Description

Device to wash rice

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rice washing machine, and more particularly, to a rice washing machine that can be directly mounted on an inner pot of an electric rice cooker.

Generally, a rice washing machine (aka: Semi) is used to easily clean rice when cooking at home.

As such a rice washing machine, there is a motorized rice washing machine in the past. The electric rice washing machine has a high unit price, a heavy burden due to power consumption, and a problem that it is difficult to use in a place where power supply is difficult. In order to solve such a problem, a conventional manual rice washing machine has been disclosed.

1 is a perspective view showing a conventional manual rice washing machine. As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional manual rice washing machine can be used in a state in which a lid 2 is mounted on a semicircle 1 on which a scale 7 is formed.

The lid 2 is provided with a stirring blade 3 at its lower portion and a handle 18 formed at an upper portion thereof to rotate the stirring blade 3 by rotating the handle 18. The handle 18 is also rotatably mounted on the lid 2 with the boss 12 and the screw 17 fastened thereto.

A handle 5 for gripping is formed in the semicylinder 8 and a water portion 4 for discharging water after rice washing is formed on one side of the upper end. (11) is formed.

A conventional hand-held rice washer having such a configuration can press the lid 2 onto the semicylinder 8 through the knob 9 and mount it. At this time, the semi-barrel (8) is made of a transparent material, and the appropriate level of water can be adjusted by placing rice for washing in a container.

When the user rotates the handle 18 by covering the lid 2 in this state with the rice and the water filled in the semicylinder 8, the lower stirring vane 3 is rotated in one direction, The rice was washed by hand.

However, in the conventional manual rice washing machine, the lid 2 and the semicylinder 8 must be provided at the time of use, since the semicylander 8 and the lid 2 can be used while being fastened to each other. Therefore, there is a problem that it is inconvenient to use, and the unit price of the product is increased. In addition, there is a problem that it is troublesome to clean the semicylinder 8 separately after washing the rice, and there is a problem that the semicheon 8 can not be easily stored and carried.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a rice washing machine that is simple in use and structurally simple because it is designed to solve the above problems and can be directly mounted on an inner pot of an electromagnetic cooker.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rice washing machine for washing rice during cooking, the rice washing machine comprising: a top plate part formed along an outer circumferential surface of a plurality of mounting parts to be fastened to a flange of an inner pot of an electric rice cooker; A handle portion rotatably mounted on an upper portion of the upper plate portion and rotated by a user; And a wing portion connected to the handle portion via a rotation shaft and having a plurality of cleaning wings formed under the rotation shaft.

And a lid part which is rotatably installed at one side of the upper plate part and is openable and closable in a state where the upper plate part is mounted to the inner pot.

A plurality of the mounting portions are arranged in correspondence with the flanges of the inner pot, and slit grooves are formed to insert a part of the flange, so that the upper plate can be mounted on the inner pot.

The upper plate may have a convex shape, and at least one reinforcing plate may protrude from the upper surface.

A plurality of slit holes may be formed in a part of the upper plate so that the inner pot can be drained while the upper plate is mounted on the inner pot.

At least two of the cleaning blades are formed to be symmetrical with respect to each other and may be formed to have a sufficient size to be in close contact with a part of the inner circumferential surface of the inner pot.

According to the present invention, the rice washing machine can be mounted by fitting the flange of the inner pot of the rice cooker into the mounting portion formed on the upper plate portion, thereby providing a simple effect.

In addition, since the inner pot of the conventional rice cooker is used as the rice washing container, the rice washer can be installed in the inner pot without having to provide a separate semi-container, so that the structure is simple and portable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a rice washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed in an inner pot, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which a rice washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is separated from an inner pot, FIG. 5 is a front view of a rice washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a rice washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a plan view of a rice washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG.

2 to 7, the rice washing machine of the present invention mainly comprises the upper plate portion 20, the handle portion 30, and the wing portion 40.

In the above-described configuration, the upper plate portion 20 has a convex shape at the top and is preferably circular. This means that it is formed in a circular shape so as to be easily fastened to the upper part of the inner pot 50 and a convex shape so that the water easily flows down to the side on the upper plate 20 in the semi-process. Also, the upper plate 20 can be protruded on the upper plate 20 such that a plurality of reinforcing pieces 28 (see FIG. 7) have a predetermined pattern. That is, the convexly formed upper portion of the upper plate 20 and the reinforcing bristles 28 are formed to maintain the durability (the material of the upper plate is made of synthetic resin, so that the durability is required to be improved).

Further, the lid part 25 can be rotatably mounted on the upper plate part 20 at one side. Accordingly, by opening and closing the lid part 25, water or rice can be added or added in a state in which the upper plate part 20 is mounted on the upper part of the inner pot 50.

In addition, a plurality of slit holes 26 may be formed on the upper surface of the upper plate 20 to have a predetermined pattern. Accordingly, water can be drained from the inner pot (50) in the state that the upper plate (20) is mounted on the inner pot (50), or further water can be injected.

On the other hand, a plurality of mounting portions 21 (21a, 21b) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper plate portion 20. The mounting portions 21 and 21a and 21b may have slit grooves 22 formed therein so that the flange 51 of the inner pot 50 is rotated when the upper plate 20 is rotated in one direction with the upper plate 20 mounted on the inner pot 50. [ 51a, 51b of the upper plate 20 can be fastened.

On the other hand, the handle portion 30 is mounted at the center of the upper plate portion 20. Specifically, the handle portion 30 is composed of a knob 31 and a lever 32 for gripping, and is configured to be rotated in the upper plate portion 20.

The rotary shaft 42 of the wing 40 is mounted on the end of the lever 32 of the handle 30. Accordingly, the wing 40 can be rotated by the user rotating the handle 30.

The wing portion 40 is formed at a position where the two cleaning wings 41 and 42 are symmetrical with respect to each other with respect to the rotation axis 43 in the above-described configuration. Of course, although two of them are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and a plurality of them may be formed.

On the other hand, a plurality of through holes (h1) are formed in the washing vanes (41, 42), so that the resistance of water when washing rice can be reduced. Further, it is preferable that the washing vanes 41 and 42 are formed to have a size such that the washing vanes 41 and 42 are substantially in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the inner pot 50. That is, it is preferable that the washing vanes 42 are closely attached to the inner surface of the inner pot 50 so that the rice contained in the inner pot 50 is efficiently washed during the manual rotation of the vanes 40.

The rice washing machine of the present invention can be attached to the flange 51 of the inner pot 50 of the rice cooker by fitting it into the mounting portion 21 formed on the upper plate 20. As a result, the usability is increased, and there is an advantage that it is structurally simple.

Further, there is an advantage in that it is not necessary to separately provide a semi-container by using the inner pot 50 of the conventional rice cooker as it is as a rice washing container.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to the particular embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
