랩을 원하는 길이만큼 용이하게 절단할수있도록 해주는 랩커터

Description

랩커터{wrap cutter}
랩 포장지를 사용하는 가정이나 식당
가정용 랩이나 식당용 랩을 사용하다 보면 원하는 길이대로 절단되지가 않고 종종 찢어지는 경우가 발생하는데 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위함임
기존의 랩을 절단하는 경우 칼날등이 장착되어있지 않아서 중간에 랩이 찢어 지는 경우가 많아서 사용에 불편함이 많았다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결
하여 랩을 원하는 길이만큼 용이하게 절단할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
랩을 용이하게 절단할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 랩포장지의 일측면에 칼날이 달린 커터를 장착하였음.
랩포장지의 일측면에 커터를 장착함으로써 랩의 찢어짐이 없이 원하는 길이 만큼 용이하게 절단할 수 있다.
랩의 일측면에 위치한 직사각형의 긴 홈을 따라 양쪽에 칼날이 달린 커터가
왕복운동함으로서 랩을 절단할 수 있도록 해준다.
커터기(300)의 양측면에 칼날(500)을 장착하여 랩포장지의 일측면(100)에 직 사각형의 긴 홈(200)을 따라 좌우로 왕복운동함으로써 랩을 원하는 길이만큼 용이하게 절단할수있게 한다. 칼날이 장착된 홈은 손가락보다 작은 틈에 장 착되어 있어 실수로 인해 손이 베이는 경우도 사전에 방지하였다.
아울러, 가정용 랩뿐만아니라 알루미늄포일이나 식당등에서의 활용도 가능하 여 기존에 랩이 중간에 찢어지는 문제점을 방지하고 용이한 절단을 가능케하 여 랩사용에 용이한 접근이 가능할것으로 기대된다.
100 : 포장용 랩이 들어있는 포장지의 전면부
200 : 포장용 랩이 들어있는 포장지의 전면부에 오려진 직사각형 홈
300 : 랩을 절단할수있는 칼날이 장착된 커터
400 : 직사각형 홈에 끼울수있는 틀
500 : 커터기의 양쪽에 장착된 칼날

  1. 포장용 랩에 있어서, 랩포장지상자의 일측면(100)에 위치한 직사각형의 홈(200)과 그 직사각형의 홈에 끼울수있는 틀(400)과 양측면에 칼날( 500)이 장착되어 좌우로 왕복운동할수있도록 되어있는 랩커터(300)
