Claims (6)
- 사조가 방사되면서 건조되는 방사통을 포함하는 건식방사장치에 있어서,
상기 방사통의 외면을 감싸도록 설치되고 다단으로 서로 다른 공간을 구성하는 복수개의 셀;
상기 셀들에 공급되어 인접한 상기 방사통에 열원을 전달하는 열매;
상기 열매의 온도를 제어하는 제어부;
를 포함하는 방사통의 온도구배 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀 내부에는 히터가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사통의 온도구배 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀 내측에는 단열재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사통의 온도구배 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀 내부에는 상기 방사통의 외면에 설치된 방열핀들이 다단으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사통의 온도구배 제어장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 방열핀들은 상기 방사통의 외면에 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사통의 온도구배 제어장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀은 상기 방사통의 외면으로부터 일정거리 떨어져 설치된 원통형의 외면벽과, 상기 외면벽과 방사통 사이 공간을 상하방향으로 복수개의 공간으로 구획하는 복수개의 격벽으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방사통의 온도구배 제어장치.
