Abstract

본 고안은 흙막이가시설 공법 중 버팀보공법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 원형강 또는 사각형강으로 된 버팀보와 띠장을 연결하는 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
본 연결장치 즉, 연결재는,
띠장과 맞닿아 체결되는 “띠장판”,
버팀보의 안쪽으로 내삽입되어지면서 버팀보와 볼트체결이 용이한 원형형태의 “삽입판”, 과 버팀보에 압축력 전달이 용이하도록 삽입판의 일측에 용접하여 붙인 원형 형태의 “스토퍼”로 구성된 “삽입재”,
그리고 띠장판과 삽입재 사이에 네 개의 사다리꼴 모양의 판을 “+”자 형태로 만든 “십자판”으로 구성된다.
본 연결재는 버팀보와의 확실한 체결이 장점인데, 그 이유는, 볼트를 손으로 집어서 십자판의 사이 공간을 통하여 볼트를 삽입재 안에서 밖으로 빼낸 뒤, 버팀보 밖에서 손쉽게 너트를 체결할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
따라서 본 연결재는 볼트뿐만 아니라 너트와 함께 체결하므로, 조립이 간단하고, 축력 전달 효과가 확실하다.

본 고안은 흙막이가시설 공법 중 버팀보공법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 원형강 또는 사각형강으로 된 버팀보와 띠장을 연결하는 연결장치에 관한 것이다.

일반적으로 건축물, 지하철, 전력구, 하수관거, 토목구조물 등과 같은 공사시 지반 터파기를 하게 되는데, 이때 흙의 붕괴를 막고 지하구조물을 설치하기 위하여 흙막이가시설을 하게 된다.
