Description
The present invention relates to a bollard apparatus for hanging a mooring bar during mooring of a ship, and more particularly, to a marine bollard apparatus having anchor bolts of different diameters to prevent breakage of a concrete wall and facilitate construction.
Generally, marinas and docks are equipped with bollards so that ships can hang ropes, chains, and other lines on the bollard so that ships can berth without being floated by currents.
These bollards are designed to have sufficient strength to prevent the ship from drifting due to external forces such as waves or typhoons. However, when the bollard is installed on the ground and only the bollard is damaged when an external force is applied to the ground, the bollard can be easily repaired.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a conventional bollard apparatus, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are views showing a jig photograph and a construction photograph necessary for the conventional bollard apparatus. 1 to 3, the conventional bollard apparatus includes a
However, according to the conventional construction method, when the
As a result, in the conventional bollard apparatus, it is inconvenient to weld the jig to the steel structure in order to set the position of the
The first object of the present invention is to provide an anchor bolt that can be broken by an excessive load exceeding a reference value so that the concrete wall forming the ground can be prevented from being damaged. And to provide a bollard apparatus for a ship.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a bollard according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which an upper portion and a lower portion of an anchor bolt are different in diameter, And to provide a bollard apparatus for a ship.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a bollard apparatus for a marine vessel which is capable of enhancing the adhesion of a filler attached to a ground by expanding a filling space of a filler placed in the bollard body portion to a lower portion of the bollard clamping plate.
The object of the present invention is to provide a bollard apparatus for mooring a ship, the bollard apparatus comprising: a bollard body portion having a hollow space formed therein; A bollard fastening plate extending from a lower end of the bollard body portion and formed parallel to the ground surface and having at least one bolt hole directed toward the ground; An anchor bolt formed at a lower portion of the bolt to be buried beneath the ground and an upper portion of the bolt protruding to the upper surface of the ground and having a bolt hole formed at a lower surface of the lower portion of the bolt; And a nut fastened to an upper portion of the bolt with the bollard fastening plate interposed therebetween.
The bollard body portion has an injection port formed on one surface thereof, and the empty space can be filled with the filler through the injection port.
Further, the bollard body portion may be formed of high carbon steel or cast iron.
In addition, the bollard clamping plate may have a hollow space expanded inside the lower side end.
On the other hand, it is preferable that the upper portion of the bolt constituting the bollard clamping plate is smaller in diameter than the lower portion of the bolt. The upper part of the bolt is preferably screwed to the nut and formed to have a length corresponding to the thickness of the nut.
According to an embodiment of the present invention as described above, the anchor bolt that can break the upper portion in an excessive load exceeding a reference value is formed, thereby preventing the concrete wall forming the ground from being damaged.
In addition, when the anchor bolt diameters of the upper and lower parts are different and the excessive load above the reference value acts, only the upper part is broken, and at the time of construction, the bolt fastening plate can be mounted on the upper part, There is an effect that can be provided.
In addition, since the bollard body inner filling concrete construction can be performed at the time of construction of the inner wall concrete to be installed at the time of construction of the bollard device, the inner wall concrete and the filling concrete can be integrated.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a bollard apparatus for a marine vessel which is capable of enhancing the adhesion of a filler attached to the ground by expanding the filling space of the filler placed inside the bollard body portion to the lower portion of the bollard clamping plate.
As a result, it is possible to reduce the strength of the bollard and the anchor bolt portion or to reduce the thickness of the bollard and the anchor bolt portions by the integration and expansion of the filler filling space, thereby reducing the cost.

4 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross section of the bollard apparatus which is one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, one embodiment of the present invention is a bollard apparatus for a marine vessel, comprising a
The bollard apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the void space is extended inside the lower side end of the
Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
The
The
Particularly, the
The bolt
The lower portion of the
In the bollard apparatus for a ship according to the present invention, when the load acting above the reference value is applied, the bolt
On the other hand, the present bollard apparatus differs from the conventional bollard apparatus in construction method based on the above-described structural characteristics. That is, in the existing bollard apparatus, the concrete structure is installed after the steel frame structure is installed at the place where the wall is to be located, the concrete is cured, the bollard is installed, and the filling material is filled inside. On the other hand, in an embodiment of the present invention, a bollard apparatus comprising a
Therefore, the conventional bollard device has a problem in that the adhesive force of the existing quay concrete (or lower concrete) is different from that of the lower concrete due to the point of time of the construction of the quartz concrete, and the shear load of the concrete is not appropriately shared. The bollard apparatus can perform the concrete construction of the inner wall of the
