Hereinafter, an embodiment of a manufacturing method will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fuel tank fastening strap includes a step (S10) of preparing a strap material, a step (S20) of cutting the strap material into a deployed shape, a step of bending a reinforcing rib having a "?" S30), step S40 of folding the end of the fin insert, step S50 of folding the end of the screw fastener, and step S60 of attaching the elastic member to the top of the fuel tank support.
In the strap material preparing step S10, a steel strap having a steel type, thickness and width conforming to the product specifications for the fastening strap is prepared. It is preferable that the width of the steel strap is prepared by including the width of the fastening strap and the width of the reinforcing rib to be bent at the both end portions in order to minimize the occurrence of scrap. The length of the material of the unit fastening strap is prepared by cutting the length including the overlapped portion of the fuel tank support portion and both end portions.
The expanded shape press working step (S20) creates an exploded view of the entire length of the pin inserting portion and the screw fastening portion of the designed fastening strap and produces a press mold. Remove the blank part to be removed by pressing.
The reinforcing rib bending step S30 is a step of bending both side surface protrusions of the center portion corresponding to the fuel tank supporting portion of the strap material press-molded in a deployed shape so as to have a cross section of 'C' shape. By thus bending the fuel tank support member into a cross-sectional shape of a 'C' shape, the fuel tank support member has increased sag rigidity.
The fin insert step binding step (S40) is a step of bending and pressing one end portion of the fuel tank supporting part to form an overlapping plane and an overlapped part, and a through hole is formed at the center of the overlapping plane. The upper plate and the upper and lower binding ends protruding from the sides of the lower plate are staggered at the overlapping portion where the lower plate of the overlapping plane is extended to be in contact with the upper plate. As described above, the side projections of the upper and lower overlapping portions are folded end to end so that the engaging portions are formed, and the overlapping portions overlapping each other are bonded in a non-overlapping manner.
In the screw fastening portion binding step (S50), the upper plate extending from the fuel tank supporting portion is bent at the distal end to form the pipe tube, and the curved lower plate is brought into contact with and overlapped again. The upper plate and the lower plate which are brought into contact with each other are overlapped to form the overlapping portion, and the overlapping portions are alternately bent and projected from the side so as to alternately cover the side portions of the upper plate or the lower plate, .
The elastic member attaching step (S60) comprises preparing an elastic pad made of a synthetic resin material containing silicon or rubber including a latex, and attaching the elastic pad to the upper surface of the fuel tank supporting portion in contact with the fuel tank with an adhesive. Further, the elastic pads form latching projections on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the fuel tank support portion so as not to be separated by vibration or impact.
