U자형 뚜껑 홍삼액 추출기{U form cover extractor}
본고안은 홍삼액 추출시 추출용기내 증기를 대류로인해 뚜껑에 닿을때 물방울로 변환시켜 다시 추출기안으로 떨어지게 하기위한 고안이다
홍삼을 추출할때 용기내를 압력식으로 추출하면 대류현상이 잘 이루어지지 않음으로 용기내 물의 상하온도가 커서 일정한 온도로 추출하는데 문제가있다.
본 고안은 추출기 뚜껑을 U자형 뚜껑으로 만들어 U자형 뚜껑에 찬물을 담아서, 추출기 안에서 발생하는 수증기가 뚜껑에 닿으면 물방울로 변하여 추출기 가운데로 떨어지게하여 수증기 안에있는 사포닌(진세노사이드)성분이 날아가지 않게 하기위함이다.
