Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
The number of coffee shops has recently increased dramatically. It was triggered by the success of famous coffee shops in the West such as Starbucks, and since then, there have also been a lot of coffee shops with national brands.
The emergence of these coffee shops has also changed the way coffee is consumed. The variety and flavor of the coffee varies, but above all, the amount of coffee available at one time is fairly high. In general, once you enter, it is because you stay for a relatively long time. However, this may be because you imitated the way of selling Western coffee shops that were introduced for the first time.
One of the other characteristics is that the containers for coffee use mainly disposable, unlike the past. There is also a need to accommodate large quantities of coffee, as well as a growing number of consumers, such as so-called 'take-out', that are consumed elsewhere. Changes in containers at these coffee shops are affecting other beverage containers as well, and many of the containers for mass produced beverages have a similar shape.
As such, recent beverage containers have a form and an appendage that consider not only easy ingestion (inhalation) but also transportation convenience. Attachments include, for example, a lid that covers the container body so that the beverage in the container does not overflow during transport, and a protective cover that encloses the container body to securely hold it.
Particularly, since the disposable containers, which are generally used in coffee shops and the like, generally use thin plastic materials, the above-mentioned protective cover is essentially used because of insufficient heat insulation performance. Because the container is hot, holding the container directly with your bare hands can cause secondary accidents by ignoring the danger of burns as well as the container.
Korean Registered Utility No. 20-0357519 discloses a hand protecting cup cover member. The cover member includes a grip portion formed in an annular shape having an upper light-tight narrowness and having an inner surface with embossing. It is also disclosed that an advertisement text or a design can be printed on the outer surface side of the grip portion.
However, the above-mentioned registration design technique has a fundamental limitation that the grip portion must be manufactured separately from the container body. In this case, space and time are wasted because they have to be treated separately in production, transportation, storage and use. In addition, since most of the protective cover should have a shape of a light-tight lowering corresponding to the shape of the container, there is a problem in that it is necessary to cut only the necessary portion of the material such as paper and grasp the remaining portion.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and provides a beverage container having a heat insulating grip portion formed integrally with a container body.
The present invention provides a beverage container which is integrally formed on a container body and has a heat insulating grip portion that is easy to carry and store.
The present invention provides a beverage container having an adiabatic grip portion, the beverage container comprising: a container body; And a heat insulating grip portion disposed on the periphery of the container body, wherein the heat insulating grip portion is composed of a coupling portion coupled to an upper periphery of the container body and a blade portion extending downward from the coupling portion, The portion is separated from the container body.
And the heat insulating grip portion is integrally formed with the container body so that the heat insulating grip portion is integrally connected to the container body.
The heat insulating grip portion further includes a plurality of separating portions formed to have a predetermined length from a lower end portion and separating the wing portions into a plurality of individual wings.
And a plurality of individual wings and a bar shaped support disposed longitudinally between each of the plurality of individual wings and the container body.
The supporting portion may be a protruding type formed on the surface of the container body, or may be integrally formed to integrally connect the container body and the individual wing.
According to the present invention, a beverage container in which the heat insulating grip portion is formed in the container body is provided, so that the user can securely hold the beverage container. Particularly, since the heat insulating grip portion is integrally provided on the container body, it is easy to store, transport and use. As a result, the overall cost is reduced. In addition, since the wing portion of the heat insulating grip portion is separated from the container body, it is kept almost free from conduction heat in the non-flammable state. The beverage container of the present invention further includes a support structure for supporting the individual wings and the individual wings separated by a plurality of wing portions, so that the beverage container is easier to grasp and the original shape of the container can be maintained intact.

5 is a front view of a beverage container having an adiabatic grip portion according to the present invention.
First of all, the present invention provides a beverage container, in particular, a beverage container in which a heat insulating grip portion is integrally formed on a container body. Therefore, the trouble of storing, transporting, and using the heat insulating portion and the container separately is reduced. The heat insulating grip portion integrally formed on the container body is disposed around the container body, and is preferably formed to have a predetermined length from the top of the container body downward. Therefore, the heat insulating grip portion can be disposed at a position held by the user. The heat insulating grip is separated from the container body except for the connection part. In this way, the heat insulating grip of the part separated from the container body is not directly transmitted to the container body at least in the non-deteriorated state, so that the heat insulating effect is relatively good. Further, the heat insulating grip portion may have a plurality of individual wing shapes separated into a plurality of lower portions. In this case, the portion to be gripped at the time of gripping is brought into close contact with the container body, and secure gripping is possible. Each individual wing may include a longitudinally disposed support, which may be in the form of connecting the individual wings to the container body, or may be a protrusion formed in the container body.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
