The content of the amine-based latent curing agent in the composition of the present invention is 0.1 to 5 wt%, preferably 0.1 to 2 wt%, more preferably 0.5 to 1.5 wt%, based on 100 wt% of the composition. As the curing accelerator used in the powder coating composition of the present invention, known curing accelerators can be used without any particular limitation.
