Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an anodizing device for forming a nanostructure on the surface of a cylindrical metal, and to apply a voltage in the electrolytic solution to the object of the aluminum material of the anode that rotates at a constant speed with the counter electrode of the cathode to the electrical An anodizing device for forming nanostructures on a surface by chemically oxidizing.
In general, anodization has been widely used to prevent corrosion or color the metal surface by forming an oxide film on the metal surface as one of the surface treatment techniques of metals, but recently, such as nano dots, nanowires, nanotubes, nanorods, etc. It is widely used as a method of directly forming a nanostructure or manufacturing a mold for forming a nanostructure.
Aluminum anodization film is easy to manufacture, relatively safe handling of electrolyte, easy to control the nano-pore and pore spacing has been widely used in nanotechnology research. The anodizing device is basically composed of four types: the metal to be oxidized, the counter electrode for flowing current, the voltage device applying a constant voltage between the oxidized metal and the counter electrode, and the electrolyte serving as a medium for ion conduction. It consists of. Therefore, by changing or keeping the four components constant, various structures can be made on the metal surface. As the metal anode material, Al, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ta, Nb, W, and alloys thereof are used to make a uniform structure and a flat surface through heat treatment, electropolishing, or chemical polishing. Dual aluminum anodization membrane is easy to manufacture, easy to handle electrolyte, easy to control the thickness and nanostructure of nanostructures, has been widely used. Accordingly, a lot of research is being made to make nanostructures through aluminum anodization, which are as follows.
1 to 2 illustrate an anodization method that is conventionally performed. In this manner, nanostructures can be formed on a planar metal surface, and nanostructures can be formed on inner and outer surfaces of a cylindrical shape. The formation of nanostructures on the oxidized metal surface depends on the position and size of the counter electrode. Since both the counter electrode and the metal surface are fixed, there is no change in the flow of the electric field, and the shape of the nanostructure is different depending on the position of the counter electrode.
Figure 3 shows the formation of nanostructures on the surface of the 4-inch wafer with Pin-Plate in Planar Aluminum. In the cross-sectional picture of the nanostructure made of aluminum anodization on the 4 inch wafer, the middle part is 865 ± 63nm and the edge part is 550 ± 30nm, and the electric field is concentrated in the center of the wafer, and the color change is appeared on the surface from the center. Can be. This is due to the difference in the wavelength absorbed according to the shape of the nanostructures change color. As the counter electrode and the oxidized metal are fixed to each other, nanostructures having different sizes are formed according to the shape of the electric field. When the surface area is small, the reaction area is small, so that nanostructures of different sizes are formed locally. When the surface area is small, the reaction area is small, so it generates less heat and the electric field is smaller according to the surface. However, the wider the surface area of the metal, the wider the reaction area, and more reaction heat is generated on the surface of the metal as the reaction proceeds. By raising the temperature inside the electrolyte solution, the diameter and spacing of the nanostructures along the surface are not formed uniformly. Therefore, research is urgently needed to form a uniform nanostructure regardless of the position of the metal surface. There was a problem.
The present invention for solving the conventional problems as described above can easily form an oxide layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular aluminum metal material, in particular, even if having a large surface area rotational type that can be formed uniformly and quickly Provide an anodization device.
Anodizing device of aluminum according to the present invention for achieving the above object is to form an oxide film on the surface of the workpiece by anodizing the tubular workpiece of the aluminum material in the electrolyte solution, the tube form located on the anode An object to be treated, a counter electrode positioned at a cathode, a power supply unit for applying a constant voltage between the cathode and the cathode, a tank filled with an electrolyte solution, and the metal and the counter electrode immersed therein, The cooling unit is provided to circulate the cooling medium to the outside of the water tank to control the temperature of the electrolyte, the rotating unit for rotating the object, and the object or counter electrode to move in the horizontal direction to charge the object It includes a gap adjusting portion for adjusting the gap of the pole.
According to the present invention as described above, the oxide film layer can be easily formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular aluminum metal material, and in particular, even if a large surface area, the oxide film layer can be formed uniformly and quickly.
In addition, the present invention has the advantage that the nanostructure can be made in a short time by using a high voltage because the circulation is made to sufficiently offset the exothermic reaction that occurs through the oxidation reaction at high voltage through the rotation of the metal material.
Therefore, the oxide film layer of various sizes can be molded and replicated in a large area within a short time, and thus the possibility of application and development in various fields including a display is very high.

The present invention as shown is for forming a nanostructure on the surface of the
In the rotatable anodizing device according to the present invention, the tube-
The to-
The
In addition, it is possible to expect the role of the stirrer to maintain a uniform temperature by circulating the heat generated by the oxidation reaction occurs by the rotation of the
In the conventional case, the existing anodizing process for manufacturing a mold for molding has been made in a very limited space within 4 inches, in the present invention, the process can be made in a space secured more than 4 inches. In this case, in order to fabricate the porous nanostructures with uniformity for all surfaces of the
That is, the distance between the
In addition, the stirring effect of the
According to another aspect of the present invention, the
In order to form a uniform nanostructure on the surface of the
In addition, according to another aspect of the present invention, by moving the
The anodic oxidation method using the rotary anodizing device according to the present invention is to anodize a tubular workpiece of aluminum material in an electrolyte solution to form an oxide film on the surface of the workpiece, and the counter electrode positioned on the cathode is fixed to one side. Then, the tube-shaped workpiece placed on the anode rotates in place to allow anodization to proceed.
As described above, when the counter electrode positioned on the cathode is fixed, and the workpiece to be oxidized is rotated at a constant speed, the metal surface facing the counter electrode and the metal surface opposite thereto when the workpiece to be oxidized are fixed. Due to the difference in the electric field in the formation of nanostructures can be solved differently. That is, the same electric field is applied at the front part of the workpiece due to the rotation of the workpiece, thereby forming a uniform nanostructure during the anodization reaction.
The present invention by applying a constant speed rotation to the aluminum-structured
The present invention complements the problem of the method of forming a nanostructure on the surface of a metal plate or manufacturing a nanostructure on a cylindrical or outer surface by using an existing aluminum anodization method, even if a nanostructure is manufactured in a large area. A new way of rotating the metal is proposed. Through this process, nanostructures can be fabricated on metal surfaces of large areas, and when used as molding molds, there is a high possibility of time-saving and market entry and application of technologies using large-area nanostructures.
