Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a case for a mobile device, and more particularly, to a case capable of operating the mobile device while viewing the screen through a touch operation even in a state of covering a front surface of the mobile device.
In general, a mobile device refers to a portable information processing device such as a smart phone, a smart pad, a PMP, or a tablet PC. Unlike the conventional simple document creation and schedule management, recently, With the development of wireless communication technology, there is a tendency that usage is increasingly used in various applications such as Internet search, game, real-time video and music appreciation without any place. In particular, recently, a mobile device operates by directly touching a screen formed on a front surface, so that a user can easily input infinite information according to various forms of the screen.
Such a mobile device may be damaged due to frequent drops or bumps due to its portability. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the above-mentioned breakage by covering the case with an external case, and of course, it can be variously expressed according to the user's personality in terms of design.
The case may include a jelly type in which the front surface of the mobile device is exposed and the side and rear surfaces of the mobile device are enclosed in an impact absorbing manner, and a flip ).
At this time, the flip-shaped case includes a transparent sheet of resin material that exposes the information on the screen to a portion covering the front surface so that the contents of the screen can be checked even when the user covers the front surface of the mobile device . This flip-shaped case is known in the prior art that covers a part of the front surface of the mobile device so that the screen of the mobile device can be seen as a sheet type of a resin material in the registered patent 10-1066162.
However, since the transparent sheet of the resin material can easily scratch due to its material properties, the image of the screen can not be clearly seen due to scratches that become more and more over time, .
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a case for a mobile device in which a transparent panel of a glass substrate is combined with a cover portion covering a front surface on which a screen of a mobile device is formed.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a mobile device casing includes a holder portion, a cover portion, and a transparent panel.
The holder unit holds a rear surface of the mobile device for touching and operating the screen formed on the front surface so that the screen is exposed. The cover portion is connected to a side portion of the holder portion to cover the front surface of the mobile device by a tilting operation, and has an exposure hole that is opened to expose all or a part of the screen when covering the front surface. The transparent panel has at least one glass substrate that is transparent so that the screen is visible from the outside in the exposure hole of the cover portion and has the same thickness as the cover portion so that the upper and lower surfaces thereof are located on the same plane as the surface of the cover portion .
The cover portion according to one embodiment may be made of a leather material.
The transparent panel according to one embodiment may further include a scattering prevention film attached to at least one surface of the glass substrate to prevent scattering of the glass substrate upon breakage.
The cover portion may have a coupling groove on the inner side of the exposure hole, and the transparent panel may have a coupling protrusion coupled to the coupling groove at an edge thereof.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cover portion includes first and second cover layers superimposed on each other, and the first cover layer may have a structure that is wider than the second cover layer in the exposure hole, The transparent panel has a first glass substrate whose first edge is coupled to the inner side of the first cover layer in the exposure hole and a second glass substrate on which the second edge is bonded to the inner side of the second cover layer in the exposure hole, 1 glass substrate and a second glass substrate attached through a transparent optical adhesive. In this case, the cover portion may further include a reinforcing plate disposed to reinforce the strength between the first and second cover layers at a portion where the first and second edges contact with each other.
According to another embodiment, the cover portion includes first and second cover layers superimposed on each other, and one of the first and second cover layers may have a structure wider than the other one, Wherein the transparent panel has a transparent resin sheet in which a first edge thereof is coupled to one of the inner side portions of the first and second cover layers facing the front side of the exposure hole, And a glass substrate bonded to the other inner side portion of the first and second cover layers exposed to the outside and attached to the transparent resin sheet through a transparent optical adhesive.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a case for a mobile device, including a holder portion, a cover resin plate, and a transparent panel.
The holder unit holds a rear surface of the mobile device for touching and operating the screen formed on the front surface so that the screen is exposed. The cover resin plate is connected to the side of the holder portion through a soft connection portion so as to cover the front surface of the mobile device by flipping operation and has an exposure hole opened so that the screen is entirely or partially exposed when covering the front surface . Wherein the transparent resin panel includes at least one glass substrate which is transparent so that the screen can be seen from the outside in the exposure hole of the cover resin plate and the upper and lower surfaces thereof are located on the same plane as the surface of the cover resin plate, .
The flexible connection according to one embodiment may be made of a leather material.
The cover resin plate according to an embodiment may include a separator plate which is separated to expose the exposure hole to the side thereof in order to replace the transparent panel in any of the other sides except the side to which the flexible connection portion is connected have.
The transparent panel according to one embodiment may further include a scattering prevention film attached to at least one surface of the glass substrate to prevent scattering of the glass substrate upon breakage.
The cover resin plate according to one embodiment has a coupling groove on an inner side surface of the exposure hole, and the transparent panel may have a coupling protrusion coupled to the coupling groove on an edge.
The cover resin plate according to another embodiment may include a first side surface inside the exposure hole and a second side surface stepped with the first side surface so as to be wider than the first side surface, A first glass substrate having a first edge coupled to the first side and a second glass substrate attached to the first glass substrate through a transparent optical adhesive while the second edge is coupled to the second side .
The cover resin plate according to another embodiment may include first and second side surfaces that are stepped with respect to each other such that one of the cover resin plates is wider than the other one of the inside of the exposure hole, A transparent resin sheet having an edge joined to one of the first and second side surfaces facing the front side and a second edge thereof joined to another outward side of the first and second side surfaces, And a glass substrate attached through a transparent optical adhesive.
According to such a case for a mobile device, by joining a transparent panel including a glass substrate on which scratches are not easily generated so that the screen can be seen on a cover portion covering a front surface of the mobile device, It is possible to recognize the image of the screen clearly through the transparent panel even if the display panel is used for a long period of time.
The transparent panel is brought into surface-to-surface contact with the front surface of the cover by combining the transparent panel with the cover so that the top and bottom surfaces of the transparent panel are on the same plane as the surface of the cover, The mobile phone can be operated by the touch operation so that the constant voltage is directly transmitted to the screen. That is, since the user does not need to separate the cover portion from the front surface to operate the mobile device, the case can be utilized very conveniently.
