Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pipeline adapter that is fixed to the manhole wall when the manhole is configured and the pipeline body is coupled after completion of the manhole, and more particularly, to a pipeline adapter having a separate partition wall formed at an outer bulge to protect the inside of the manhole. will be.
When buried underground cables for ordinary power lines, manholes are required for relaying power lines and underground pipes such as corrugated pipes through which power cables pass in a protected state are connected between manholes and manholes. The underground pipe is connected to the pipe adapter which is fixed to the manhole wall through the pipe body. Therefore, several duct adapters are embedded in the manhole wall before the manhole is constructed.
In general, these pipeline adapters, which are fixed to the manhole wall, are usually in the form of cylinders, and have an inner inner spiral where the inner adapter for protecting the inside of the conduit and adapter is secured inside the inner tube. In order to prevent foreign substances such as cement mortar from flowing into the pipeline adapter when the manhole is constructed, the outer inner spiral portion is formed in which the outer plug is spirally coupled. In order to connect the duct body to the duct adapter, the outer plug is separated and the outer end of the duct body can be helically coupled to the outer inner spiral where the outer plug is helically coupled.
Therefore, the conventional pipe adapter is supplied to the site in the state where the inner stopper and the outer stopper are respectively coupled to the inside and the outside of the manhole wall before being embedded in the manhole wall, and the outer stopper is separated do. These outer stoppers are discarded after they are completely useless.
Thus, the outer cap of the duct adapter becomes a substantially unnecessary part after the duct adapter is embedded in the manhole. However, at the time of manufacturing the duct adapter, an outer stopper must be supplied separately from the duct adapter to be supplied to the duct adapter, which increases the production cost of the duct adapter.
If the means for simply closing the outside of the duct adapter is provided only until the duct adapter is fixedly mounted on the manhole, the manufacturing cost of the duct adapter can be reduced.
In the present invention, the invention was made in view of such a conventional situation, and the outer side of the duct adapter is closed in the form of a diaphragm formed integrally with the duct adapter during molding, and when the duct body is connected to the duct adapter, the diaphragm is simply removed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pipeline adapter that can be separated, so that the manufacture of the pipeline adapter can be performed more simply than in the conventional case, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
To this end, in the present invention, the present invention relates to a pipeline adapter which is fixed to the manhole wall when the manhole is constructed and to which the pipeline body is coupled after completion of the manhole, and flanges are formed on the inside and the outside of the manhole wall, respectively. It consists of a cylindrical body that can be secured and embedded, and an inner inner spiral and an outer inner spiral are formed in the inner inner and outer inner portions of the cylindrical body of the duct adapter, so that the inner plug is spirally coupled to the inner inner spiral and the outer inner spiral The part provides a duct adapter that allows the duct body having an outer spiral to be helically coupled. According to the present invention, a diaphragm for protecting the outer inner portion of the cylindrical body at the position of the outer sphere corresponding to the outer flange on the outer side of the cylindrical body is integrally formed therein during the molding of the cylindrical body, and the flange and At the boundary portion of the diaphragm is characterized in that the circular cutting request is reduced in thickness to facilitate separation of the separation.
Referring to the present invention in more detail based on the accompanying drawings as follows.

As described above, the duct adapter of the present invention is formed by cutting the diaphragm integrally on the outer side of the duct adapter to the outside of the manhole, and is closed.
