Description

조립식 바닥판넬{Prefabricated pannel for floor}{Prefabricated pannel for floor}

The present invention relates to a prefabricated floor panel, and more particularly, to a prefabricated floor panel capable of easily installing a coil, improving interlayer noise and insulating effect, and adjusting the floor height.

There is a problem to solve the noise problem between the floor and the energy to be emitted because the construction method is changed according to the worker who finishes the floor installed on the interlayer slab of the general building.

Further, in the conventional case, when a coil of a piping for heating is installed on a floor, a wire mesh is installed and then a coil is provided on the wire mesh, and the coil is fixed to the wire mesh by wire. In this case, there is a problem that the spacing of the coils is not constant and the installation is inconvenient.

In addition, since the conventional sound insulating material and the heat insulating material must be purchased separately, one of them may be excluded due to the height of the floor depending on the field, and the installation is completely excluded in the work process owing to a low construction cost.

In addition, there is a problem that energy is lost due to heat being discharged to the floor because various materials required for floor installation are not properly made.

In addition, since the floor construction is dependent on the experience of the operator, the floor of the living space is gradually finely finished at each height, so that the furniture and the door are installed at different heights.

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a prefabricated floor panel that can be easily installed at constant intervals by inserting coils.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a prefabricated bottom panel capable of alleviating the interlayer noise at the floor above the dry layer slab and reducing the soft loss.

The prefabricated floor panel according to the present invention includes a mat and a coil fixing means. The mats are provided with protrusions, one side of which is protruded, and a recess where the other side is formed, so that the mats can be assembled with each other. The coil fixing means is coupled to an upper portion of the mat so as to fix the coils therebetween.

Further, it is preferable that the prefabricated bottom panel further includes a heat insulating sheet and a sound absorbing sheet. The heat insulating sheet is bonded to the lower portion of the mat. The sound absorbing sheet is bonded to the lower portion of the heat insulating sheet.

In addition, in the above-described assembly type bottom panel, it is preferable that the coil fixing means includes a pair of coil fixing portions which are separated from each other at a predetermined interval so that the coils can be fitted, and are coupled to the upper portion of the mat.

In addition, in the above-described assembly type bottom panel, the end of the coil is fixed so as to cover the coil when the coil is sandwiched therebetween, and the end of the end is opened when the coil is inserted, .

According to the present invention, since the standardization is possible with the assembled panel, the level and the height of the floor can be made constant. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an irregular floor finish, in which the floor level and the height vary depending on the experience of the installer. Therefore, it is possible to improve the work efficiency of the constructor and reduce the friction with the next work process, which is very effective in terms of the construction work.

In addition, the assembled panel according to the present invention can be connected to each other without a separate tool, and when installing the coil of the heating pipe, it is possible to install the fixed fixed wire net or the support stand without any work, The work process can be shortened, and unnecessary materials and manpower consumption can be saved in the work process, so that the work can be performed at a low cost.

Further, since the heat insulating sheet and the sound absorbing sheet are integrated, the operator can not exclude them during the working process, so that the noise between the layers can be reduced and the energy loss can be reduced.

1 to 3, an embodiment of a prefabricated floor panel according to the present invention will be described.

The prefabricated floor panel according to the present invention includes a mat (10), a heat insulating sheet (20), a sound absorbing sheet (25), and a coil fixing means (30).

The mat (10) has a convex portion (11) protruding from one side so as to be assembled with each other and a concave portion (13) formed with a groove at the other side. Thus, the plurality of mats 10 can be assembled by inserting the convex portions 11 into the concave portions 13 of the other mat 10, even if there is no separate tool. Accordingly, an appropriate number of mats 10 can be assembled according to the indoor area, and are not separated from each other when the mats are assembled with each other.

The heat insulating sheet (20) is joined to the lower portion of the mat (10). The heat insulating sheet 20 can compress the waste styrofoam or adhere the heat insulating material having a material called a lock.

The sound absorbing sheet (25) is bonded to the lower portion of the heat insulating sheet (20). The sound-absorbing sheet 25 can be made of a special rubber that can act as moisture barrier and sound insulating material on the floor, and can use a waste tire. In this case, since industrial waste is utilized, it can play a great role in preventing environmental pollution. Therefore, the mat 10, the heat insulating sheet 20 and the sound absorbing sheet 25 are integrally joined.

The coil fixing means 30 is coupled to the upper portion of the mat 10 so that the coil 1 can be inserted and fixed. For this purpose, the coil fixing means 10 has a pair of coil holders 31 spaced apart at regular intervals. That is, the coil fixing table 31 is spaced apart so that the coil 1 can be inserted. At this time, when the coil 1 is inserted into the coil holder 31, the end portion 32 of the coil holder 31 is wrapped around the coil 1 so as not to separate the coil 1, I have. Therefore, when the coil 1 is inserted, the end portion 32 of the coil fixing base 31 slightly widens and the coil 1 is fitted. When the coil 1 is fitted, the coil fixing base 31 is restored to its original shape and the coil 1 is wound. The coil holder 31 may be made of a material such as zinc or ceramics because it is a portion where the coil 1 touches.

Since the assembled floor panels of the present embodiment can be assembled to each other, they are assembled in an appropriate number according to the floor area. When the bottom panel is assembled, the coil holders 31 are arranged at regular intervals. Then, the coil 1 is inserted into the coil holder 31 and installed. Since the spacing of the coil fixing rods 31 is uniformly arranged, the coils 1 can be installed at equal intervals.

In addition, since the heat insulating sheet 20 and the sound absorbing sheet 25 are coupled to the assembled floor panel of the present embodiment, the energy loss can be minimized and the interlayer noise can be reduced.

The present invention can be applied to all kinds of buildings that can not be heated or to be heated, a room to be heated in a factory, a large building or the like. Especially, it is applied to an apartment or multi- It can play a big role in mitigation.
