Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a braking valve device, and more particularly, to a braking valve device in which a check valve allowing only unidirectional movement of oil is applied to smoothly raise or maintain the pressure of a wheel.
Generally, an electronic hydraulic braking device adjusts the braking pressure of each wheel by the hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder driven by the motor after the pedal pressure of the driver is sensed through the sensor.
The electronic hydraulic braking device includes a sensor that detects the stroke distance of the pedal so that the braking pressure desired by the driver can be known.
The electronic hydraulic brake system also includes a pedal travel simulator that allows the driver to feel the same pedal pressure as in a conventional hydraulic brake system.
Therefore, when the driver depresses the brake pedal, the electronic control unit senses this and supplies the hydraulic pressure to the master cylinder.
Then, the master cylinder delivers the braking hydraulic pressure to the wheel cylinders of each wheel, and provides the braking force to each wheel.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Application Publication No. 2007-0104982 (published on Oct. 30, 2007, entitled "Valve Control Apparatus for Electronic Hydraulic Brake Device").
Conventionally, the travel path of the braking oil is adjusted through a normal opened valve that is normally opened and forms a flow path, and a normally closed valve that is normally closed.
The normally closed valve is operated in conjunction with the brake pedal to open the flow path, thereby transferring the pressure of the actuator to the wheel.
On the other hand, when the ABS function or the ESC function is implemented during braking of the vehicle, the power of the normally closed valve is shut off to close the flow path. At this time, pressure generated in the actuator is transmitted to the wheel through a separate check valve.
That is, in order to implement the EVIE or ISE, a separate check valve must be used in addition to the normal close valve, which complicates the processing of the pump housing and increases the volume of the pump housing itself.
Therefore, there is a need to improve this.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a braking valve device including a check valve and a normally closed valve.
A braking valve device according to the present invention includes: a housing part having a first flow path connected to an actuator and a second flow path connected to a wheel cylinder; A valve body portion mounted to the housing portion and having a first braking passage and a second braking passage communicated with the first passage; A first opening / closing unit for opening / closing the first braking passage; A second opening / closing unit that allows only the unidirectional opening of the second braking passage; And a cover portion covering the valve body portion, wherein a connection flow path formed between the cover portion and the valve body portion communicates the first braking flow passage and the second braking flow passage with the second flow passage .
Wherein the valve body portion includes: a first body communicating with the first flow path, the first body being opened / closed by the first opening / closing portion; A second body extending in a lateral direction of the first body and being opened only in one direction of the second braking passage by the second opening and closing part; And a body protrusion projecting from the second body and securing a space for the flow of the second opening and closing part inserted into the second braking flow passage.
The braking valve device according to the present invention is further characterized by: a first filter portion disposed between the first flow path and the valve body portion, for filtering foreign matter of the brake fluid.
The braking valve device according to the present invention may further include: a second filter portion surrounding the cover portion and the valve body portion, and filtering the foreign matter of the braking fluid.
The braking valve device according to the present invention is provided with the first braking passage and the second braking passage which are the moving passages of the braking fluid in one valve body portion, so that the number of parts can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The braking valve device according to the present invention may be a check valve that permits only the unidirectional movement of the braking fluid while the second opening and closing part for opening and closing the second braking passage is moved up and down in accordance with the hydraulic pressure of the braking fluid.
The braking valve device according to the present invention is characterized in that the body protrusion protrudes to the upper side of the second body so that the second opening and closing part rises by the height of the body protrusion to open the second braking passage, Can be prevented.
