Disclosed is a bean sprouts washing apparatus which can wash bean sprouts and also effectively remove bean sprout skins. The bean sprouts washing apparatus comprises: a washing container containing bean sprouts and washing water; a bean sprouts support plate supporting the bean sprouts to prevent fall of bean sprouts, located within the washing container, and having a spouting hole and a drain hole; a first pipe connected to the spouting hole; a drain pipe draining the washing water drained through the drain hole and the bean sprout skins to the outside of the washing container; and a pump supplying the washing water to the first pipe.
