The method for controlling opening of the trunk of the vehicle includes the processes of: detecting a vehicle speed, a position of a shift lever and a position of a smart key and judging whether to satisfy predetermined conditions; activating a sampling cycle to detect changes in pneumatic pressure of a tire when the predetermined conditions are satisfied; and judging a request for opening a trunk when identical or similar changes in pneumatic pressure of the tire are detected a predetermined number of times, and automatically opening the trunk by operation of an actuator.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a trunk opening control apparatus for a vehicle,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a trunk opening control apparatus and method for a vehicle, and more particularly, to a trunk opening control apparatus and method for a trunk opening control apparatus for a vehicle.

The vehicle is provided with a trunk capable of loading cargo. The opening and closing of the trunk is performed by driving an actuator through operation of a switch provided at a predetermined position around the driver's seat or by operating a key box provided on the trunk lid from outside the vehicle .

Further, the trunk is opened by operating the trunk open key provided in the smart key.

However, there is a disadvantage that the trunk can not be opened in a situation where the driver (user) holds a load on both hands and the use of the hand is not free.

Therefore, in order to open the trunk in a state in which the load is loaded on both hands, it is troublesome to load the trunk directly after opening the trunk by releasing the load.

In addition, it is possible to cause a back injury in the course of dropping and reloading a heavy load. In case of rainy weather or dirty floor around a parked vehicle, the load may be contaminated when the load is lowered to open the trunk.

Recently, various techniques for automatically opening a trunk have been developed in order to solve the aforementioned drawbacks.

For example, a smart key system is used to detect the driver's approach and touch the sensor on the door handle or automatically open the trunk in a way that obstructs the laser beam being irradiated to the floor from the rear of the vehicle.

However, the above-described trunk opening technique is too simple, and there is a problem of malfunction that an unintentional trunk key opening occurs.

In addition, since the conventional method of blocking the laser beam requires the driver to sense the sensor by shaking one foot, there may be a problem that the center of gravity is scattered when carrying many loads.

Open Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0062115 (June 14, 2012)

An object of the present invention is to provide a trunk opening control apparatus and a vehicle trunk opening control apparatus for automatically controlling a trunk opening by determining a trunk opening intention of a driver based on a change in tire air pressure.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular drive system including: a vehicle speed detector for detecting a running vehicle speed; A shift lever detector for detecting a shift position selected by a shift lever; An air pressure detector for detecting a tire air pressure change; A smart key detection unit for recognizing a smart key carried by a driver in a predetermined wireless communication; And a controller for operating the actuator to open the trunk, wherein the controller determines the will to open the trunk from the change in the tire air pressure when the set condition is satisfied, thereby providing the trunk open.

The controller may determine that the trunk opening request is made only when the change in the tire air pressure is repeatedly detected by the same or similar set times, and actuate the actuator to provide the trunk opening.

The control section determines that the vehicle is stationary and the shift lever is the selection of the neutral speed change stage N or the parking range stage P and the position of the smart key is determined to be the rear of the vehicle The trunk opening request can be detected by activating the sampling period for detecting the air pressure change.

The control unit can detect a change in the air pressure generated when the driver tries to hit the tire, thereby determining a trunk opening request.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method for a vehicle comprising the steps of: detecting a vehicle speed, a position of a shift lever, and a position of a smart key to determine whether a set condition is satisfied; Activating a sampling period for detecting tire air pressure change when the set condition is satisfied; There is provided a trunk opening control device for a vehicle, comprising a step of determining that a change in the tire air pressure is determined to be a trunk opening request when a preset number of times is detected in the same or similar manner, and automatically opening the trunk by actuating the actuator.

The set condition may be set to a stop state in which the vehicle speed is not detected, a shift lever in the neutral speed change position or a parking position, and a smart key in the rear of the vehicle (trunk circumference).

The change in the tire air pressure may be a pressure fluctuation generated when the driver "taps " the tire.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the trunk can be conveniently opened and loaded in a state in which the load is not laid down, thereby providing convenience, customer satisfaction, and merchantability.

In addition, when the present invention is applied to a vehicle such as a hatchback, a wagon, or an SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle), which has many loads, it is possible to obtain greater utility.

In addition, when the luggage is loaded on the trunk, the luggage is lowered and the lifting operation is not repeated.

In addition, it is possible to prevent the hands from being contaminated by the automatic opening of the trunk. When the vehicle is running in the rain or when the floor around the parked vehicle is dirty, the trunk is opened without releasing the load in both hands. There is an effect that it can be prevented.

2 is a flowchart illustrating a trunk opening control procedure of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily carry out the present invention.

The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.

In order to clearly illustrate the present invention, parts not related to the description are omitted, and the same or similar components are given the same reference numerals throughout the specification.

In addition, since the components shown in the drawings are arbitrarily shown for convenience of explanation, the present invention is not necessarily limited to those shown in the drawings.

1 is a view schematically showing a trunk opening control device for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1, an embodiment according to the present invention includes a vehicle speed detection unit 101, a shift lever detection unit 102, an air pressure detection unit 103, a smart key detection unit 104, a control unit 201, and an actuator 301 do.

The vehicle speed detecting section 101 detects the running vehicle speed from the output shaft rotational speed of the transmission and provides information on the running vehicle speed to the control section 201. [

The vehicle speed detector 101 may be applied to a wheel speed sensor mounted on each wheel to detect a wheel speed.

The shift lever detection unit 102 detects a shift position selected by a shift lever and provides information about the shift position to the control unit 201. [

The air pressure detecting unit 103 detects the air pressure change of the tire and provides the control unit 201 with information on the change.

The air pressure detecting unit 103 may be applied as a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor.

The air pressure change means a change in the air pressure generated when the driver "hit " the tire with the same or similar force.

The smart key detection unit 104 recognizes the smart key carried by the driver in the predetermined wireless communication and provides the control unit 201 with information on the distance and position between the vehicle and the driver.

The control unit 201 determines whether or not to open the trunk from the change of the tire air pressure in a state where the set condition is satisfied, and controls whether or not the trunk is opened.

The control unit 201 determines from the information of the vehicle speed detection unit 101 that the vehicle is stationary and is determined from the information of the shift lever detection unit 102 as the selection of the neutral speed change stage N or the parking speed change stage P, When the driver's position is determined to be behind the vehicle (around the trunk) from the information of the smart key detection unit 104, the sampling period for detecting the air pressure change of the tire is activated to improve the shock sensitivity.

When the sampling period for detecting the change in tire air pressure is activated, the control unit 201 determines the driver's trunk opening request when the air pressure change is repeatedly detected, for example, two or more times, ) To provide trunk opening.

The trunk opening request of the driver means an action of the driver kicking the tire.

The operation of the present invention including the functions as described above is as follows.

In the system standby state (S101), the control unit 201 detects the vehicle speed, the position of the shift lever and the position of the smart key (S102), and the position of the shift lever selects the neutral speed change stage N or the parking speed change stage P (S103).

The control unit 201 determines whether the vehicle speed is not being detected when the neutral position N or the parking position P is selected in S103 (S104).

If it is determined that the vehicle is stationary in step S104, the control unit 201 determines whether the position of the smart key recognized as a wireless communication is recognized as the rear of the vehicle (trunk circumference) (S105).

If it is determined that the position of the smart key is behind the trunk (S105), the control unit 201 activates the sampling period for detecting a change in air pressure of the tire to improve the shock sensitivity (S106).

Thereafter, the control unit 201 determines whether a change in the air pressure from the air pressure detection unit 103 is detected (S107), the number of detection is counted up (S108), and the same or similar number of times, for example, twice or more S109).

The change in the air pressure means an intention of the driver to open the trunk due to a change in air pressure caused by an action of the driver "kicking" the tire.

If the change in the air pressure is repeated in the same or similar number of times, for example, twice or more, the control unit 201 determines the driver's trunk opening request and operates the actuator 301 to provide the trunk opening (S110) .

Therefore, convenience is provided because the luggage can be loaded by opening the luggage compartment without releasing the luggage held by the driver.

The control unit 201 returns to S101 if the shift lever selects the driving gears D and R or the vehicle is in a running state or the smart key is not located in the rear of the vehicle (around the trunk) Maintain system standby status.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. It will be understood that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
