Claims (10)
- 확산제가 함유된 광 투과성이 있는 열가소성 수지로 형성되어 광원의 전방에 배치되는 코어층(Core layer); 및
상기 코어층의 표면에 형성되는 패턴으로 구성된 패턴층(Pattern layer);
를 포함하며,
상기 코어층의 두께는 0.5㎜∼4.0㎜, 상기 패턴의 피치는 0.5㎜∼3.0㎜, 높이는 0.1㎜∼2.0㎜로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광원은 면광원 램프, 선광원 램프, 점광원 램프 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 표면 조도 값이 Ra: 10㎛이상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 패턴층은 코어층의 일면 또는 양면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 렌티큘러(Lenticular) 모양 또는 프리즘(Prism) 모양을 포함하는 1차원 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 반구 모양, 피라미드 모양, 삼각뿔 모양 또는 벌집 모양을 포함하는 2차원 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 양각 또는 음각으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 규칙적 또는 불규칙적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 패턴층에도 확산제가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 패턴층과 함께 형성되거나, 상기 패턴층의 타면에 형성되는 자외선 차단층;
을 더 포함하는 광확산판.
