Abstract

본 고안은 흔히 박스를 포장할때 사용하는 테이프 절단기에 관한것으로 특히 테이프 절단기 사용시 절단 날에 손이 다치는것을 방지하는 안전장치에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 흔히 박스를 포장할때 사용하는 테이프 절단기에 관한것으로 특히 테이프 절단기 사용시 절단 날에 손이 다치는것을 방지하는 안전장치에 관한것이다.
흔히 박스를 포장할때 사용하는 테이프 절단기 혹은 테이프를 인출하는 고정용 테이프 절단기는 사용시 노출되어 있는 절단 날에 손이 다치는 사고가 종종 발생한다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
테이프 절단기의 노출된 날 위에 유연한 재질의 보호 덮개를 구비하여 상기 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
흔히 박스를 포장할때 사용하는 테이프 절단기는 사용시 노출되어 있는 절단 날에 손이 다치는 사고가 종종 발생한다. 본 고안은 간단한 구성으로 상기한 안전사고를 예방할수있다.

통상의 테이프 절단기의 노출된 날은 상기 테이프 절단기의 한쪽 끝단에서 일체형 혹은 결합형으로 상기 끝단에서 연장되어 띠 형상으로 노출되어 있는데 상기 날의 일면을 이용하여 롤형 테이프를 절단한다. 본 고안의 덮개는 상기 날의 또 다른 일면에 부착되며 상기 날보다 넓은 면적으로 상기 날의 좌우 전방을 덮는다. 상기 덮개는 유연성이 있는 재질이며 또한 상기 날의 덮는 부분이 아닌 나머지 부분은 상기 테이프절단기와 부착 수단을 가진다. 상기 덮개는 투명재질일 수 있다.
