A corner panel assembly for a liquefied gas storage tank comprises: a plurality of corner panels including a first member and a second member which is connected to have a predetermined angle with one end of the first member; an insulating material inserted between the corner panels and having a mounting portion to be disposed at corresponding position of where the first member and the second member come into contact with each other; and a corner reinforcing material made of a material with higher compressive strength than the insulating material and inserted into the mounting portion, thereby improving the quality when a secondary barrier is constructed.
