Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
A hot water matt that is heated by using hot water has recently emerged as an auxiliary device for heating in winter.
1 shows a structure of a general hot water mat. A hot
Therefore, the water heated by the heater is circulated through the hot
Such a hot water mat is heated by circulating heated water through a hot water circulation pipe formed inside the mat by heating the water in a small boiler. Such a hot water mat is advantageous in that generation of electromagnetic waves is significantly lower than that of a conventional electric mat .
However, such a hot-water mat is mainly used from late autumn to early spring, and therefore, it is required to store the mat in a separate space during the unused period.
That is, corrosion is caused by the water remaining in the boiler during the non-use period, and the sludge is deposited in the circulation system such as the circulation pump and the circulating hose, thereby causing failure.
In addition, a cool mat has recently been introduced as an auxiliary device for cooling air in summer. Such a cool mat is a principle in which the gel filled in the mat is heat-exchanged with the surrounding air to become the ambient temperature and releases heat upon contact with the human body. The temperature of the gel increases due to the heat exchange with the air, and the cooling effect can not be exerted so that the continuous cooling is limited.
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a boiler for hot and cold water mat which is designed to heat and cool a heat sink having a high thermal conductivity by using a heater and a Peltier element to generate hot water and cold water to perform heating and cooling of the mat .
It is another object of the present invention to prevent dew condensation of a boiler and a mat caused by cooling heat during a cooling operation in summer, and to remove moisture caused by sweat that occurs during sleeping.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a boiler for a hot /

열전도율이 높은 재질로 되고, 내측으로는 물을 유입시켜 배출하기 위한 물순환공이 형성되어 그 순환공에 상기 순환관이 접속되거나 또는 관통되도록 장착되는 히트싱크;A heat sink having a high thermal conductivity and having a water circulation hole formed therein for discharging water into the circulation pipe so that the circulation pipe is connected to the circulation pipe;
상기 히트싱크의 일측면에 접하여 설치되는 히터;A heater installed in contact with one side surface of the heat sink;
상기 히트싱크의 타측면에 냉각면이 접하여 설치되는 펠티어;A peltier in which a cooling surface is provided in contact with the other side surface of the heat sink;
결로점을 확인하기 위한 센서부;A sensor unit for confirming a dew point;
And when the temperature is set by the user, a control value for controlling the heater or the peltier is output, and at the same time, a velocity value of the circulating pump is generated in proportion to the control value, And controlling the peltier to operate at a dew point or higher.
In addition, the controller performs a drying mode in which the heater is controlled to dry the mat after the control of the Peltier is completed.
According to the present invention, water is heated or cooled by a heater and a peltier so as to circulate the mat. Thus, the present invention is advantageous in that it can be used for four seasons, not only for a specific season.
In addition, it is not necessary to store them in a separate place due to the use of all seasons, and the sludge and the like are not deposited in the circulation system by continuous use, which is convenient for management.
Then, after the end of the cooling mode, the mode is switched to the heating mode, and the mat is heated to remove the moisture, which is advantageous in always maintaining a comfortable state.

2 is a block diagram of a
FIG. 3 is a partial sectional view showing the internal structure of the cooling /
As shown in FIG. 5, the heating and
As another example, the
The upper surface of the
On the upper surface of the peltier 260, that is, the surface in contact with the
The
At this time, a
A mounting groove 173 for mounting the
Such a structure is a structure in which the heat sink 270, the
The
When the temperature of the cooled water in the
Since the mat is wetted by such condensation, bacteria such as fungi are liable to propagate and corrosion occurs in the metallic parts inside the
For this purpose, the
That is, the saturation humidity point is calculated according to the temperature and humidity conditions sensed from the
For example, since the saturation humidity point is different depending on the state of high room temperature and high humidity, high temperature and low humidity, low temperature, high humidity, low temperature, and low humidity, The saturation humidity point is calculated according to the temperature and humidity conditions sensed from the
The
A
The operation of the present invention will be described.
First, the heating mode will be described.
When the user sets the heating temperature through the
If water is not filled in the
When the
At this time, the
On the other hand, when the temperature change of the water inside the
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the
For example, when the heater control value is as low as '30', the temperature of the
Here, the heater control value may be the amount of energy for driving the
Alternatively, the
The cooling mode is similar to the heating mode. When the cooling temperature is set by the user through the
Accordingly, the
Of course, it is also possible to control the Peltier control value and the speed control value of the
As described above, the
At the end of the cooling mode, that is, when the user ends the cooling mode or selects the drying mode through the
This is because when the user is sleeping in the summer, the
Accordingly, the
