Description

COOKING APPLIANCE
This invention relates to the technical field of cooking, in particular to a cooking appliance.
In existing cooking appliances that have a stirring function (for example, the rice cooker, the cooking food processor, etc.), a stirring device is generally fastened to the bottom of an interior container. During cooking, the stirring device can move with respect to the food and thus stir the food, which makes it possible to heat the food in the cooking appliance uniformly. In order to avoid scratching the interior wall of the interior container, a space is provided, generally between the stirring device and the interior wall in existing appliances. However, due to the existence of said space, the stirring device cannot act on food close to the interior wall. Consequently, food close to the interior wall burns or sticks to the container.
Consequently, it is necessary to propose a cooking appliance to solve at least partially the described problems in the prior art.
The purpose of this invention is to at least partially solve the above problems of the prior art.
This invention relates to a cooking appliance. Said cooking appliance comprises a body, a lid, and a stirring device. An interior container is arranged inside the body. Said lid is arranged on the body to open and close, and a sealed cooking space is formed between the lid and the interior container. Said stirring device is arranged inside the interior container and comprises a first stirring blade which contacts an interior wall of the interior container and can move relative to the interior wall, said first stirring blade comprising a flexible section made from a flexible material, which contacts the interior wall of the interior container.
According to this invention, the first stirring blade contacts the interior wall of the interior container, which makes it possible to completely stir the food close to the interior wall of the interior container in order to prevent food close to the interior wall from burning or sticking to the container. Moreover, said first stirring blade comprises a flexible section made from a flexible material, which contacts the interior wall of the interior container and will not scratch the interior wall of the interior container.
Preferably, said first stirring blade comprises a rigid section made from a rigid material, below which the flexible section is located.
Such a construction not only makes it possible to ensure the protection of the interior wall 10 from scratching caused by the first stirring blade, but also to ensure a high resistance of the first stirring blade, so as to completely stir the food in the interior container.
Preferably, the rigid section comprises a recessed zone, in which the flexible section is located. Such a construction makes it possible to increase the joint surface between the flexible section and the rigid section and to make the joint firmer between the flexible section and the rigid section.
Preferably, the rigid section comprises a base surface and a lateral surface which is connected to the base surface and extends upward, said recessed zone being hollowed out from the base surface and from the lateral surface towards the interior of the rigid section in order to form a joint surface with the flexible section. Such a construction makes it possible to increase the joint surface between the flexible section and the rigid section and to make the joint firmer between the flexible section and the rigid section.
Preferably, said joint surface with the flexible section comprises through-holes.
According to this embodiment, the through-hole can be filled with the flexible material in order to increase the joint strength between the flexible section and the rigid section so as to produce a firm joint between the flexible section and the rigid section and avoid overflow of the flexible material to ensure a pleasing appearance.
Preferably, the diameter of the through-holes is 0.5 mm - 2.0 mm.
Preferably, said first stirring blade comprises a rigid section made from a rigid material, and the flexible section covers the exterior of the rigid section. Such a construction facilitates the production of the first stirring blade.
Preferably, the flexible section is made by bi-injection molding. This bi-injection molding makes it possible to make the first stirring blade flexible.
Preferably, said flexible material comprises a food grade rubber. Said food grade rubber is nontoxic and odorless and can improve the safety of the cooking appliance.
Preferably, the stirring device moreover comprises a second stirring blade which is arranged above the first stirring blade without contacting the interior wall of the interior container. Such a construction facilitates the stirring of the food by the stirring device in the interior container.

Obviously, the examples below of this invention are not limited to the specific details which are well known to the person skilled in the art. The preferred examples of this invention will be described below, and this invention can be carried out by the other embodiments. It should be noted that the terms used in this invention, such as front, rear, right, left and similar expressions are explanatory and non-limiting.
This invention relates to a cooking appliance. In particular, the cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment is a rice cooker. It can be seen that said cooking appliance according to this invention in the other embodiments that are not illustrated can be an electrical pressure cooker, a robot cooker, etc. The cooking appliance according to one or more preferred embodiments of this invention will be described in reference to figures 1 to 5.
As illustrated in figure 1, the cooking appliance 100 comprises a body 110 and a lid 120 arranged on said body 110. As illustrated in figure 2, the body 110 overall has a rectangular form with rounded corners. An interior container 130 overall has a cylindrical form and is arranged inside the body 110. According to this embodiment, the interior container 130 is arranged in a removable manner inside the body 110 in order to facilitate cleaning. According to other embodiments of this invention that are not illustrated, the interior container 130 can be arranged in a fixed manner inside the body 110. A circular opening is provided on an upper surface of the interior container 130, through which the user can put food to be heated into the interior container 130. A stirring device 140 is arranged inside the interior container 130 to stir the food therein, which will be described in detail. Moreover, a heating device can be arranged below the interior container 130 to heat it.
The lid 120 overall has a rectangular form with rounded comers, which corresponds to the form of the body 110. The lid 120 is connected to the body 110 to open and close. In particular, a hinge pin for opening the lid is arranged at a rear end of the body 110 according to this embodiment, said hinge pin for opening the lid being fixed relative to the body 110. The lid 120 is connected to the hinge pin for opening the lid and can turn freely relative to the body 110 about the hinge pin for opening the lid between a closed position illustrated in figure 1 and an open position illustrated in figure 2. The lid 120 and the interior container 130 of the body 110 can form a sealed cooking space when the lid 120 is in closed position. A drive motor 150 is arranged in the lid 120 and connected to the stirring device 140 of the body 110 via connection components, which makes it possible to supply power to the stirring device 140 in order to drive the stirring device 140 so that it moves relative to an interior wall of the interior container 130, in order to stir food in the interior container 130.
The stirring device 140 according to this invention will be described in detail in reference to figures 2 to 4.
As illustrated in figure 2, a support 160 is arranged in the opening of the interior container 130, the stirring device 140 being installed in the interior container 130 via said support 160. Naturally, it can be seen that the stirring device 140 can be arranged in the interior container 130 via another means, for example, via a threading of a screw or via a catching structure. Moreover, the stirring device 140 can also be connected to the lid 120 and enter the interior container 130 when the lid 120 is in closed position, in order to stir the food in the interior container 130.
The stirring device 140 comprises a stirring shaft 141. Being driven by the drive motor 150, the stirring shaft 141 can turn relative to the food and to the interior wall of the interior container 130 about a central rotation axis. An upper stirring blade 142 (considered to be an illustrative example of the second stirring blade) is arranged on the stirring shaft 141, and a lower stirring blade 143 (considered to be an illustrative example of the first stirring blade) is arranged below the upper stirring blade 142. The upper stirring blade 142 extends in a direction opposite that of the lower stirring blade 143. The upper stirring blade 142 is used to stir the food in the middle of the interior container 130 without contacting the interior wall of the interior container 130, in order to avoid scratching the interior wall of the interior container 130. The lower stirring blade 143 is used to stir the food at the bottom of the interior container 130 and is configured for contacting the interior wall of the interior container 130 in order to stir the food sufficiently, so as to prevent the food close to the interior wall of the interior container 130 from burning or sticking to the container.
It should be noted that the stirring shaft 141 according to this embodiment comprises the upper stirring blade 142 and the lower stirring blade 143. It can also be seen that the stirring shaft
141 can be equipped only with a lower stirring blade 143, or equipped with more than two stirring blades, for example, three or more.
According to the design of this invention, as illustrated in figure 3, the lower stirring blade 143 comprises a rigid section 144 and a flexible section 145 in order to prevent the lower stirring blade 143 which contacts the interior wall of the interior container 130 from scratching the wall of the interior container 130. The rigid section 144 of the lower stirring blade 143 is made from a rigid material such as stainless steel, which ensures a high resistance of the lower stirring blade 143 and thus improves the stirring capacity. The flexible section 145 is made from a flexible material such as food grade rubber. Said food grade rubber is nontoxic and odorless, protecting the food in the interior container 130 from contamination and improving the safety of the cooking appliance 100. The lower stirring blade 143 according to this invention will be described in reference to figures 3 to 5.
As illustrated in figure 3, the lower stirring blade 143 has a form corresponding to the form of a lower section of a lower section of the interior container 130. For example, according to this embodiment, the interior container 130 comprises in its lower section a curved transition zone and, respectively, the lower stirring blade 143 comprises in a section close to a free end a curved section which corresponds to the form of the curved transition zone of the lower section of the interior container 130. The flexible section 145 of the lower stirring blade 143 is positioned below the rigid section 144. As illustrated in figure 2, when the stirring device 140 is installed in the interior container 130 of the cooking appliance 100, the flexible section 145 of the lower stirring blade 143 contacts the interior wall of the interior container 130. When the stirring device 140 is in operation, the lower stirring blade 143 can contact the interior wall of the interior container 130 and move relative to the interior wall of the interior container 130, which makes it possible to sufficiently stir the food close to the interior wall of the interior container 130 in order to prevent the food close to the interior wall from burning or sticking to the container. Moreover, said lower stirring blade 143 comprises a flexible section 145 made from a flexible material, which contacts the interior wall of the interior container 130 and will not scratch the interior wall of the interior container 130.
In concrete terms, as illustrated in figure 4, the rigid section 144 of the lower stirring blade 143 comprises a recessed zone 146. As illustrated in figure 4, the rigid section 144 comprises a base surface 144A and a lateral surface 144B which is connected to the base surface 144A and extends upward. In the recessed zone 146, the base surface 144A and the lateral surface 144B of the rigid section 144 are hollowed out towards the interior of the rigid section 144. The base surface 144A of the rigid section 144 is hollowed out towards the interior of the rigid section 144 thus forming a lateral joint 144D with the flexible section, and the lateral surface 144B of the rigid section 144 is hollowed out towards the interior of the rigid section 144 thus forming a base joint 144C with the flexible section. Such a construction makes it possible to increase the joint surface between the flexible section 145 and the rigid section 144 and to make the joint firmer between the flexible section 145 and the rigid section 144.
The flexible material can be injected towards the recessed zone 146 by bi-injection molding in order to form the flexible section 145 illustrated in figure 5. It should be noted that several through-holes 147 are provided at the base joint 144C with the flexible section 145 in the recessed zone 146 according to this embodiment, in order to prevent overflow of the flexible material during the bi-injection molding. The diameter of said through-hole is 0.5 mm - 2.0 mm, for example, 1 mm. The flexible material can fill the through-holes 147 during the bi-injection molding in order to inject the flexible material into the recessed zone 146 so as to prevent overflow of the flexible material and to ensure a pleasing appearance, which moreover makes it possible to increase the joint strength between the flexible section 145 and the rigid section 144, to produce a firm joint between the flexible section 145 and the rigid section 144, and thus to avoid any detachment.
Furthermore, the flexible material is injected towards the recessed zone 146 by biinjection molding in order to form the flexible section 145 according to this invention, but it can be seen that the flexible section 145 can be prefabricated with a desired form, and the flexible section 145 thus obtained can be installed in the recessed zone 146, for example, via an adhesive.
Moreover, the rigid section 144 has a recessed zone 146 in which the flexible section 145 according to this embodiment is located, but it can be seen that the absence of the recessed section is possible for the rigid section 144, and the flexible section 145 can be connected inside the rigid section 144 via an adhesive.
Moreover, the flexible section 145 is arranged below the rigid section 144 according to this embodiment, but it can be seen that the flexible section 145 can also be arranged over the entire periphery of the rigid section 144, that is to say that the periphery of the rigid section 144 is covered by the flexible section. Obviously, the lower stirring blade 143 can also be composed entirely of flexible material, that is to say that the lower stirring blade 143 can comprise only the flexible section 145.
In summary, in the cooking appliance of this invention, the first stirring blade contacts the interior wall of the interior container, which makes it possible to sufficiently stir the food close to the interior wall of the interior container in order to prevent food close to the interior wall from burning or sticking to the container. Moreover, the first stirring blade comprises a flexible section made from a flexible material which contacts the interior wall of the interior container and thus will not scratch the interior wall of the interior container.
This invention has been described via the above examples; it should be noted that the above examples are merely illustrative and non-limiting. The person skilled in the art should understand that modifications and variants according to this invention are possible, and the modification and variants must be included in the scope of protection of this invention. The scope of this invention will be defined by the appended claims and their equivalent scope.
