Claims (3)
- 망간(Mn): 20~35중량%, 탄소(C): 23.6C+Mn≥28 및 33.5C-Mn≤23을 충족하는 범위, 크롬(Cr): 28.5C+4.4Cr≤57 (0중량% 제외)을 충족하는 범위, 구리(Cu): 5중량% 이하 (0중량% 제외), 몰리브덴(Mo): 1중량% 이하, 보론(B): 200ppm 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 용접 열영향부의 미세조직은 오스테나이트를 면적분율로 96% 이상 포함하며, 상기 오스테나이트의 입계에서 탄화물을 면적분율로 4% 이하 포함하는 용접 열영향부 인성이 우수한 저온용강.
[단, 각 수식의 Mn, C 및 Cr 은 각 성분함량의 중량%를 의미함]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저온용강의 용접 열영향부는 -196℃에서 82J 이상의 인성을 가지는 용접 열영향부 인성이 우수한 저온용강.
- 망간(Mn): 20~35중량%, 탄소(C): 23.6C+Mn≥28 및 33.5C-Mn≤23을 충족하는 범위, 크롬(Cr): 28.5C+4.4Cr≤57을 충족하는 범위, 구리(Cu): 5중량% 이하 (0중량% 제외), 몰리브덴(Mo): 1중량% 이하 및 보론(B): 200ppm 이하 (모두 0중량% 제외)를 포함하고, 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 가지는 모재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 모재를 용접하는 단계;
상기 용접된 용접 열영향부를 5℃/s이상의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 용접 열영향부 인성이 우수한 저온용강의 제조방법.
