Abstract

The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition comprising a transglutaminase, and is characterized in that a liquid composition containing an aqueous phase and an oil phase and a solid-phase composition containing a transglutaminase enzyme are separately stored. The above-mentioned cosmetics are used by mixing a liquid composition and a solid-phase composition immediately before use to express the activity of the transglutaminase enzyme, thereby helping recover hair damage and imparting softness and luster to the hair.

Description

[0002] Hair cosmetic compositions containing transglutaminase include transglutaminase enzymes.

The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic comprising a transglutaminase enzyme.

In general, amide bonds between amino acid residues in proteins and peptides (in addition to the amino acids at both ends of the peptide, in which amino acids are lost in one molecule of water) are referred to as peptide bonds. That is, one mole of water is removed between the alpha carboxyl of the amino acid and the alpha amino of the next amino acid, and the result is as shown in the following reaction formula. A peptide in which two or more amino acids are bound by dehydration is referred to as a peptide.

[Reaction 1: Peptide Bonding]

Figure pat00001

A peptide is an oligopeptide of 2 to 10 amino acid residues, 10 to 50 amino acid residues, and a polypeptide of 50 or more residues, depending on the number of amino acids bound to the peptide (number of constituent amino acids). Although it is not an absolute standard, it is called a homopeptide with only amino acid and a heteropeptide with a non-amino acid component, depending on the type of substance constituting these proteins and peptides. The bond that forms the primary structure of a protein is a peptide bond (Amide Bond, -CONH-) that is connected to amino acids. Amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, are present in all the cells, even in very small amounts, and are also precursors of proteins.

In general, the hair is composed of a protein called keratin. Specifically, hair is a keratin protein containing 14-18% of cysteine among 18 kinds of amino acids. These keratin proteins are a very strong protein in mild conditions such as water or neutral solvents, but they can easily be damaged by physicochemical treatments for hair, such as combing in daily life, dry heat, dyeing, perm and the like. In recent years, hair is damaged due to various physical, chemical, or environmental factors such as frequent perms, dyeing, etc., and proteins inside the hair are eluted and become porous. As a result, the hair becomes rough and loses its gloss, The hair is difficult to be trimmed, the hair is easily cut off, the end is split, and the hair tends to be thin and the elasticity is lost, so that the hair does not vanish and the volume feeling is lost.

To solve these problems, there has been continuous research on hair cosmetics to improve the softness of hair after washing or washing and to restore and strengthen damaged hair. As a result, various methods have been attempted and developed to provide a strong and continuous effect of hair conditioning.

Patent Document 1 discloses the use of transglutaminase which forms an isopeptide bond between lysine and glutamine among amino acids constituting protein components of the human body such as hair, skin, nails and the like, and is useful for hair conditioning, , A dye, and an aroma. In Patent Document 2, a peptide having a molecular weight of 203 or more including lysine and / or glutamine residues in the molecule, a transglutaminase and a peptide having a specific formula of 1 Discloses a hair treatment agent containing a compound having a tertiary amine structure, and Patent Document 3 discloses a hair cosmetic composition comprising a transglutaminase in combination with an amphipathic polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 3,000,000.

The transglutaminase enzyme used in the above-mentioned inventions has an effect of dissolving in water to exhibit its activity and binding activity of amino acids and proteins, but it itself is composed of proteins and has lysine and glutamine groups which have the same structure as the amino acid You can join yourself because you are. Therefore, after a certain period of time after the start of the activity, it is denatured itself to lose its activity. However, since most cosmetic compositions generally contain water, it is difficult to maintain and preserve the activity of the enzyme until the time when the enzyme is used together with water. In order to solve such a problem, when an enzyme and other cosmetic compositions are provided as separate formulations, they are mixed with each other at the time of use, so it is very inconvenient to use and it is very difficult for a consumer to adjust the exact ratio.

United States Patent No. 5490980 Japanese Patent Publication No. 3567951 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-026543

It is an object of the present invention to provide a transglutaminase enzyme which is prepared by mixing a liquid portion including an upper portion and an upper portion and a solid portion containing a transglutaminase enzyme in a separate storage portion so that the liquid portion and the upper portion are mixed before use, And to provide a hair cosmetic material and a container thereof that maximize the expression to help recover hair damage and impart softness and luster to the hair.

As means for solving the above problems, the present invention relates to a liquid composition; And a transglutaminase enzyme are separately stored in the hair cosmetic composition.

The cosmetics according to the present invention contain transglutaminase enzyme and maintain the activity of the enzyme until consumer use. When consumers use it, they can be easily mixed and used to provide excellent effect of recovery of damage such as glossiness and softness on the surface of hair can do.

1 shows the process of storing and using the cosmetic composition according to the present invention in the cosmetic container

The present invention relates to a liquid composition; And a transglutaminase enzyme are separately stored in the hair cosmetic composition.

Wherein the liquid composition comprises an aqueous phase and an oily phase wherein the aqueous phase and the oily phase are emulsified by forming or blending a two-phase phase having interfacial surfaces adjacent to each other, and wherein the solid phase composition is separated into separate compartments And is dissolved and dissolved in the liquid composition in use.

In order to prevent the conventional transglutaminase enzyme from being inhibited by other formulations provided with the enzyme, and to conveniently use the enzyme, the transglutaminase enzyme-containing solid phase is placed in a container having a compartment And a separate water reservoir containing water is included in the separate reservoir to ensure that the consumer has appropriate activity in use. In addition, the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention includes an oil-in-water portion containing a certain amount or more of oil flow in order to sufficiently provide a hair conditioning agent for helping softness and gentleness of hair.

In the present invention, the water-receptive part serves as a medium capable of expressing the enzyme activity upon contact with the transglutaminase enzyme, and may be at least one selected from the group consisting of, for example, water, a water-soluble alcohol and a water-soluble polyol. The water-soluble alcohol may be methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, or the like, and the water-soluble polyol may be butylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, hexanediol, and the like.

In addition, the water-soluble part may include a water-soluble amino acid and / or a peptide component, which is a substrate of the transglutaminase enzyme, and may perform a synergistic action to help the action of the transglutaminase enzyme. Such amino acids or peptides are more preferably amino acids or peptides including lysine and glutamine, which are the functional moieties of the transglutaminase enzyme. Particularly, in order to stabilize the high reactivity of lysine and glutamine amino acid itself, derivatives having a chemical structure partially modified by polylysine and / or acetylglutamine are more preferable.

35 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight or 40 parts by weight to 85 parts by weight may be used for 100 parts by weight of the whole hair cosmetic composition. If too little is used, the transglutaminase enzyme dissolves in water, making it difficult to create an environment for showing sufficient activity. If it is used too much, it is difficult to contain a large amount of conditioning components, so it is difficult to give a gentle conditioning effect to damaged hair.

In the present invention, the oily portion includes oils for providing softness and luster to the hair. The oily part can contain such a large amount of the oil components to provide an excellent effect to the damaged hair, softness, shine and moisturizing.

The oil phase may be used in an amount of 5 to 60 parts by weight or 10 to 55 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total hair cosmetic composition. If too little is used, there is a problem that the amount of oil added to the hair is softer and shiny, so that it gives a soft conditioning effect to damaged hair, and when it is used too much, the number of the water part is decreased and the transglutaminase enzyme is dissolved It is difficult to create an environment for sufficiently expressing.

Specifically, there are the following examples of oils that can be used in the oil portion, but the following description is only illustrative and not restrictive. Further, in the present invention, the solid-phase composition is a solid phase portion containing an enzyme of transglutaminase, and the transglutaminase is dissolved in water to exhibit activity and has an effect of binding the amino acid and the protein, And has the same structure as the amino acid it binds, lysine and glutamine groups, so you can bind yourself. Therefore, after a certain period of time after the start of the activity, it is denatured itself to lose its activity. In order to overcome such disadvantages, the present invention provides a solid phase containing no water to the consumer so as not to start the activity, and is brought into contact with water immediately before use.

The solid phase composition may optionally contain a coloring matter. When the pigment is contained in the solid part, it has an effect of helping the consumer to visually recognize the mixing state when mixing with the liquid immediately before use. If the solid part is too small, it is difficult to mix the solid part and the liquid part at a certain ratio because of the impossibility of metering. If the solid part is too much, the solubility for melting in the liquid part may be limited and it is difficult to dissolve uniformly.

The hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention can be formulated into hair tonic, hair nutrition lotion, hair essence, hair serum scarf treatment, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair shampoo, hair lotion, It may also contain suitable ingredients depending on the formulation.

The purpose of the hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention is to provide the active ingredient of the transglutaminase enzyme in a state in which the activity of the transglutaminase enzyme is not lowered until the consumer finally uses it. As a result, the consumer can be provided with a solid-phase composition containing transglutaminase. However, if such a separate composition is used in combination with a consumer, the use of the cosmetic composition in the most effective / efficient ratio is impaired and the ease of use is also impaired.

Therefore, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention should be provided to consumers as a one-piece container in which a solid composition including a transglutaminase and a liquid composition including an upper portion and an upper portion are separated and stored in a compartment, It is preferable to use a cosmetic container having a compartment so that the proportion of the upper and lower parts is constantly provided so that the consumer can use the product most effectively while minimizing the inconvenience of use.

The cosmetic container for storing the composition of the present invention will be specifically described below, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

The cosmetic container comprises a liquid storage portion for storing a liquid composition; A solid-phase storage unit for storing the solid-phase composition while separating the liquid composition stored in the liquid-phase storage unit from the solid-phase composition; And a stopper portion for preventing the solid-phase composition from leaking to the outside.

The liquid reservoir is located at the bottom of the vessel and stores the liquid composition. Particularly, it is preferable that the water top and the oil phase exist in two layers.

Preferably, the solid-state storage portion is located at the upper portion of the liquid-phase storage portion and is formed in the form of a plug having a central depressed portion for storing the solid-phase composition separately from the liquid composition.

The stopper is located at the upper portion of the failure storage portion and serves to seal the solid-phase composition so as not to leak to the outside.

The process of storing and using the cosmetic composition according to the present invention in the cosmetic container is shown in FIG.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples and Experimental Examples. However, the following Examples and Experimental Examples are merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the following Examples and Experimental Examples.

Experimental Example

1) Evaluation of tensile strength

The hair tresses of 100 strands were first measured using 12 cm and 3 g hair tresses made of the same hair damaged by bleaching twice using a commercial bleaching agent, and the average value of 100 hair was measured based on the initial hair tensile strength standard (100%). . Each of the hair tresses was washed with the same shampoo, dried with a hair drier, and then applied to the hair serum of Example 1-2 and Comparative Example 1-4 repeated ten times. In each treated hair tress, 100 strands of hair were taken and the tensile strength was measured. For data processing, the increase rate of hair tensile strength after treatment was calculated with respect to the average tensile strength of 100 strands of initial hair before treatment. The apparatus was measured using a tensile strength measuring apparatus of Diastron, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.

(100% before treatment) Example 1 Example 2 Comparative Example 1 Comparative Example 2 Comparative Example 3 Comparative Example 4 After processing
(%)
118 121 102 104 97 110

As shown in Table 2, the tensile strength of hair greatly increased after treatment with Example 1-2, whereas there was almost no change in tensile strength after treatment with Comparative Example 1-3.

2) Sensory evaluation on gloss

12 cm and 3 g of hair tress made of the same hair in the state of being damaged by bleaching twice using a commercial bleaching agent were used. Each of the hair tresses was washed with the same shampoo, dried with a hair drier, and then applied to the hair serum of Example 1-2 and Comparative Example 1-4 repeated ten times. The hair tress specimens treated with 10 treatments were spread 15 times with a comb and stretched wide enough. The hair specimens were fixed in a cylindrical clamp, placed in a light box, visually evaluated for glossiness, and recorded on a scale of 5 points. Each evaluator's score was added and then divided by the number of evaluators (n = 100) to obtain an average value. (Test conditions: constant temperature and humidity chamber / 25 ° C, 40% RH)

The results are shown in Table 3 below.

3) Sensory evaluation of softness

12 cm and 3 g of hair tress made of the same hair in the state of being damaged by bleaching twice using a commercial bleaching agent were used. Each of the hair tresses was washed with the same shampoo, dried with a hair drier, and then applied to the hair serum of Example 1-2 and Comparative Example 1-4 repeated ten times. The evaluators measured the tender treated 10 times with a comb 15 times, spread it wide enough, sensed the softness felt when touching the hair with hands, and recorded it on a scale of 5 points scale. Each evaluator's score was added and then divided by the number of evaluators (n = 100) to obtain an average value. (Test conditions: constant temperature and humidity chamber / 25 ° C, 40% RH)

The results are shown in Table 3 below.

4) Evaluation of activity of transglutaminase enzyme

A portion of the hair serum was immediately mixed with the liquid phase and the solid phase, and the activity of the transglutaminase enzyme was evaluated. In Comparative Example 4, enzyme activity was evaluated as the sample was provided. The enzymatic activity evaluation method was carried out according to the method for measuring the activity of the transglutaminase activity of the food culture, and the activity corresponding to the equivalent amount of the raw materials in the powder state before mixing was evaluated based on 100%.

As a result of evaluation of luster and softness, Example 1-2 was evaluated better than Comparative Example 1-4.

In addition, the enzyme activity of Comparative Example 3 containing no enzyme was 0%, and Comparative Example 4 stored in a container without a compartment was evaluated to be significantly lower than that stored in a compartmented container. In case of Comparative Example 1 in which the water phase was not included, it was estimated that the enzyme activity was maintained because there was no water. However, in actual use, the enzyme should be sufficiently dissolved in water to exhibit its activity sufficiently. There was no synergistic effect of enzymes in softness.
