ANTI-COUNTERFEIT APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a device for preventing forgery and falsification.

Various technologies have been introduced to prevent the forgery and alteration of an expensive commodity or a commodity for which the authenticity of the contents is required. Conventionally, technologies using fine patterns, braille, hologram, RFID, etc. have been used to prevent forgery and alteration of products, but such conventional technology has the limitation that it is not easy for a general user to discriminate whether or not a product is falsified or altered And it has a problem that it is expensive to manufacture and manufacture counterfeit and tamper proof means.

The present inventors have developed a device that allows a general user to easily identify whether or not a falsification and modulation object is falsified or altered by using a substance whose color changes or light transmittance changes as a magnetic field is applied. A device for preventing forgery and alteration having a form of a sticker, card, film or the like attached to a product may have a problem that it is separated from the product for reuse afterwards, and thus a device for preventing forgery and alteration has been developed .

It is an object of the present invention to solve all the problems described above.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a forgery preventing apparatus which prevents the forgery-and-falsification device from being reused because a part of the VOID label layer is attached to the self-variable substance containing section when the product is forged or falsified. .

The above object of the present invention is also achieved by a method for manufacturing a VOID label layer, comprising the steps of: forming a silk print layer on a VOID label layer and a VOID label layer, wherein the silk print layer includes a print layer and a magnetically variable material- 1, and the magnetically variable material-containing portion is formed in a second region of the VOID label layer.

The silk print layer may further include a magnetic field generating portion, and the magnetic field generating portion may be formed in a third region of the VOID label layer.

The magnetic variable material-containing portion may include a magnetoresistive material whose reflected or transmitted light changes when a magnetic field applied thereto changes.

The third region may be located between the first region and the second region.

A magnetic field may be applied to the magnetically variable material containing portion while the portion of the second region is folded.

When the portion of the second region is folded, a portion of the VOID label layer may be attached to the bottom surface of the magnetically variable material-containing portion.

According to the present invention, when verifying whether or not the product is forged or falsified, a part of the VOID label layer is attached to the self-variable substance containing part and the VOID label layer is destroyed. Therefore, the quality containing part for preventing the reuse of the forgery preventing device is separated from the adhesive part , There is an effect that a part of the self-deformable substance-containing portion is destroyed and the reuse of the forgery preventing apparatus is prevented.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the VOID label layer includes a transparent PET layer, a hidden layer, and a VOID / adhesive layer.

The transparent PET layer covers the upper part of the VOID label layer and can protect the shadow layer. The ambiguous layer can be used to display the color of the VOID label layer. The VOID / adhesive layer may have a VOID pattern formed thereon, and may be coated with an adhesive that provides adhesion between the obscuration layer and the VOID pattern.

The VOID label layer shown at the top of FIG. 1 represents the color of the ambivalent layer before label desorption. The VOID label layer shown in the lower portion of FIG. 1 shows a form in which only the VOID portion of the VOID pattern is detached after label desorption.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, in the forgery prevention apparatus according to the first embodiment, a silk print layer may be formed on the VOID label layer and the VOID label layer. The silk print layer may include a printing layer, a magnetic field generating portion (magnet), and a magnetostrictive material containing portion (MTX).

The printing layer may be formed in the first region of the VOID label layer. In one example, the first area may be the left portion of the forgery preventing device. In the print layer, a trademark of the product, a description of the product, and the like may be described.

The magnetic variable substance-containing portion may be formed in the second region of the VOID label layer. In one example, the second area may be the right part of the forgery preventing device. The magnetorptive material-containing portion may include a magnetoresistive material whose reflected or transmitted light changes when a magnetic field applied changes. The self-tunable substance is disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2014-0171854 filed by the present applicant.

The magnetic field generator (magnet) may be formed in the third region of the VOID label layer. In one example, the third circle may be between the first area and the second area. A magnetic field for changing the reflected light or the transmitted light of the magnetically variable material containing portion in the magnetic field generating portion may occur.

The magnetostrictive material-containing portion may further include a black sheet layer and a color-changeable layer in addition to the magnetostrictive material, thereby improving visibility. In addition, an image or a pattern may be printed to realize a color change of a specific image or pattern when a magnetic field is applied.

Referring to FIG. 3, an apparatus for preventing forgery and falsification can be provided. The forgery preventing device may be attached to the product.

Referring to FIG. 4, the color change of the forgery preventing apparatus can be confirmed to confirm authenticity of the product. Specifically, the change (color change) of the reflected light or the transmitted light can be confirmed through the rear surface of the magnetically variable material containing portion by folding the magnetically variable material containing portion and placing it in the magnetic field generating portion.

A portion of the VOID label layer may be attached while folding the self-tunable material containing portion. That is, when separating the self-tunable substance containing part from the VOID label layer, the VOID pattern portion of the VOID label layer of the VOID / adhesive layer is still attached to the self-tunable substance containing portion, , Part of the VOID label layer may be discarded.

Referring to FIG. 5, when the magnetic variable-containing portion is returned to its original position after the color change confirmation (confirmation of authenticity) of the magnetically variable material-containing portion is returned to its original position, the state in which the VOID pattern is still attached can be confirmed. Thus, there is an advantage that the use of the forgery preventing apparatus can be confirmed.

Referring to FIG. 6, when both the print layer and the magnetic field generating part are separated from the VOID label layer, not only the self-variable material containing part but also the state that the VOID pattern is attached to the entire silk print layer can be confirmed. Thus, there is an effect that reuse of the apparatus for preventing forgery and falsification can be prevented.

FIG. 7 is a side cross-sectional view of a forgery preventing apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 8 to 11 are front views of an anti-falsification apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, in the forgery prevention apparatus according to the second embodiment, a silk print layer may be formed on the VOID label layer and the VOID label layer. The silk print layer may include a printing layer and a magnetostrictive material containing portion (MTX). Compared with the first embodiment, the forgery preventing apparatus according to the second embodiment does not include the magnetic field generating unit and has a separate structure.

The printing layer may be formed in the first region of the VOID label layer. In one example, the first area may be the left portion of the forgery preventing device. In the print layer, a trademark of the product, a description of the product, and the like may be described.

The magnetic variable substance-containing portion may be formed in the second region of the VOID label layer. In one example, the second area may be the right part of the forgery preventing device. The magnetorptive material-containing portion may include a magnetoresistive material whose reflected or transmitted light changes when a magnetic field applied changes. The self-tunable substance is disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2014-0171854 filed by the present applicant.

The magnetic field generator (magnet) is not included in the VOID label layer but can be provided separately. A magnetic field for changing the reflected light or the transmitted light of the magnetically variable material containing portion in the magnetic field generating portion may occur.

The magnetostrictive material-containing portion may further include a black sheet layer and a color-changeable layer in addition to the magnetostrictive material, thereby improving visibility. In addition, an image or a pattern may be printed to realize a color change of a specific image or pattern when a magnetic field is applied.

Referring to FIG. 8, an apparatus for preventing forgery and falsification can be provided. The forgery preventing device may be attached to the product.

Referring to FIG. 9, the color change of the forgery preventing apparatus can be confirmed in order to confirm authenticity of the product. Thus, there is an effect that reuse of the apparatus for preventing forgery and falsification can be prevented.
