Claims (5)
- 냉동탑차나 냉동선박 또는 냉동창고의 냉동실에 보관되는 물품을 냉동시키는 냉동시스템에 있어서,
상기 냉동실의 내부 또는 외부 일측에 설치되어지되 내부에는 액화질소가 충진되는 압력용기;
상기 압력용기의 출구단에 설치되어지되 온/오프(on/off) 제어에 의해 개폐되어 충진된 액화질소를 유출 또는 차단시키는 개폐밸브;
상기 개폐밸브로부터 상기 냉동실의 내부 천장과 벽면에 일정 패턴으로 설치 고정되는 배관라인;
상기 배관라인에 일정 간격으로 설치되어 상기 개폐밸브의 온(on) 제어에 의해 상기 압력용기로부터 개폐밸브를 경유하여 유출되는 액화질소를 상기 냉동실의 내부에 분사하는 분사노즐;
상기 냉동실의 내부에 설치되어 하나 이상 설치되어 냉동실 내부의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지센서; 및
상기 온도감지센서에 의해 감지된 신호를 통해 상기 냉동실 내부의 설정 온도에 따라 상기 개폐밸브를 온/오프(on/off) 제어하는 제어부를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액화질소를 이용한 냉동시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부에는 상기 냉동실의 내부 온도를 설정하여 설정 온도에 따라 상기 개폐밸브의 온/오프(on/off) 제어가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 온도설정부가 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액화질소를 이용한 냉동시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지센서에 의해 감지된 상기 냉동실 내부의 온도를 무선통신망을 통해 등록 관리자의 단말기로 송출하는 무선송수신부가 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액화질소를 이용한 냉동시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 등록 관리자의 단말기를 통해 상기 온도설정부의 설정 온도를 조절하여 상기 냉동실 내부의 온도를 임의로 설정할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액화질소를 이용한 냉동시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 등록 관리자의 단말기를 통해 상기 개폐밸브를 온/오프(on/off) 제어할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액화질소를 이용한 냉동시스템.
