the film constituting the outer layer may be a thickness that can be maintained at the minimum necessary for strength, rigidity, etc. as a basic material, and may be determined in consideration of cost, etc., but usually It is about 9 to 50 μm.

The intermediate layer 42 is provided when rigidity, light shielding property, gas barrier property, etc. are required by packaging conditions, transportation conditions, protection function conditions of contents, etc., and the film used for the outer layer 41 and the vapor deposition layer are provided. The provided film, metal foil such as aluminum and iron can be used. Further, one or more of these films and the like may be combined and laminated. Further, the intermediate layer 42 may be omitted depending on the required quality.

Further, in the pouch 3 with a spout of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5A, an opening cut line 37 is provided on the side of the spout covering portion 36 of the pouch body 30 along the upper edge of the partition portion 34 for opening. The heat-sealed portions 33 at both ends of the cut line 37 are provided with V-shaped notches 38 inward from the outer edge. With such a configuration, the pouch 3 with a spout can be opened more easily than the opening cut line 37 starting from the notch 38, and the drinking spout 21 can be exposed, which is preferable.

As a method of providing the cutting line 37 for opening, for example, a heat melting drilling method for melting and punching a film by using a needle punching method or an embossing roll method for pressing a heated hot needle, a physics using a knife, a cutter or the like. Examples thereof include a target drilling method, laser beam processing, corona discharge, plasma discharge and other processing methods.

The shape of the cut line 37 for opening may be any shape such as a straight line, a curved line, a perforated line, and a broken line, and the number of the cut line 37 may be one or a plurality. Further, the structure of the cut may be in any of a through hole, a half-cut state, or a state in which they are mixed. In the case of half-cutting, for example, it can be engraved with a pulse oscillation type laser, and by selecting the wavelength of the pulse oscillation type laser, the opening cut line 37 can be engraved only on the outer layer 41. can.

FIG. 5 (c) is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the pouch with a spout, and is the same as FIG. 5 (a) except that the shape of the spout covering portion 36 is different. In the pouch 3'with a spout, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), in the spout covering portion 36', the periphery of the drinking spout 21 is surrounded by a heat-sealing portion, and both sides of the upper portion of the partition portion 34 are cut out, and the spout covering portion 36 is formed. 'The left and right lengths are shorter than the left and right lengths of the accommodating portion 35. Since the length of the opening cut line 37 of the pouch 3'with a spout is shortened, it is easy to open the pouch 3'.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a method of using the pouch with a spout 3 according to the present invention, and a method of using the pouch with a spout 3 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 6A, the pouch 3 with a spout filled with the liquid content first tears and opens the body member 31 from the notch 38 along the opening cut line 37. Then, when the cut piece 36a is removed, the spout 21 of the inner tube 20 of the spout 1 and the joint portion 13 of the outer tube 10 are exposed as shown in FIG. 5 (b). Then, when the drinking port 21 of the inner pipe 20 is pulled up, the engaging portion 25 of the inner pipe 20 is disengaged from the second locking portion 17 of the outer pipe 10, and the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe 20 slides with the inner peripheral surface of the outer pipe 10. It rises while moving, and the outlet portion 15 of the outer pipe 10 and the introduction port 24 of the inner pipe 20 are in a communicating state. It is fixed and is in the state shown in FIG. 6 (c). After that, when the liquid content is sucked from the drinking port 21 of the inner tube 20, the liquid content flows out through the outlet portion 15 of the outer tube 10 and the introduction port 24 of the inner tube 20 through the inner cylinder portion 23 as a flow path and is drunk. Can be done. The spout 1 is convenient because the inner tube 20 is stretchably inserted into the outer tube 10 and can be easily stretched and drunk.

The spout 1 and the pouch with a spout 3 of the present invention can be retort-packed, can store contents such as nutritional drinks, soups, coffee drinks, and jelly-like drinks, and can be particularly applied to applications that can be retort-packed.

It should be noted that one embodiment described so far is a typical example of the spout and the pouch with the spout according to the present invention, and the spout and the pouch with the spout according to the present invention are not limited to this.
